I had the best experience ever with Babbitts - they went above and beyond to accommodate me by changing my appointment times when I broke down on the highway and fitting me in late on a Friday. Their professionalism and attention to detail is bar none and their prices are fair and reasonable. I thoroughly recommend any BMW owner to get their car serviced here!

Jennifer from the get go provided me with outstanding customer service. Being an out of state buyer (CA), I needed some independent yet professional analysis on a BMW Z3 I was interested in. After the PPI, the inspection results showed that the car needed almost $4k in repairs despite it's pristine condition. After that, I asked them to give me some estimates for repairs on other cars I was checking and Jennifer got back to me immediately with very reasonable labor and parts costs. I recommend them!!

Babbitt Motor Werks is a great shop! Quickly and professionally diagnose and work with my aftermarket warranty company to get me and my BMW back on the road. I have an 2008 so I am in there more than I would like to be. But Jen and the fellas in the shop make it as painless as owning a 15 year old Bmw can be.

Best mechanic in all Arizona that s because this is the only state that I have lived in. I don t think any other places, honest, knowledgeable mechanics. I am very sure fromthe experience. I have took my car to a dealership and they couldn t figure out what s going on with it, they are the only people find out what s the issue in it!!

I highly recommend Babbitt Motor Werks! I usually go to the BMW North Scottsdale dealership for service, but I noticed every time I went to BMW they would suggest more and more things that weren t necessary, and they were extremely overpriced (per usual). I called Babbitt and spoke with Jennifer about BMW s findings. She is super knowledgeable and honest. Babbitt is reasonably priced, they communicate clearly and often, and are the business I will be bringing my X5 to from now on. With vehicle stuff I find it so important to find a spot that you trust. That s Babbitt for me from now on. Thank you!

It s been 3 years+ that I ve brought my 2011 135i to Babbitt and team. Almost like clockwork, once a year (sometimes twice or more, if my car is angry at me) I bring it in for routine maintenance and from time-to-time more extensive work. I ve had all sorts of experiences at Babbitt that always end really well. So I keep coming back. Once my car started acting up a few days after service; they immediately drove out to meet me on the side of the road, took me home and picked up my car. Another time they washed my car after a repair (thank you!) and someone bumped my rear bumper in the car wash I wouldn t have noticed, but they replaced and painted the bumper cover at no cost to me.These may seem like unsatisfactory experiences, but my point is that they own it and make it right, every time. The hourly rates are fair, the workmanship and customer service is top-notch. I ll be going to Babbitt for years to come.

Been taking my car there since the day my warranty expired. Easy, fast, reliable. The entire staff is very knowledgeable of all things BMW. Confidant in their pricing and parts they use, I would never take BMW to any other shop in AZ

I drove from San Diego to Phoenix to attend some Spring Training games. Less than half a mile from the Phoenix hotel my BMW X3 stopped running. Luckily I was off the freeway on a frontage road. Looked up BMW repair places and found Babbitt had very good reviews. So I got it towed there. A year ago I had the engine rebuilt in San Diego and was afraid I had blown a valve. Kameron at Babbitt said they were booked but he would try to look at it. Within a few hours Jennifer Babbitt called to say the problem was the fuel pump and fuel pressure sensor. I was totally relieved. They even fully repaired my SUV the same day. I also got an oil change and alignment, both were due. The overall bill was actually less than I expected. They even washed the car and filled the gas tank. I was very impressed.

Loved working with them, they were flexible with scheduling, up front about costs and expectations, and were honest about what was best for me and my car, not what could have made them the most money. Will be going to them again!

I have used this shop for many years and always come and leave as a happy customer. The best independent BMW shop in town! Dropped my car off for front brakes, five minutes afterwards on the way home a window regulator in my wife s BMW gave up the ghost. We turned around, went back to Babbitt and lo and behold, they had the part right there and 30 minutes later we were back on the road. What a wonderful miracle right before Thanksgiving!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I can't thank Babbitt Motor Werks enough for this year, I was impressed with your friendliness and honesty. The first time I had a problem with a deteriorating battery, they were quick to replace it and I also felt the efficiency of your customer service and love for BMWs. Secondly, the e-brake repair was also very fast and at a fair price. Maybe because of you, BMW owners can drive with more confidence on the road. Awesome experience, had ah previous wannabe BMW mechanic that couldn t get my my 2016 BMW 750i Xdrive transmission to shift correctly, found this shop through google and man was I impress by the level of knowledge these guys have and didn t even overcharge me for the mistakes my wannabe BMW mechanic made. These guys are angels of mercy when it comes to BMW s they know they stuff. Forever loyal customer..

Awesome service! Owning a BMW (2012 650I M-Sport) you have to be very particular and discerned as to who works on it. I waited a week before writing this review as this was my first repair with Babbitt Motor Werks and I am happy to report my 650I is running like new! Babbitt will have my business on all of my BMW needs going forward (only wish they serviced Porsche and Maserati as well lol).Services: Engine repair, Auto battery maintenance

I am newer to the area and did a lot of research on good BMW mechanics. I found Babbitt using google and decided to take my X5 to them after reading multiple good reviews. Let me tell you I am so happy that I did! These guys know their stuff! Not only did they fix it right the first time, but they coordinated the drop off/pick up of the vehicle to get new tires from discount down the street which really saved me from missing work, I am so appreciative of that, they also kept me informed via email the entire time my vehicle was in their possession! Jen, Jake, and Cameron were all absolutely fantastic to work with! I can tell the whole team is great! I feel so much more confident owning an older BMW now! Jen, Kameron, and the Techs always take care of me and give me Solid Estimates and Help to ensure my N52 is running smoothly! Got Radiator, Valve Cover, Plugs, and Soon Oil Pan Gasket! I drive all the way from Goodyear, AZ been loyal to these guys definitely worth it!!

My car was overheating and they quickly took my car in one afternoon and had it ready late the next morning (they had to order a new water pump), including doing a scheduled service which I was due. Plus, they washed the car!
