AZ Auto Air have been checking and repairing my cars for almost 10 years now. The owners are always being very kind , professional and honest. I have great things to tell about them. It is a peace of mind to know that they will help me at any situation that could surge with my cars. They are the BEST!!

I went in for an inspection to see why my AC stopped working. About a week before I brought it my car overheated while I was in a long slow drive-thru at The Brother s almost across the street from where I live. I turned my car off every time I stopped and I the girl at the window that my car started overheating and I was block traffic. I went to O Reilys and spent $22 dollars on some premixed Antifreeze.I would have given them 5 stars if they would have written up an estimate of what it needs so I can get a more accurate estimate.They did tell me the $50 inspection fee would be applied to what I am going to be charged.Services: Vehicle Inspection, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

We've been coming here for a few years for both our Tacoma and BMW. Great, honest family-owned shop that repairs vehicles to last. The owners are nearly always onsite and clearly take pride in their work and business. They constantly consider their customer's costs, but explain the pros and cons of all repair options: from the "cheap, quick fix" to the "I only want genuine BMW parts" approach. They let YOU decide with full knowledge; I appreciate that. I'm thankful to the friend who recommended them!!

Went to them with air conditioning problems. They were open and honest about the repairs that were needed. They suggested several options, and I chose the medium cost option. I'll definitely be going back to them for any future work.

As we were starting to use our AC in mid May, we discovered it wasn't cooling well. Went to AZ Auto Air because of the reviews. Just like the reviews, I got awesome, honest service. They said there was a very slow leak, refilled the freon and said to watch it. To come back in a year or if it stops cooling again instead of talking me into an expense replacement. It's now mid November and all is still cooling well. It worked great through our record breaking summer.

Went there to get a/c on my truck checked. They got it in quickly and had an estimate for repairs within less than an hour.I came back the next day and dropped my truck off. They repaired my a/c, my truck was clean (inside and out) and the price I paid was about $100 less than the estimate.Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional and fun.Great place, great service, fair prices.Would definitely recommend this business!! They do much more than just fix a/c units. Give them a call!

I came here because my 2017 Camry ac blower had died on me. I paid my first time for the diagnosis & I came back 2 weeks later to get a new blower installed. AZ auto air took the price I paid for the diagnostic out of the final billing price. But yes, you have to pay diagnostic price at that point time when they diagnose the issue. Just so no one gets the wrong idea here. But anyways, this company is honest, top notch & will get all serious work on my 3 cars will ever need going forward. They treat you with respect here. They do not B.S. it is 1 of the most honest operations I've ever come across. They gained me as a customer for life!!!

I enjoy the whole time here, John is honest, and not trying to scare me with some terms, which I can also google, so I will come back again, honest, is something hard to get these days.I usually offer 1 star when I spend time for review, check my profile, but if this is something really worth it, then I send 5 stars.

Came here today to get my car s ac fixed as I haven t had ac for a couple years now. I was informed it would take a couple hours, and I waited in shop. I was out by about 1.5 hours. Great customer service. Had me and other customers in and out quickly. AC in my car now blows cold air. They also changed my oil while I was there. Nothing was crazy expensive and they were able to give me (and other customers) easy to follow explanations.Luckily I didn t have any leaks and I just needed an evac and refill. Awesome service. Will be returning again for oil changes, and next time I need my brakes replaced in a few years. Highly recommend if you need your AC fixed.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto A/C recharge, Air conditioning, Oil change

Overall good experience for an oil change. They were fast , friendly and answered all my questions. The only thing I didn t like is being changed 40 dollars labor for an oil change. Never heard of that where I m from EVER. Full synthetic usually runs me 65-80 dollars. It was a hundred here with a discount. They need to change that because they will lose business to other shops

I went there to get my a/c fixed on my truck. They had it diagnosed within half an hour and told me what it would cost to fix it.I dropped my truck off the next day and not only did they fix it but they deducted the price of the diagnosis ($60.00) AND the total cost was almost $100 cheaper than the estimate. The fact that they did that shows their honesty and integrity. The employees were all friendly and professional. I have found my new mechanic shop! You should check them out for your mechanical needs. They do good work!Service: Air conditioning

Wonderful people. Steve, Mark and John will make you feel at home . Service is quick and superb. Price is very very reasonable. I did call around before I decided on AZ Auto Air. They also did my oil, oil filter and air filter change. I had my car checked out at another mechanic about 2wks ago, my check engine light continued to come on and off with no explanation as to why. At AZ Auto Air they found the problem straight away and gave me an estimate for everything. They went through the estimate and explained it all line by line. I didn't feel hassled to get everything done right away either. They were very personable with other clients new and returning. I felt very welcomed and appreciated coming in and going out. I highly recommend AZ Auto Air to anyone.

