The receptionist people were nice and i am happy with the service. We came here for an oil change during a time when they were on sale of 50%. One of the service men also called my husband and showed him something about the car. I think they are well trained and caring towards customers. It took around half an hour for us and there was no wait time. We booked the time slot before coming here.

The moment I spoke with Pete upfront, I knew I was in good hands. The gentlemen working at Big Brand Tires, know and understand the ins and outs of all vehicles. They re able to help with the simplest of things such that of a flat tire all the way to a full transmission. First time here and I will for sure be heading back for future jobs. Thanks Pete for being a gentleman and a scholar!

Received great service and help at this location. I needed an oil change on a Sunday, was extremely satisfied with coming to this location. Lobby was clean, open, service was in timely manner.Thank you Pete and your tech for the wonderful service I received when going in for an oil change.

Service is excellent. All of them are nice and it s convinient to go for service even if you didn t book an appointment. I had a punctured rear tire and they help me out free of charge.

Came in for vehicle inspection. I was able to speak with a knowledgeable mechanic that explained what repairs are needed in near future. Mechanic gave honest advice and friendly front counter staff were helpful with good conversation about auto. issues and provided suggestions. No pressure sales tactics. Will be back when repairs are needed.

Went in today for a basic oil change Kevin McCarthy was the front desk advisor & I am unsure who the tech was working on my car but after getting my car back I noticed my bracket mount was broken & before leaving the parking lot I tried to go inside & bring it to Kevin s attention & got absolutely no where with Kevin. He was unprofessional & had every excuse in the book instead of resolving the matter. Never again will I bring my car back here & now I have to replace my mount out of pocket when in reality they should reimburse me for the damage that was done by the tech! If the store manager Brian Hazelton see s this review feel free to reach out to me with me $50 reimbursement for the damage done to my interior by your tech!

Took my car in for a tire replacement and oil change in a second car. They got us right in and did exactly what they said they would do with no attempted upsale.They also put all the jack tools i used to put the donut spare on in its proper spot without being asked to.These are small details that are appreciated as I like to work on my cars and they did as I would have done.Thanks to the crew

The best shop! Brandon helped me a lot as well as other guys! Would highly recommend to everyone! These guys are not after money, they don t wanna take all your money, instead they try to help you and make the service cheaper! It s not like other shops where you see millions of stupid extra fees, and they don t stay on their word! They keep changing, but these guys are exceptional!!!! Brandon even waived the alignment for me such a nice man! Other workers are also really professional! Thank you so much guys, it was very generous and professional of you!

Had an oil change, there was a slight issue but they took care of it immediately! I called when on my way home my engine light came on. After I had it checked out at Autozone, I called and he intially stated that the issue could not have been caused by them, however, after hanging up he did follow up with his master mechanic. The master mechanic stated they could have caused the issue but it was safe to drive. I went in the next business day and they corrected the issue. I would recommend them, they are very professional!

I stopped in for an oil change and requested a vehicle inspection. They did the work and gave me a list of items. No pressure or upsell. I highly recommend this shop and have already told members of my family.

I purchased tires from them a couple months ago. They were the most affordable place in Tempe and the service was fast. I ve since had to return twice for low tire pressure and they ve taken care of me each time in a timely manner without hassle or trying to sale me on something. Thanks for being good to your customers.

Took my bmw in other day and asked if they could torque the wheels to spec, even told them 105ft lbs because could damage vehicle if over torqued. Started to hear some grinding when turning the wheel, went to check lugs and couldn't remove without a breaker bar.... Ended up breaking some tools trying to remove the lugs, got my impact and took a good 5 seconds to start to loosen the lugs, never seen lugs this tight on any vehicle ive worked on, was well over 105ft lbs .. Not sure if they did this out of spite or was on accident, other side was torqued to spec. If there's any damage from this will look into legal actions....

This, again, since with a completely different issue they excelled today as well: I hope you re not attached to your mechanic. Big Brand Tire & Service on Southern and Mill is making sure I m safe and comfy on the road. They re diligent, precise, and thorough with every check and repair. Communication is fantastic, and at the desk they ll seek out all possible specials, coupons, and discounts. It s care. It s community. It s high level competence.

I ve been coming here for 3 years now, I have never, not once, had a bad experience. They are clear communicators, not pushy, find solutions, and do their work quickly and thoroughly. I now live on the other side of town, and would rather drive 25 mins to this auto shop than go to the one around the corner from my house.

I made an appointment online, which was super easy. I went to my appointment and the young man at the front, maybe Brian, was very nice. I was in and out within 45 minutes and they replaces two tires for me. Great service! Will definitely be coming back!

Got my car aligned today. The service was great, Bret was super helpful and knowledgeable. They even applied a Memorial Day discount (not expecting). Service was really quick. Will be recommending and bringing my car back!

Made an appointment on Big Brand's website to get my tires checked out, as my low tire pressure light kept getting retriggered after getting them filled. Brian checked out my tire treads and on the lift for further inspection in a few minutes. They identified the culprit (cracked front left tire) and gave me options on tires and deals available. I opted for changing just the one tire, and Brian found me a discount on it anyway. Back on the road in less than 45 minutes.Great, professional service from Brian and his team. Will definitely be back at Big Brand for future tire and servicing needs.

Always excellent service! I have been going here for years for all of our vehicles, and Brian is exceptional. He is always so kind and works with us graciously by endeavoring to get us in as soon as possible. The prices have always been very fair and we have never once felt ripped off. These guys are honest and hard working, and their skill is hard to come by. We will continue to recommend Big Brand Tires and Services to anyone for any vehicle anytime!
