This was my first time at the dealership. I was able to get an appointment within 1 week. My service advisor told me what to expect and how long they estimated for my service to be completed. I was waiting so I was directed to the work/ lounge area. The dealership was changing location for the parts and cashier areas so it wasn't clear where to go if you wanted to order parts not being installed by the dealership.

I had an unpleasant experience working with Service Advisor Jake Washatka. Before having the Service Advisor commence the service, I verified that the synthetic oil change and tire rotation special quoted to me at the time of scheduling my appointment was $74.95. Jake response was that a coupon was needed for a discount. Jake and I went back and forth on this so I decided to call the dealership to speak to a representative to get clarification. I had no idea that the dealership outsourced this service to another company until Jake said they do not work for the dealership and that the company did not know what they were doing. He even went as far as asking me if I wanted him to continue the service or not. At this point, he was too curt and rude so I requested to speak to his manager.The manager came out and listened to my concerns and said he would talk to his employee. After this experience, I received the service at no cost, thanks to the manager. This will be my last time taking my car there!

Quick turn around and no waiting time. I was arrived earlier than appointment time but they still process my car immediately. The shuttle transport make the service more convenient, I can do some work at home while waiting the car to be serviced.

I took my car in for my oil change and the service team came out immediately. They were kind and thorough. They also offer a shuttle service that took me to my work nearby while they worked on my car. They kept me updated to its status and my car was done a short hour later. They emailed me the report and sent the shuttle to pick me back up.I will always recommend Hyundai Autonation.

Efficient, helpful staff. He clearly explained the process and what he considered to be the most important part of maintenance. They were able to drive me home and pick me up for free while my car was serviced. Upon return, the person managing my service clearly explained the costs and service performed.

I looked at a number of options before deciding on a used Hyundai Tucson 2018. Took our vehicle into the dealership to look at the catalytic converter and an oil leak. They had the vehicle for a week, we called for an update with no answer. We finally got ahold of them and Dana who answered the phone couldn't answer any of our questions about the car because "they weren't our service advisor," we asked to speak with our service advisor, Jake, and were told "he's busy with customers, I answer the phone, that's how this works." They told us to come pick it up. We arrived to pick it up and our service advisor told us nothing was wrong with the vehicle. They did not find an oil leak or fix the catalytic converter because they could not recreate the issue - fair I suppose, but the mileage on the car when we dropped it off and when we picked it up was the same. And in the week they had the vehicle, they did not call once to update us. The same day we picked up the car, it started violently shaking. Needless to say, we will be taking it to Hyundai at San Tan.

This was my first maintenance experience with AuroNation for my new vehicle and I was impressed with the service I received. Ashley was friendly and personable and I was kept informed during the entire process. My car was ready when promised. I have no complaints.

Not sure I got what I asked for.Service was fast and readily available, facilities comfortable.I asked for a 2inch hitch tow receiver and I was installed a 1-1/4 inch with no explanation. I tried to call them 2 days in a row, left messages, they never called back. Follow up definitely needs improvement.The problem is I have a 2 inch basket carrier and now I was forced to use an adapter which gives me too much lag and the basket bounces a lot.

i was greeted promptly upon arrival by a service person and quickly turned over to a service writer -Max Moon-who had e-mailed me to confirm my appointment. Max explained what service was to be included , the time it would take and showed me to the customer lounge , where snacks and coffee were offered, I was kept up to date of the progress and the service was completed within time as promised, Overall, this was a very satisfying experience , and I will certainly expect to return to this dealership for any service,

i did arrive a bit early to drop off my vehicle. my advisor was not available so was forced to wait for some time until he was. I was not sure why someone else could not check me in, again, i was just dropping it off. however, the work was done in a very timely manner. even washed the car! bonus!

I booked appt (oil change) for 1:30 pm. When I arrived I was told the car would not be ready until at least 4 pm. Apparently, this place double/triple books. I spoke to other customers in waiting room and they all had similar stories. The only good thing was the service rep/team are all very nice. Its unfortunate that they have to apologize continuously to people because the boss allows the over booking. To the boss, you are really making people angry. There are other places to go and I will never return as it is not necessary to go to Hyundai to continue warranty.

