Amanda was very helpful with scheduling and going over pricing for my tire replacement. She walked me through the steps and provided professional, friendly service. I ve worked with her before and she always provides excellent customer service. On the day of my service, I worked with Sara. She was awesome! So friendly and very communicative on the status of my car. She explained the warranty and went above and beyond to have my car washed and I think she had gas put in the tank as well. If she did, I so appreciate it and cannot explained how pleased I was with the level of service. I will continue to return to this location for all of my needs because I continue to be amazed by the level of care and professionalism offered. Other companies can definitely take note. Thank you!

We went to see about a vehicle, and we got some really good customer service. I definitely would like to complement them on that. The sales representative took the time to explain everything in the vehicle, and how it worked and all the new features and even offered us coffee and hot chocolate because it was cold out. Great job. I look forward to seeing what kind of deal they can give us on a vehicle. It would be nice to buy from them.****Update*****If you're in the market for a new car and expect a transparent and trustworthy experience, this dealership is not the place for you. Our recent encounter revealed a concerning pattern of misleading information from the sales staff. While they may initially appear friendly and helpful, their true focus appears to be on closing deals at any cost, even if it means resorting to demonstrably false statements. This disregard for ethical conduct was further amplified by the tense atmosphere within the dealership, characterized by a constant stream of frustrated customers leaving unhappy. The dealership's complete lack of concern for this situation underscores their prioritization of profit over customer satisfaction.Given these circumstances, we strongly advise potential car buyers to steer clear of this dealership. Consumers deserve to be treated with respect and honesty throughout the car-buying process.One would think that when your averaging one-star reviews for your service and 4.3 stars overall, things would start to change for the better, however, when your leadership has created a culture of deception and poor sales tactics, nothing is going to change and they will continue with their poor performance.

My personal experience was an amazing experience Michael Choules took his time with me showed me every vehicle in my price range explained features and allowed me to drive each vehicle he didn t pressure me or make me feel pressured Michael is a great sales rep and because of him I purchased my 2023 Rogue. I am very very happy! Trevor was funny great personality with customers the whole team was friendly and attentive! I would definitely refer family and friends you don t always find a dealership like this! Thank you!

I had a nice experience with my oil change and service on my 2021 Rogue. Carlos was very helpful with scheduling the appointment on short notice, getting me a drop off and pick up shuttle and getting the job done on time. I highly recommend this Nissan shop

It was great all the way up to the actual visit to do the paperwork. It took 2.5 hours to get it done and I wasn't buying a car - just having them look at and process the paperwork. Everything else was smooth and I'm happy with what I was offered. People were all nice and helpful.

So far so good. I've been going for oil changes and have had two major works orders completed. My last visit was maintained by Boyd. My associate was exceptional with great customer service and make sure you are completely satisfied in all areas before you drive your vehicle off. I will definitely be working with Boyd again. Still 4 stars because I feel like I haven't gone enough yet.

Service advisor was professional and communication was timely. Shuttle service is nice as well.Only reason for my 3 star review is I have been going there since 2020 and after every service, my car is typically washed and vacuumed at the local car wash. It was not this time.Also, they typically always leave a sticker on top left windshield with the milage for next service due which was not done this time as well. I have become accustomed to these services when servicing my car at AutoNation Nissan Tempe. Unsure why the change.

My experience was easy and pleasant. I made an appointment early and they were done with my oil change in the time they said it would take. Sent me a full inspection feedback so I could see where things were at with my vehicle. Drove my car to me and had plastic so that they couldn t smudge up my interior. Overall it was a good visit.

They really took care of me while my 2019 Leaf was having its 62kwh battery replaced under factory warranty. They had me in a loaner during the whole ordeal at no cost. I couldn't be more grateful for Amanda and everyone at AutoNation Nissan Tempe.

I bought a truck and a Rouge in 2021 from Nissan. Both of my vehicles are Covid vehicles in that they were not put together properly. The sensors keep having issues, my radio cut in and out, the lock on my driver door does not open. All the truck's lights would flash for no reason, the driver's side of the truck would not open eventually all the doors would not open, you had to climb over the console to get out or climb out the window. Most of these problems have tried to be repaired, but when you purchase new vehicles you expect the vehicle to be put together better. I have had Nissan vehicles before and loved them, but now I would never purchase or recommend a Nissan. The only good customer service I recieved was on my last visit. I was given a loaner vehicle like my Rogue to use. I was told it was computer issues and new codes had to be written.

My service representative is Carlos and he goes above and beyond to make sure that I m satisfied and that my car is out on time. I reside in East Mesa now but because of the service that I get there and Carlos is just AWESOME. Carlos deserves to be praised for making his customers satisfied and well taken care of. I went in because I was having problems with my battery not keeping a charge. I was told that my Nissan Armada had a smart charger. so because I am not commuting and driving long distances, My alternator is not charging my battery. They were going to charge me $400 to fix the problem. They went down half the price. At the end it was just a wire that needed to be clipped underneath my hood That they showed my boyfriend how to do. And on top of that they didn t even know if that was going to fix the problem. There is not a recall on this so I would have had to pay $400 or at least $200 for them to clip a wire underneath my hood without a guarantee! How is that good customer service? my boyfriend did it for free in two seconds. This is horrible customer service and I don t know why customers are being charged an arm and a leg for something that s not even guaranteed. My vehicle was there for about a week and I still was getting stranded I even was stranded in the parking lot before leaving the dealership. They told me to call the office so that they could maybe do a recall but until then people are having to pay an arm and a leg for something you can learn to do on YouTube for free!!

