Cameron assisted me on December 24th in buying my Jeep Wrangler. No pressure, very knowledgeable and helpful. Clean one owner vehicle in great condition and at a very fair price as compared to the local market. I highly recommend Speciality Motors and especially Salesman Cameron!I would not hesitate to make another purchase from him!

I had the most amazing experience coming here. Cameron is awesome just as well as Antonio! I felt like I was really getting what I was looking for and had no problems when I walked in to the point I drove away! They make you feel comfortable, welcome and you can tell that they are passionate about cars and not just about the sale. I had no pressure in buying my 15 Subaru sti. It s a beautiful car and even just waiting was a great experience because you re basically in a show room with these amazing cars made for tracks, daily drivers, old to new. A bit of everything in there and if you re a car guy like myself all I could do is just get excited with all these amazing cars. They were very helpful and they are transparent about everything. It s an amazing feeling when you know you re not second guessing yourself if you made the right choice. I definitely will be recommending them to anyone in the market looking for a vehicle just by the professionalism and their kindness. Thanks Cameron and Antonio you guys rock!!

Purchased a vehicle here back in July. After a few months of ownership I am very pleased with it. This dealership only sells very clean pre owned inventory here and I always enjoy drooling over the cars when I m here. It wasn t even a question once I seen the car s condition. Very low milage unmodified 2014 Subaru Sti. Once I drove it I knew, it had to be mine!! Cameron and Saraya made the actual buying process very comfortable and enjoyable. Extremely happy to have the car also serviced here. Recently just brought the Subaru in for an oil change and very pleased with the quality of job Jared did. I feel like I can trust them to work on my car and will be a return customer at this place!

Jarred and the team took my 2016 sti and put a new motor in it . Was available for questions every time I had one. Respectful caring treated my car like it was their own . Clean and organized shop I won't be taken my car anywhere else. Thank you .

I am in the process of filing a civil case in Superior court against this place. If anyone needs assistance in doing the same thing, I can offer some guidance. You can friend request me under my name as listed with this review. Miles were set WAY back on a car I purchased from them, or the odometer had been disconnected and reconnected. I did research and found the SAME car was listed on Ebay multiple times. No change in the odometer reading in 10 years??? Air bag sensor is flashing constantly. Salesperson Victor was fidgeting with the digital readout during test drive to hide the sensor light. Have had the car only 2 days. They can't provide any record of maintenance of when the oil was changed. Very shady place. I was also coerced to place a "nice" review on Google before I left their lot. I changed that review to match reality.LATEST UPDATE LESS THAN 3 DAYS since Ive had the car and it wont start. It had to be towed to that shady place.One of the "owners", AL was verbally abusive with me on the phone. People please read the hidden reviews. They will give you a better idea on what goes on there. P.S. They keep 2 huge dogs in the shop that appear to be guard dogs. The finance person Dana said the dogs are "trained". I can understand why they live in fear, with the way they treat customers.I think AL paid to have his online reputation cleaned up because if you go to the Better Business Bureau site, it says this company is "being updated", so you cannot view the complaints. There must be a lot of them. Ive already read so many horror stories on Google about this place that I cant imagine all the things that must be on BBB.

I DO NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this place. I went to test drive a vehicle on Saturday and told them I was interested, but I wanted a mechanic to do an inspection first. They said they would take it to a dealership and have them inspect it and then call me back. I told them I would pay for the inspection because I was genuinely interested. A couple days pass and I call them back to see if they got it inspected and they told me they sold it. If you want to be screwed over, this is the place to go to. They don t know how to run a business. I m honestly shocked that they have positive reviews, but let this review be a red flag.

