Jen did an excellent job making an appointment for me to get my automatic window fixed.Gilbert was professional and efficient when he fixed it. He went the extra mile to answer all of my questions. The price was by far the best (I compared several different places). Thank you Jen and Gilbert for your excellent customer service!

Went to AGD Auto Glass looking to get my safety sensors (ADAS) calibrated. Had to put $50 down for the reservation. When we arrived there, the young man listened to what was happening to our drivability and he said they lack the equipment to calibrate the sensors we need calibrated. Very honest and straightforward. He said he would refund the appointment fee.It is refreshing to find great people working in a business.I will return in the future when I need auto glass

My power window wasn't working. I was able to get a same day appointment. Gilbert fixed my problem and had me in and out in less than an hour. Staff at the Rural and Broadway location are very professional, friendly and welcoming!!

Swift, professional, and affordable. I had a great experience and will use them again. Only took an hour for my windshield replacement, and was done at a better price and sooner than I found anywhere else. I m glad I found them after having a terrible experience with Safelite. Myra and Gilbert were very helpful and made the process a breeze. Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience here. Put in a quote online & got an call immediately within the next couple of days.Made my appointment for 12pm the upcoming weekend and was in & out within the hour, no issues! Many thanks to their tech Gilbert, for getting my windsheild replaced.

Went to 10 different auto glass service providers and they all said they didn t do Tesla. I talked to Jen over the phone and she said at AGD they did Tesla windshield replacement NO PROBLEM! In 10 minutes she got me scheduled same day for a full replacement. When I got to AGD I spoke to the Glass technician (Gilbert) on sight about the shortage of people working on Tesla cars and he gave me an extremely sound logical reason that made me immediately feel like I got lucky to find them. 10/10 recommend for any glass services and tint.

Had all 5 of my windows tinted here. Very reasonable prices, and were able to get me in the same week. Great quality work ands tiny material used. Definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with AGD, it was a simple and quick process. I contacted them for a windshield replacement at which time we spoke to my insurance company and made claim. They wanted to come out the same day but my schedule wasn t clear. I set the appointment for the next morning. My windshield was replaced early the next morning and the replacement was done in a short time frame.

I ve had at least 4 cars tinted and maybe 4 or more windshields replaced at AGD and I wouldn t think of going anywhere else. I ve had so many problems with other glass companies but AGD does an awesome job every time! I couldn t even tell that work was done last week when the windshield was replaced by Gilbert. There wasn t a spec of dirt, glass, or rubber in the car!! Our new Tesla was just tinted and looks great.

Auto Glass Direct replaced the windshield on my 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Platinum. From the first call from Jen to the final conversation about future service, it was a great experience. Jen was very knowledgeable and helpful in discussing future glass tint needs. Gilber did an excellent job with the replacement and added some additional information about window tint. A great all around experience.

My experience today was AMAZING! I will not be using another auto glass shop. Gilbert really knocked my socks off today. what a nice guy and so knowledgeable. Today was quick and PAINLESS. I was in and out within 45 mins. Friendly staff, great customer service, quality work, AND same day replacement. You really can t beat it. Az auto glass direct has made a loyal customer today for life. Don t mess with the other ones that will give you the run around. Save your time and just hit these guys up, they will definitely take care of you.

I recently contacted American glass, direct to possibly have my windows tinted on my vehicle. Not only was I impressed with the service that I received. I was also impressed with the cost and the time it Took two complete the window tinting process. I am very pleased with the results and of course I must mention the outstanding customer service that I received from Jen.

Just had AGD install my windshield. "Chucky" in the office & Simon who installed the windshield were very professional, knowledgeable, punctual & conscientious. I had a very easy & enjoyable experience.I will be recommending & using AGD for my glass & tint needs moving forward.

Friendly, polite customer service by Shelly, getting set up for my truck.Come to the day of service, curtesy call with a heads up for on the way out.Timely work performed. Service technician also handled required calibration on the spot!!Definitely a return customer here

My husband is very "sensitive" about his car. He called around to different locations to find the best place for a windshield replacement. AGD called back first thing the next morning providing a quote. Even though they weren't the cheapest price, their price was still descent but it was their knowledge and professionalism that made us choose them. On the day of the install we preferred for them to come to our home but in requesting their most experienced installer, we were advised to come into the shop. That is where we met Gilbert. He was great, providing great customer service. Even though he was referred as the most experienced, he spoke highly of his other installers. The install was done in a timely manner and again everyone was very professional and provided great customer service. Highly recommend.

For the installation of window ..great. I've already noticed some bubbles in the tint and it's a little not much blurry on parts of my passenger front window. But overall the installation was done in a very timely manner.