I ve bought 2 of my first cars with Autonation Nissan Tempe, and because of how much I loved my Nissan Rogue my family has become a Nissan family. We ve bought many cars, each is the right car at the right price because of how kind they are to us! Our Sales associate Jack makes sure to take care of us, the finance managers and sales team always do right by us.Also Carlos in Service is the best, appreciate him when I need to get any service work done!

I had a miscommunication with scheduling maintenance but my man Carlos got me right! I came in after hours and he told me the best time to come in the next day & he s a man of his word and I respect that a lot. He got me in & out but was still able to advise on future maintenance thoroughly. You don t get better customer service than from Carlos. Thanks again

I've never been disappointed! They are honest and answer questions with knowledge, have aways provided me with a ride home and back to pick up my vehicle, and have presented my vehicle back to me with a wash and vacuum even if I am there just for an oil change. I love their service!

Transmission hose reapplied incorrectly per the mechanic and service rep. Car stopped in the middle of an intersection a half mile from the dealership right at closing time. Sales team couldn t help with a tow. Car had to be picked up the next day from a random parking lot. this was after an $1800 service on a car that has never had any issues. The guy that I communicated with the next day was very helpful and friendly but this was a dangerous mistake that ate up a lot of my time.

I drove a little further to take my car to Nissan Tempe to have it serviced due to the horrible service at Nissan Chandler. When I arrived I was greeted by a service tech though he wasn t the one I had an appointment with. He assured me my tech would be right with me and about 5 minutes later I was greeted again by my service tech. She listened and wrote down my concerns, assured me she would check with the extended warranty company for all repairs and let me know if there covered before the repairs. Later she called me to let me know the warranty covered everything except the diagnostic fee which she shared the total cost. A few days later after our vacation we picked up my car that had been washed well and experienced the same friendly service. The cost was exactly what she shared on the phone, no surprises, like I had experienced at the other dealership time and time again. I will definitely be driving a little further out to receive the excellent service I received at Nissan Tempe.Part two: I just bought a car!!! I love this dealership!! Best customers service, best prices, nice people and love my car!!! I have been looking for three weeks in this awful car market which has been a nightmare!! Hubby and I came here last weekend after every dealership couldn t help us find anything we liked, was a good deal and the price point we were at. We met Jack the sales man who was friendly, and helpful though he didn t have anything that I liked at my price point at the moment. He shared that he can help us if we find anything in the future to let him know. Hubby reached out to him when he saw a few cars, Jack brought them out we test drove than realized the used cars at the price point weren t gonna work. Lastly Jack and manager Steve said let s check out one more car, a brand new Nissan kicks!! I loved it and they made it happen in my price point and the color white! It reminded me of my previous just sold Nissan armada but way better in gas!! Yasss!! So happy!! Lastly Jack showed me videos and taught me about my new cars features while all paperwork was being processed. Love it! Thank you Jack and Steve!!

I have been waiting for over 2 weeks to get the padding replaced in the back seat? So I'm not too happy about that. I didn't get a owners manual and I've emailed the sales pertain and I have yet to hear back from him.As of today 3/21 I still have not been contacted in anyway. And whenever I call or come over I'm told it's on order and it's coming from the arrowhead store. But yet I'm still waiting. It's now been over a month. I'm not driving out there again to waste my gas just to be told it's been ordered... NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

I had the best experience here. I went in just to view a few cars in person I had no idea I d be walking out with a car I ve been wanting. I was treated with respect by all team members. I worked with Danielle she was so sweet & made me feel comfortable the entire time. She kindly answered all my questions & was very patient. This was my first time buying a car on my own and it couldn t have been any better. I m so happy I decided to come into this location.

Easy to find, easy to drop off my car. Got shuttle ride home. Only didn't get a call back when car was done. Had to find a ride back because shuttle stops at 4 car was to be done between 2 and 3, Only was 2 hours off promised pick up time. I would still take my car back when needed, staff was very polite.

Overall the deal was okay, however, the dealer knew I was driving 3 hours to purchase the car so it would have been nice if they had cleaned it and vacuumed all the dog hair out. They brought a detailer in on the weekend which I appreciated. He removed lots of decals and buffed some of the car but not all, so I have to finish.

My day started off horrible yesterday. Nissan call center told me all this misinformation, but when got to Nissan Sara calmed me down and went over everything that could be wrong with my new Nissan rouge. She had is diagnosed and informed me it was probably a malfunction code. Told me everything was under warranty and if it happens again to bring it back so they can keep the car and they will send me in a rental. Sara s customer service was perfect! She handled the situation like a professional and I m glad I met her. She will be receiving all of my business along with a few referrals.

Danielle was awesome to work with. I talked to her on the phone, told her what I wanted, and she made sure my pathfinder had all the features that I was looking for before I drove 35 miles to look at it. Great that I didn t have to waste my time! It was waiting by the front door when I got there. She was very personable and we enjoyed talking to her. Buying process was easy. I would return for my next purchase although it may be years. I still have my 2009 Titan. This Pathfinder is my 4th Nissan.