DO NOT TRADE OR PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!My husband traded in his Honda in December of last year. It is now April and still no pay off on the vehicle and they already sold it to someone else months ago. They have Zelle d my husband for one payment but still owe us $1k in payments that we have already made since trading in the vehicle last year. We just made another payment today because they refuse to pay it off. At this point they are affecting our livelihood. My husband has been emailing continuously with no response and calls go unanswered. Horrible business/owner for screwing over their customers (just read all the other negative reviews).From my husbands review:Update as of 3/27/2024:The person I have had the only contact with at the dealership (Saraya) has deleted her email account and will not answer the phone. Still no payoff on the trade in. I also received a letter from the extended warranty I got through the dealership that they will be canceling the warranty due to not receiving payment from the dealership.On 12/10/2023 I purchased a used 2020 Mustang GT from Arizona Specialty Motors. In doing so, I traded in my car at the time, a 2021 Honda Accord. I was instructed to cancel any additional warranties the Honda had so that they could pay off the vehicle and complete the transaction. I did so and provided proof of cancellation by email to the finance manager (Dana) in which I received no reply to. I was able to reach them by phone a week later and was told the pay off check was sent out. As of today (2/23/2024) the Honda remains on my credit report and has not been paid off. Any attempt I have made to contact this business have been difficult as the phones are never answered and emails are rarely replied to. I was told on one of the rare occasions by an employee in the finance department (Saraya) that they would Zelle me any money I would spend on paying off the monthly car payment for the Honda. I find this highly unlikely but have already made two payments on the Honda since 12/10/2023. I just want my trade in paid off and to be refunded for all additional payments I ve had to make in order to preserve my credit history and so that I can be done with this horrible business.

UPDATED: I am now 5 month post buying my car and nobody knows ANYTHING. The owner, Al, is always saying he will call back and get back to us about paying off our trade in, and he never answers back. We are on our second pair of temp tags because they won t give us our new ones, and they re about to expire in a few weeks. Whenever I call nobody knows what s going on. Our Gap insurance was canceled because they failed to pay the company. This has been a nightmare. Told them I d give them until Friday for a response since it s been radio silence for a month, after which I m afraid we will have to hire an attorney to help us get this settled. highly considering contacting the local news, these people shouldn t be doing business like this.UPDATED: it has now been about 3 months since we purchased my car from Arizona Specialty Motors. They still have not handed over my spare keys, and I m yet to get my registration. We are also STILL paying on the car we traded in to them as they have not paid the loan off - so we pay for the car we bought from them, and the car we traded in. Each month we have to call in and ask them to refund us for the payment. They do it every time without argument, but COME ON. I ve never had an experience like this, and each time we call, nobody is here that can help with that . Nobody seems to ever be here that knows anything. Save your energy and buy some somewhere else! We came to Arizona Specialty Motors so my husband could purchase a birthday gift for me, which ended up being a 2020 Subaru BRZ tS. It s a beautiful car and the purchase process was easy however, the people here don t know a lot about cars.The sales rep couldn t tell us what the bash-bar was. After coming home and literally just googling it - it s a bar system that protects the exhaust from bottoming out.After purchasing we noticed a loud rattle. We took it back just to be looked at by the maintenance team, and they couldn t figure it out. My husband bought a jack stand, and found the issue within minutes at home. He s now going to do the work himself because we don t trust the crew here. One of the ball joints on the front drive shaft is going out - disappointed they have a full service garage and couldn t figure that out.They sold it to us with no coolant, half a tank of gas, one of the windshield wipers is total trash, and we ve had to drive back there twice for my spare keys, which we still don t have two weeks later. We are kicking ourselves for being TOO excited about the car and the price to mention these things before. If you purchase from here LOOK AT EVERYTHING. - when we were finishing the purchase process, the woman helping us with finance said you ll be just like family now no thank you if this is how your family is treated. Being sneaky and hoping we purchase before finding things out is not very family friendly.I m in love with my car, but so annoyed my husband now has to do simple maintenance work that they could have done to make this purchase process such a better experience.

After months of searching and visiting various car dealerships, I came here to buy my dream car. This is the first time I've ever bought a car, so it has been nerve-wracking, but this place is very relaxed and professional. I was helped by sales associate Victor Macias, and he was very kind, helpful, and reasonable. The negotiations weren't stressful at all, and I am really glad I came here and was helped by Victor. I would definitely recommend coming here, as it is very straightforward and stress-free with no pressuring.

Former service advisor at Jag dealership in Scottsdale. Client and now friend was paid under $1,000 for her 1999 XJ8 listed at over $13,000 by Arizona Specialty Motors. Dealership tech, John H, documented on service records transmission shifts hard and can fail at any time. It was rebuilt with aftermarket parts at AAMCO. Beware!

