They replaced our full windshield last November. While driving on the Bee Line, we got a rock hit. I called them again because they were great to work with in November. Yesterday, I got a reminder text. This morning, I got a text from Will with ETA. He was able to fill this star. Very nice man. Worked efficiently and it looks GREAT! These folks are awesome.

Exceeded my expectations! We had a family emergency the day the windshield glass was scheduled. Rather than reschedule, they found another tech in the area of the hospital we were at, and the tech fixed it in the parking lot. Tech was very professional and did a great job. I don't recall his name, but he and the company deserve 5 stars, and I don't just give away 5 stars. Highly recommend!!

Great service, fair prices. I contacted AGE over the weekend just to get a quote, as everywhere else was ready to require my first born as payment. Super reasonable price, then setting up the appointment was painless and Ashlee the scheduler was so genuinely nice. Was kept informed about appointment times and when my service tech would arrive. Showed up on time and was quick and efficient.

The best family owned business ever! I try to always use local businesses & AGE did not disappoint. This morning was the 2nd time I've needed them to replace a windshield. Dave, their technician was prompt, friendly & professional. He took his time explaining what I needed to do for the next two days to ensure the windshield would remain intact. I simply cannot say enough about this company & all of the people who work there.

Excellent service with AGE through Allstate. Cherise called and got my service scheduled and was very kind and helpful. Rico came out and replaced the windshield in a timely manner and did a high quality job. Will followed and got the recalibration done quickly so all of our systems again work properly. I am very pleased with the service we received and highly recommend AGE for your next glass needs.

Everyone that I spoke with or interacted with were nice and very helpful. Unfortunately I had to reschedule my appointment to replace my windshield twice. Since my window had to be replaced in the shop I had to drop my car off in the morning before work.I have called before office hours on two occasions and I received a prompt response once by a return text that I needed to cancel and the other occasion was my call was answered because I needed to be sure someone would be there early in order to drop off car and pick up the loaner. I just called on my way because I wanted to make sure I could get to work on time.

Was SO impressed with this company. They installed a new windshield, but I was getting a bit of whistling while driving. I called and they apologized profusely and sent someone out to try to fix it. While it made it better, it still whistled at high speeds. I called back and told them and again they apologized and scheduled another visit. They replaced my windshield a 2nd time and it fully fixed the problem. They were so friendly and wanted nothing more than to fix the problem. Great service!

Spend anytime on an AZ freeway and your going to catch a rock in the windshield. Well, it happened to me last week.I stopped by Auto Glass Excellence (AGE) today and worked with Hayden to get the chip fixed. I have been to them twice. Their customer representatives are always friendly, and helpful. They explain clearly what they will do and the costs and provide free loaner vehicles while your car is being serviced.

Auto Glass Excellence exceeded my expectations. Ashlie was very courteous and helpful. I had brought my vehicle to A.G.E. to replace a cracked passenger side window. Ashlie arranged a courtesy vehicle for me to use to go to work in the morning and back to their facility late in the afternoon when I was done with work. The work that was done to replace the glass on my vehicle was top-notch. I would definitely recommend Auto Glass Excellence to anyone in need of vehicle glass repair!

Amanda W was so helpful with replacement of my new windshield! I am always so busy during my work day it s hard for me to take time for calls. She was very patient with me while collecting the proper information for the transaction. She even made sure I had a loner vehicle!

I've used Auto Glass Excellence twice in the last two months due to rocks hitting my windshield. When calling for service the first time, I spoke to Jennifer, who was very helpful in getting me the earliest appointment she could. On my second call to them, Ashley, worked at getting me in the following day (under 24 hours) between other appointments. Ray, who addressed my latest windshield woe was very speedy in addressing the problem and explaining what he was able to accomplish. Great customer service and attention from this company!

I drive a lot for my job and my windshields are always chipping or cracking. I have newer model cars that need to be recalibration every single time. Steve and his crew not only do an amazing job at replacement, but they recalibrate my cameras each time. I will NEVER take my windshields anywhere else. These guys are the absolute best and most professional individuals I have ever worked with for my auto glass needs.Service: Auto windshield repair

Would give 10 stars if I could! From the first phone call to the final handshake, their customer service is the absolute best.I needed windshield replacement, which they knocked out in a timely manner and did a great job.But here's where it gets taken to another level...my windshield washer fluid motor coincidentally stopped working right around the same time that they replaced the windshield. I called them thinking they were responsible for the malfunction. So they had me bring my truck back in so they could look into it. They gave me a free loaner car in the meantime. Turns out the malfunction was not their fault. YET...they still went ahead and fixed it. They sent their mechanic to the store to get a new motor. Their mechanic installed it. And they COVERED THE COST for all of it!! They didn't even let me pay for the cost of the motor! I ask "why would you do that?" He said "because I wanted to build a relationship today and make a friend." I was absolutely shocked. Nice people and great companies certainly do exist...and this is definitely one of them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The service at AGE was outstanding, I needed to get a windshield chip repaired before it cracked any further due to the heat. It was Friday at 4pm and I asked if I could bring the truck to them and they said yes. Ray took the truck into the shop and repaired the chip in minimum time, excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had to have both of our vehicles windshields replaced. These guys are amazing. Being that we had 2 vehicles that needed service and because of new laws regarding calibration to our vehicle defense systems, our cars had to go to their shop.Their technician Rich came out on 2 back to back days. Each morning he would bring a loaner vehicle and take one of ours that needed repair. A few hours later when the windshield was replaced and the system was calibrated Rich would drive our vehicle back and pick up the loaner vehicle. Talk about service. They made sure our daily schedule wasn't interrupted whatsoever. Our windshields looked amazing, and Rich went over every detail of the process. Hands down the best experience we've had with an auto glass company. Highly recommend.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Had a great experience at Auto Glass Excellence. Ray helped me and was very friendly and informative. All I needed was a quick chip repair and he got the job done quickly!! Edit: company called me about the review with so much attitude. If you guys can t do the job you won t get paid for it! Stop calling to harass me! Horrible, I will not argue with horrible work and horrible customer service. My insurance took them off their list!I had a horrible job done on my jeep, there was broken glass all over my driveway and car. (It was unbroken) Then the owner of the company was very unprofessional by not only putting our conversation on speaker phone for the whole office to hear but by telling me that if I think I can do a better job then I should do it myself I would never ever go to them ever again. I would never let them step foot on your property unless you want a half done job and broken glass left all over your property. I had my agent take them off their recommended list. Absolutely never go here!Only gets one star because I have to put a star. I wouldn t even let them come back to remove it. Just avoid completely!Service: Auto windshield repair

Auto Glass Excellence has such a seamless process and is extremely dependable. My fianc� and I have used them for the past 2 years for windshield replacement and windshield chip repair. I basically work out of my car in sales and it's extremely important for me to have prompt and timely service. These guys always pull through and I never have issues like I've had w previous Auto glass companies that usually end up hiring 3rd party installers, which isn't dependable and they do a sub par job.Service: Auto windshield replacement
