I have been going to see Lou every time I have big car issues. They have always been knowledgable and not make me feel silly about my car concerns. They are honest and will let you know if it is just something small (and did not charge me) and when I should go to the dealership for more work. I travel more than 30 minutes to see them, but I am glad I have mechanics that I can trust.

Knowledgeable, friendly service done with an understanding of what was needed to correct an on-again off-again check engine light. 2008 Saturn Astra now runs better than ever. Great overall experience and sense of professionalism.

It's really hard to find honest mechanics, but Mike and Lou always explain exactly what is going on with my car and are super transparent about pricing breakdown to help me find the best deal. These guys are awesome, they won't try to squeeze every penny out of you and will get your car fixed quickly and correctly. They have fair prices and excellent service. Yikes! $62 to change burned-out headlight bulbs is rather excessive considering we provided the bulbs and it only took 5 minutes to accomplish. $720/hour for labor just seems a tad unreasonable even during inflationary times. We were not informed of the cost up front so two stars for Autoplex. One star for me. Should have gone to Walmart Auto Center/O'Reilly/AutoZone all of whom installs them for free.

Are you kidding me? They charge me fifteen hundred and sixty dollars to fix my back breaks and to check my My engine light. Engine light is still on and they charge me a 150 for a battery cable. That's insane I would give 0 stars if I could. And they charge me $182 to install the Battery cable Mike was very rude to me.

I recently had my Porsche Cayenne serviced at Autoplex. This is a great place to have your vehicle serviced. Their prices are fair and live up to what they say. I have been going here for a couple of years now for service to my two vehicles. A Toyota and Audi. Mike has always been kind, helpful, and professional. This team provides great service in our community. I recommend them to anyone in need of auto service. We live out of state & my son is a student at ASU. His car started rattling & we were given a recommendation to go to Autoplex. He scheduled it for service, his car was looked & it was determined it was an easy fix. Short appointment, no charge! That s unheard of these days. Highly recommend for their honesty & incredible care!

Mike and the mechanics came through again. I had a fuel smell, not a leak, that was not visible but it was getting stronger. I took it in to Mike and they found it. I know I can always trust these guys when I have a problem whether it's a typical problem or an unusual one they're The Mechanics for me. This is definitely a five-star shop, there are prices are always reasonable and their jobs are always complete.

I am so happy and relieved to come here, all the gentlemen here have been super helpful and polite.My car needed so much fixing last week, that I went to Midas at first, and they said the fixing would cost me over 5000."F" THAT!I saved 3600$ with Autoplex, and now my car runs amazing, like it's brand new.Believe me, it's definitely worth coming here, my father seen my receipt record with them and now wants to come here instead You'll have a much better deal with Autoplex

I have been going to Autoplex for more than 20 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They always provide the best service and I trust them to give me the best advice with respect to what is needed for my car. My daughter now also takes her car there and I wouldn't have her go there unless I thought they provided the best service and car care!

These guys are great! Very trustworthy and the prices are very reasonable. Only been to them twice for repairs but both times the experience was great, Not sure which mechanic worked on my car but I appreciate them very much as well as Mike because I must've called 6 times to check on my car (it's my baby) and he never seemed frustrated.Would definitely recommend them to others.Service: Engine repair

These guys came recommended to me by Costco so that should say something in itself. They offered a Costco (referral?) discount. I already had a quote from another major shop for engine repair where their diagnoses was low compression and would need a new (used) engine. I brought it here for a second opinion where they pin-pointed the issue to a valve not seating properly which was a valve job instead of an engine swap which saved me A LOT of money. These guys were honest, fair and great to work with. Highly recommended.Service: Engine repair

I have had many services performed on my vehicles at Autoplex Auto Service and I've always had a good experience. I know that when Lou tells me something needs to be fixed, it really does need to be fixed! I've always dreaded taking my car to a mechanic because some choose to take advantage of women but Lou is the exact opposite. He is honest and respectful of me as a customer, and tells it like it is. I always refer anyone who is looking for a mechanic because I know they will get the same great service that I do.

Autoplex auto service has been there for my family for over 20 years. Way back when it was in the Autoplex between Elliot and Warner. The new location on Guadalupe still has the great same service and expertise. Thanks Mike for taking care of business as usual.

I goofed up my appt twice. The first time Mike couldn't fit me in, but the second time (!) Mike was able to get me in for my oil change. I really appreciated that!!! The folks at Autoplex where recommended to me by another company who takes all their mechanical work to them. I can honestly say they have lived up to their reputation as honest and professional quality of work.I too, will also be taking my car to them for work that needs to done right the first time.Mike and his team are great to work with. I have getting my truck serviced at Autoplex for years. Mike and Larry ALWAYS take care of me. Had 2 parts go bad within the warranty time period. I had to pay labor twice on the master cylinder which I was bummed about as the part company should have taken the burden out of the customer's hands, but when the 2nd part, fuel pump, went bad and initially I was told I had to pay for labor again, Mike said "No. We will fix this for you." I love these guys. Good workers and honest which we all know is EXTREMELY rare.
