From my initial interaction with Rob to the completion of the work, I've never felt more supported by a team. Special thanks to Travis for advocating on my behalf with the insurance company to ensure the job was done properly. Choosing a collision center not contracted with insurance companies proved to be the right decision; the experience was not only fantastic but also of the highest quality. My car returned looking brand new, thanks in part to Bob Moses Mesa for recoating and inspecting the entire vehicle to ensure top-notch ceramic coating. I highly recommend Rob and his team; they not only go the extra mile but also stand by your side every step of the way. Thank You again to the whole team at Arizona Collision Centet

Arizona Collision has been nothing short of an amazing experience. The fact that they take into consideration how picky I am and how much I value the vehicles I just purchased spoke volumes. 5 stars in my books and they will not turn you down until it s right. Additionally, I want to acknowledge the outstanding service provided by Cary, who has been extremely attentive and thorough throughout the entire process. His dedication to ensuring every detail was addressed contributed significantly to my positive experience with Arizona Collision.

Rob and his crew are the best in the business. My wife backed my Tundra into our brand new Prius and made it so easy to get my car fixed.I like 45 minutes away but will gladly drive the extra time just because I trust them so much. Simple, easy, convenient, and reliable!

Had my F250 in for a chrome delete. It turned out amazing! The blackout and color match was perfect! All my friends are jealous!! Super nice people over there! I totally recommend!

My car was totaled a week ago and thankfully I went to the Arizona Collision center in industrial drive. They had my inspection done very fast and were able to help me communicate with the insurance company to get the best possible outcome for the total value. Just had my passenger car doors painted due to my car getting keyed.I was able to get my car in quickly and only took a few days. The paint job looks great.Travis and Cary were awesome to work with and had great communication throughout. If you re looking for a paint job, I recommend this place.

I have used this company multiple times now and I do not have one negative thing to say! From intake, to quote, to completion it was seamless and customer friendly! I love that they actually stick to their quotes and don t pile on extra charges for things like other shops have done in the past. They are honest and trustworthy to the fullest! I have referred multiple clients to them over the years and will continue to do so! Before you have any bodywork done, come to ACC I promise you it s worth it!! It will be done, and more importantly it will be done right!!

I brought my car in by the recommendation of my lawyer. They had my car for 2 months, charged me over $6 grand for storage fees and gave back my car in worse condition than it was before. Honestly feel ripped off. Really wish I would have just went with the insurance recommended shop. Lesson learned I guess.

Service with a great attitudes! Cary, Travis and their entire team are true professionals.. White glove service from start to finish!! With potential/unforeseen delays on parts these days, the entire team kept us abreast of back ordered items etas etc.. The key when having any vehicle repaired today is to be verrry patient and the outcome will be well worth it when it comes to AZ Collision Center s craftsmanship they pump out!! And for the record, they took on my high end SUV that other shops chose not to touch. Respect for these guys!

Brought my 09 Honda Pilot and it looked 100% better. The service was awesome, communication was superb, and delivery was outstanding. Travis & Son show is also a must see.....LOL!!!! Thanks Rob Springer and the front ladies....

My corvette was side swiped and had a good amount of damage. This was my first accident ever. Arizona Collision Center made sure everything was taken care of from the beginning. They explained all the process of going thru insurance etc. Not only was the customer service phenomenal but my car looks brand new. I highly recommend using Arizona Collision Center. Although I did not need AZ collision to fix my car as it was deemed a total loss, they were fantastic to deal with throughout the entire process. I highly recommend!

The shop did a phenomenal job and stayed on top of the insurance company, even though the insurance carrier was and is still a major PIA with fulfilling its duties . All OEM equipment was used to repair the cosmetic damage to my vehicle. Very professional. Great shop to use for any collision repair. Highly recommend!

I had barely had my truck a month when I had a parking garage gate close on the side door of it. 2023 Toyota Tacoma which I had been wanting for years. Needless to say, It hurt to see the brand new truck with a bashed in door. As luck would have it, the next day I stumbled onto Arizona Collision Center. I had never been there or even heard of the place. They looked busy and legitimate. I walked in and talked to Travis the manager. He said he can make it look as if it never happened. I left my truck with him and they kept me posted all along the way. When I picked the truck up, Travis went over the repair with me. I said, its like it never happened to which Travis said, thats the point . Thank you Arizona Collision for paying attention to the details!!

Such a good experience so far, I had run out of time on my rental and had to pay out of pocket and I communicated this with them and they did everything in their power to get my my vehicle back in time! There is still 1-2 things they need to do which they said shouldn t be a long time that I can just bring it back in when the parts there, which is a huge relief because I ve been without it for so long. Definitely recommend.

A tire separated and damaged part of the fender and wheel well on my truck. First, I wasn't going to turn it into insurance, and I looked for cash estimates to fix the truck. I got three, Arizona Collision Center was the best partly because Travis spent a lot of time looking for an end cap to replace one that was damaged on my step. None of the other shops even tried. As it turned out the damage was more than I could comfortably afford and even throughout the confusion and changes, the guys at ACC worked with me first and then the insurance company. The truck looks great and just as good as it did before the tire blew up. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was able to order the parts early & Arizona Collision only needed my car for one day to do the repairs. They were easy to work with & it cost less than the estimate. I would recommend them any day.

Arizona Collision Center was great! They dealt with the insurance company so all I had to do was drop my vehicle off and pick it up once it was complete. The car looks amazing and I couldn t be happier with the quality of the work.

Car was rear ended and unable to be driven.Arizona Collision retrieved the car timely and kept me posted on the progress and insurance claim process. Sadly, it was deteemined that the car was totaled. Arizona Collision continued to keep me advised and even called me to make sure I had signed the title over to the insurance company before they allowed them to take the car from their facility. I would definitely use them if I need work done in the future.

I just picked up my vehicle after being in an accident and I have to say I am beyond blessed. I truly appreciate how well they took care of my baby and how I really didn't have to do anything or deal with the insurance company. I can't thank everyone at arizona collision for all your work and dedication towards fixing my vehicle.

I was the victim of an attempted vehicle theft. Arizona Collision Center was so compassionate about everything that had happened. They worked with me and my insurance. They even returned my rental car when my car was ready for pickup. They communicated every step of what was happening with my vehicle and answered every question I had. I am truly grateful for them, their services, and stellar customer care. 10 out of 10 stars Thank you so much Arizona Collision Center!

Brought my good friends truck in to have them check the work that had been done by someone else to ensure it was safe. Travis was amazingly helpful and managed to secure a part that the prior repair shop couldn t. He buffed out the paint and helped to put my friend and myself at ease. I won t go anywhere else! This guy and shop is legit! They are beyond amazing.

I worked with Cary and had a great experience. I'm not easily impressed but i have to say that i was pretty impressed with how easy and smooth it was doing business with them. They have excellent customer service and I never wondered what was going on with my vehicle or how long it was going to take because they were amazing at communicating every step to me. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed they even went above and beyond and vacuumed the interior of my car which I really appreciated. Thanks again AZ Collision!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Travis and the whole team at Arizona Collision Center are amazing! Of course you never want anything with your car, but they re great and Travis was honest and upfront about the damages to our vehicle.
