I want to give a big shout out to Kevin for his excellent customer service!Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who promptly assessed my tire needs. Their expertise was evident as they guided me through the selection process, offering valuable insights into the best tires for my vehicle and driving habits.The tire installation process was seamless and smooth. Not only did they complete the job in a timely manner, but they also took the time to educate me on proper tire maintenance to prolong their lifespan.Overall, I highly recommend Big Brand Tire & Service to anyone in need of quality tires and exceptional service. I will be returning for all my future tire needs and oil change.

I went in for a nail in one of my tires and was immediately greeted by numerous staff members. It s an awesome feeling to experience great customer service. I had a great conversation with Kevin while I waited. I was out in under 20 minutes. I highly recommend the team at Big Brand Tires located at 2077 S. Hardy Dr in Tempe.

I ran over a screw on my way in to work and this location was convenient so I dropped my car off at 8am with no expectation of an immediate turnaround. At about 11 oclock I recieved a polite call from Kevin that my tire was patched and the vehicle was available for pickup. When I stopped in during the lunch hour Kevin informed me that my tire repair was free of charge! I requested and received a very reasonable quote for 4 new tires and was on my way within 10 minutes. I will definitely consider this shop when I replace my tires and would recommend their tire repair services to others.

Jeremy was awesome. Super easy to work with, no pressure non sales-y and gave me competitive quotes for replacing my tires since I had a huge screw in one of mine.Would definitely recommend them for any of their services!

I had such a great experience here. The staff was friendly, informative and most importantly saved me money! He didn t try to upsell me like most places and shipped in the tires same day and were able to get them on a few hours later. Overall fast service and I recommend this place to anyone.

Went in to see what was wrong with a tire since it was losing air over time. Came in with no appointment and Kevin was the one who attended me. Quick and to the point I was told what were the possible problems and the possible solutions. After a fair amount of time the mechanics found out what was wrong with my tire and fixed it for no charge! Ease of access and speedy service.

Patched my tire at no charge, and the job was quality. The tire is still going without a loss of pressure. This helped me out financially a ton as I was in a tight spot already. When I have need of repairs in the future that will have a charge this shop will be my first choice.

Thumbs-up to the crew at Big Brand Tire & Service. I had a flat and had my car towed in around 8:30ish and was walking out around 9:30. They worked diligently to get my tire fixed and back on my car in a very timely manner. Thank you

I googled a place for alignment near me and found the location on Durango with really good rating so I went over and they couldn t work on my truck because of their equipment, they can t work on lifted trucks but he recommended this location since he used to work there he knew this location had a new machine, I went straight to this shop and they helped me right away, prices are reasonable and work is impressive, taken my trucks to other places before and I d have to come back to get things tighten up or straitened but everything came out perfect, definitely will be bringing my other trucks.

Great service, prices and availability. Jeremy was very helpful and personable with his low pressure sales. Fast in and out. And the girl that changed the tires on our RV was amazing. She dealt with my unique hub caps and valve extensions like the professional that she is. Good place to go, unlike the store that we stopped at first, that said we had to wait 5 hours to get our carry-in spare tire replaced. Big Brand in Tempe had us on the highway in less than 1-1/2 hours with 2 new tires.

I have been going through this location since it was Community Tire Pros, and I think I m hooked for life. You can trust them with your big investment any day!

Excellent service. I was taking a trip from San Francisco to Mazatl�n and had a tire that was leaking air. I stopped in as soon as they opened, they took me right away and fixed the problem getting back on the road.

2 lugnut studs, the screws that hold the breaks onto the roter, drain plug and the piece it screws into. This is just some of the damages done to my car during a simple oil change. Why offered a free break inspection and rotating tires service if this is the outcome. The guy behind the desk admitted if the "master tech" was in this wouldn't have happened? Well who did they have training on my car? Dropped my car off at 730am, by 230 I was beginning for them just to get the car down and let me leave. They guy behind the desk left and came back, he stated "sorry just trying to get everything thrown back together for you." When asked what it would take to put my car back into the same condition I brought it in, the guy show me the prices and their 50% mark up on the items. They say you get what you pay for, but this place charges double to break your car. Promised a district manager would be reaching out, havent herd from them.

Waited 40 mins past original pick up time in the waiting room with no notification of my truck being complete to fin out it was done the whole time. Then they parked my truck in an open parking lot with all my tools for work in my truck bed.

Went to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They informed me that I had strange wear marks on my drivers side front and rear tires. Invited me in the shop to take a look for myself to confirm they needed replaced. They even went above and beyond and called another location on my behalf, so I can have my alignment done tomorrow morning. Thank you so much Big Brand Tire Service! I will always highly recommend going to their locations!

I had 2 flat tiresbon the way to big brand i got there at 4 45 they close at 5 i desperately needed my car to go to work they told me my tire couldnt be repaired and needed a new one my car is extremely old Jeremy Vega the store manager got me water told me he had one in stock and not only gave me a great price but had someone stay which he helped and put a tire on that same day past closing and got me on the road i give this place a 15 not a ten incredible service beyond great i no longer am going to discount tires this is my place now Thank all of you for helping a 70 year old woman out on the spot and will never forget your generosity and awesome service

They are amazing! I got a flat tire at 430 and they stayed open late to fix my tire. The staff is awesome and the person who changed my tire was a female!!!! She was quick!

Jeremy vega was very nice and super professional, he helped me figure out if my payment card would work here it did and they replaced my battery super quick , definitely recommend this place !!