The shop was welcoming as soon as I walked in. They diagnosed my AC quickly. It needed a recharge. I was in/out in less than 2 hrs. My AC is now ice cold! The price was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to return. I highly recommend AZ Auto.Service: Auto A/C rechargeService: Auto A/C recharge

Stopped in last Saturday to get my A/C diagnostic on my vehicle and oil change. I had my vehicle back within a couple of hours as promised. Everyone was super friendly and upfront about the work being done. Got my well needed A/C recharge at a fair price. Will go back here every time and will recommend all my friends here. John was phenomenal! I had an issue with my air cooled 1989 Porsche 911. I walked in to his clean and comfortable reception area and he was on the phone with another customer. He was explaining several different ways he can diagnose a problem and that the $50 fee to do so would go towards any work needed. He had no problem figuring out the issue was with my classic vehicle and getting the air blowing ice cold again. His prices were shockingly low and honest. I LOVE this place!!

This family owned business is awesome! My air conditioning went out in my car. I did a Google search and found these wonderful people. Every time I call their shop and talked to someone I got the same "family" treatment. They knew what was wrong and repaired my car. I am very happy and so grateful to this very nice family. These guys are absolutely awesome. My AC had been blowing warm for months until a friend recommended that I swing by this place. I called, came in, and John estimated it would be an hour or two on the inspection, but they had my AC inspected and fully functional less than an hour later! John was honest, informative, friendly, and I know I'll be going back to them should the need arise.

The staff is amazing! I am always so hesitant about bringing my car into new places as I am always worried about being taken advantage of. I did not feel that way at this place, at all! They were so helpful, thorough, and were able to get my car fixed quickly. I will definitely use AZ Auto Air in the future. I highly recommend this place! Thank you, AZ Auto Air!

Great service, great and honest people working here. I was told I needed a condenser for my ac by onother shop. Came here and I was told just needed a recharge by the owner steve. This was 2 months ago. So far The ac is working good even with this heat. Shows you that honesty is the way to do business I'll be back here for all my auto repair needs and with all my cars. Highly recommend this business.

Top notch shop! My a/c stopped blowing cold. They got me in with no appointment. Found the problem was a leak in one of the hoses. They made a custom replacement and had me out the door all in a couple of hours. Amazing! Very reasonable price and an additional 10 percent military discount. Two year nation wide warranty. Well done!

My son had to leave for a new job in Seattle the next day and John at AZ Auto was able to get his AC repaired by the end of the day a whole day earlier than we were told. Thanks guys for making it happen. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, and experienced auto repair shop. Took both my vehicles in for a pre summer vacation service and inspection. The inspection on both vehicles was thorough, done correctly, and finished quickly. Prices for the air conditioning service, oil change, air filter exchange, and multi point inspection were extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend AZ Auto Air for any repair service your car might need.

Just had them do an a/c system check and was also asked if I wanted an overall check of the vehicle I said sure. I always take my cars there for a/c related things and have always recommended them to anyone that asks where I go. Always happy with their service and work but, it was a little different this time as I had dropped off my vehicle at 0750 and never received a call or text until I decided to call around 1320 and was told to pick it up before 1700.I thought ok maybe they are just busy and forgot it s fine. So I pay and get to my car and I see water spots all over the windshield, hood and side of the car from when they checked the wipers. I was hoping that they would have taken just a minute to at least wipe the water off the paint which is black before parking it back outside in the 115* weather. I try my hardest to keep my car clean all the time so that was just kind of disappointing. still giving them 5 stars though.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Air conditioning