Just bought my vehicle from this dealership and was happy with my buying experience, they made it really easy, especially compared to my previous experience with other dealers. Their car selection is awesome, so many dream cars, one of the best showrooms I've seen, and It's not just the variety, but the quality of unique cars that they have on display, it s a must visit even if you are just going to take a look. The customer service was great too, the salesman was friendly, and not pushy at all, it made it an overall great experience. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, you've gotta check them out!

Just purchased my new 2011 Ford Raptor through Victor at ASM. Overall had a great flawless experience. He answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns. Buyer beware!!! I purchased a vehicle from this place in July and still do not have a title. I've been trying to get a refund and give the vehicle back and getting the run around. Even the finance company is sending the demand letter to perform on the lien that should have been executed. I have been forced to file a police report and file complaints with the BBB and DMV. I would never recommend anybody buy a vehicle here.Update 1/19/24 - Still no progress. Saraya sent me an email that they were going to be sending funds to payoff the financing on the vehicle and that has not happened. When I called to find out why that hadn't happened yet I was told that they would put me in a different vehicle, which I declined because I don't trust them. I was then told to speak to their attorney who is very difficult to get answers from. I spoke to their attorney on the 4th or 5th and he was going to file a suit against the person that traded in the vehicle and told me that there was a scheduled court date for January 10th. I found out today that there is no legal proceedings that have been started yet and that the attorney will now only communicate with my attorney. This dealership continues to lie and deceive at every step.Update 2.26.24 - They paid off the auto loan but have not responded to me or my attorney regarding the vehicle that I cannot register. The lender demanded the loan be paid off because they are unable to file a 1st lien. The dealership made the lender whole but refuses to do right by it's customer. My attorney issued a demand letter for them to resolve my claim. That letter was sent on 2.6 and there has been no response.

By far the best used-car-buying experience I've ever had. Sam, Chad, and the whole team were great. What I liked the best was their honest, and transparent way of doing business. I had visited at least 6 "brand name" dealerships and they all tried to pull the same funny-math shenanigans when it came to calculating my trade-in value and the total difference. ASM didn't try any of that sleight-of-hand stuff of extra fees, unasked-for options, and trying to use sales tax savings as part of my trade-in value. They had their asking price, offered me a straight-up value for mine, added the standard doc fees and boom, here's the difference. Love it. Just give it to me straight and these guys did. If you're looking for a quality used vehicle and don't want to put up with all the games played at the big dealerships, then Arizona Specialty Motors gets the highest marks. I can't recommend these guys enough. They even took the tow base plate off my Jeep Wrangler for me so I could install it on the Rubicon I bought from them. These guys are the best!

Victor and Antonio assisted my husband and I in the sale of a great work truck we found from their inventory at an Unbeatable price!!!Victor was VERY knowledgeable about the product on top of superseding our expectations in professionalism while offering super personable and friendly service. A combo that is rare these days! Made us feel welcome and took the headache out of car shopping.Antonio was ON TOP of all the paperwork, never over sold any products but absolutely informed us of our options which lead to a better out-the-door package for our situation. We feel confident about our purchase and know we got the BEST deal. Full transparency business is business we can get behind and participate in!We WILL be back anytime we are in the market for another vehicle! We will be asking for these gentleman again. Incredible customer service! I called about the vehicle I had in mind to buy and they got me in same day, test drive, paper work, EVERYTHING! I can t thank the amazing staff enough for helping me through the process and even staying after hours for me! All of the staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful but I especially have to thank Mr. Victor Masias for closing the deal with me, he is an amazing salesman and I would definitely recommend going through him!10/10

Arizona Specialty Motors has a variety of vehicles for sale including classic cars up to newer vehicles. Not only did they have cool cars on the lot outside, but the inside is full of very unique and clean vehicles. Definitely a car-lovers place! Chad was very helpful in assisting my man and I with a truck purchase. He was very personable and knowledgeable! The entire staff does wonderful work and keeps communication between all parties involved. I recommend checking this awesome group out next time you are looking for a vehicle.