Recently went in for an oil change and being a single mom on a tight budget I really appreciated that they gave me a heads up on things that didn't quite need to be replaced yet, but were soon to be on their last legs so that I can prepare and save! It's really nice not to be caught by surprise when it comes to your only form of transportation also I scheduled an appointment in the morning and it went by quickly! Thanks to my advisor Max Moon for all your help!!

After discovering that my local Hyundai dealership was over 2 months out on scheduling service, I reached out to AutoNation Hyundai in Tempe. They were able to get me in for my standard service within two days. The transaction was seamless and they communicated with me during the entire process.My car received the service treatment it deserved plus a car wash to finish it off. I will be sure to use AutoNation Hyundai in Tempe for future service.

AutoNation Hyundai took care of all of my concerns and gave me top notch service for my Kona. They even offered a shuttle so my husband and I could get some breakfast while we waited for them to do the service on my vehicle. Felix was amazing and explained everything to us. Definitely coming back!

First of all, my Santa Fe is really a wonderful car and it was due for the 8000 mile first service check up. They serviced the car and the beautiful thing is that it did not cost me a penny. I am so glad I switched to a Hyundai. The service at Tempe Hyundai is great.

Loved the fact that Dan was there if we needed him but he did not pressure us in any way. He was efficient and very helpful. Not pushy in the least bit. If you want to talk to someone who is knowledgeable but not in your face all the time then ask for Dan Lopez at AutoNation. He will help you in finding the car that you want.

We live in MN and drove down to Phoenix. Before we left MN, we had concerns about oil leaks after a valve cover gasket was replaced. Made an appointment with AutoNation to have the engine checked out when we arrived. AutoNation got me on time, completed a multi-point inspection, and let me know everything looked good. Gave me a great peace of mind.

They did the work I requested. They found some other thing wrong but I chose not to get the work done with them. The pricing here is a little on the premium end even for a dealer. It s also SUPER frustrating that you HAVE to reply to text message in order to talk to your advisor. When I called in to try and speak with him I was told by the woman who answered that I just needed to reply to the text. I don t understand why I couldn t physically talk to someone especially when I walk in and 2 advisors are just sitting in their phones (mine included)

Ashley didn t seem like she wanted to work on my car. I scheduled an appt because my car said it needed service. There was also an update for the regenerative braking software that I received a notice for. She said I didn t need to have my car seen because the last time I was in they did the software update, but my car is still yelling at me for service. Now 7,000+ miles past due.I live 30 minutes away so it s an event to take my car. I don t have time to keep taking it.Another thing is their online scheduling system. I was told that you are not scheduling an appt for the car at that time. You re simply scheduling an appt to talk to an advisor. That defeats the purpose of online scheduling.Their automated phone system also sucks and it s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone at the dealership. It usually just disconnects when you push the number to speak to the service dept.This is my honest review. This place needs a lot of work.

Usually dread having to go to the dealer for service on both of my Hyundai vehicles, although I have no regrets about Tempe Hyundai auto nation; such excellent service from the beginning to the detail work from the mechanics, truly appreciate the professionalism, clean facilities and knowledge the staff brings out.

This dealership is the real deal when it comes to top notch customer service. From the sales department, to service, they know how to treat thier customers!Newly remodeled dealership with lots of amenities. They strive to make any experience the best for their customers. Every single employee, from porter, grounds, sales, management, to the service advisors, all are so kind, polite, and super professional. The facilities are impresivly clean and comfortable.All the above is such a totally opposite from my local dealership Jim Click, that it's worth me driving from Tucson to Phoenix to be treated well, fair, and appreciated.

After purchasing a new car, they called and said they shouldn t have sold it to me because it was under recall. I asked to return the car with less than 100 miles on it and they refused. Lost all trust and feel taken advantage of. I believe it s illegal to sell a car under recall that was not fixed but they didn t seem to care.

Felix was very detailed and communicated with me concerning my car. He also helped me understand my car better. My car got a car wash, and they even vacuumed the driver s side which really needed it!
