HE S A SCAMMER! ALEX STARTED OFF A GOOD GUY AND MADE PROMISES TO FIX MY TAHOE. HE USED MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT FOR $3,000. HE PARKED MY VEHICLE IN THE BACK OF THE SHOP AROUND FREIGHT AND FORKLIFT WORKERS WORKING AROUND IT. (PROVIDED PICS AND VIDEOS TO PROVE) HE KEPT MY VEHICLE FOR A FEW MONTHS AND TOLD ME HE WAS LETTING MY BATTERY SLOW CHARGE. HE HIDES BEHIND THE FACT THAT HE IS SICK SO HE CAN WORK AT A SLOWER PACE OR MAYBE HE DIDN T WANT TO FIX MY TRUCK, HE IGNORED MY CALLS FOR SEVERAL MONTHS SO I REPORTED IT TO TEMPE POLICE. HE RETURNED MY TAHOE WITHOUT REPAIRING IT. HE HAS NOT COMPLETELY PAID BACK THE CREDIT CARD. I CAN NO LONGER FIND HIS SHOP AND HE NOT RETURNING MY CALLS. I RATE THE SHOP A ZERO AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY.

HE PARKED MY VEHICLE IN THE BACK OF THE SHOP AROUND FREIGHT AND FORKLIFT WORKERS WORKING AROUND IT. (PROVIDED PICS AND VIDEOS TO PROVE) HIS COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE TERRIBLE. HE KEPT MY VEHICLE FOR 30 DAYS AND TOLD ME HE WAS LETTING MY BATTERY SLOW CHARGE. HE HIDES BEHIND THE FACT THAT HE IS SICK SO HE CAN WORK AT A SLOWER PACE OR MAYBE HE DIDN T WANT TO FIX MY TRUCK, HE IGNORED MY CALLS FOR OVER 7 DAYS SO I TOOK IT AMONGST MYSELF TO GET MY VEHICLE TOWED FROM HIS SHOP, HE THEN TRIED TO LIE AND MAKE ME PAY FOR A DIAGNOSIS TEST THAT HE FAILED TO PERFORM IN 30 DAYS. I RATE THE SHOP A ZERO AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I recently went to Alex and he replaced the oil pan gasket on my car and performed an oil change. I went to and called a couple other shops to get quotes and they wanted to charge me over $500 to replace the darn thing! I went to A & A automotive and he did the job for wayyy less than the other quotes I got. He was also communicative throughout the whole thing- which I really appreciate. He even called to let me know that some of my bolts were rusty and said he would have to soak them over night to get them loose because hammering them could break them. When I went to go pick up my car, he showed me the old gasket . He pointed out that someone had used silicon on it before which was the cause of the leak. To my surprise and delight he also straightened out my dipstick pipe for me. All of this amazing service at a really reasonable price . Alex truly goes above and beyond and won t let you drive off without the job done right. He is so honest and communicative. I ve experienced sketchy mechanics that mess with your car- and Alex is certainly not one of them. My car drives amazing now and I m not going anywhere else for repairs. I can say from personal experience, your car is in good hands at A&A.

This shop was amazing! Alex was extremely patient and kind and was able to diagnose a problem and fix what another shop could not. He kept me up to date and informed while he was trying to find the problem and was immediately able to fix it. I have an older car and sometimes it can be difficult to diagnose, but they had me back on the road in no time. I whole-heartedly recommend them. Great service and awesome people. They fixed it at a reasonable price and I will be returning there for any issues I have in the future.

Had an emergency radiator hose burst 2020. Being new to Arizona at the time, I quickly went to google to find a shop close to where I was. A&A was one of the closest shops and he said if I got it in there he'd look at it and see what would be needed. I ended up getting it towed to his shop, he immediately pulled it in and hooked it up for a pressure test. He determined right there on the spot what needed to be done. I left the car there and he later called me with a more accurate quote. I had him change the water pump as well. Never had a problem with the car after that.Also came back a few months later with some issues on motor mounts that I made the mistake of having Brake Master (southern and Mill location) install. Come to find out Alex needed to retighten some things that Brake Masters somehow forgot to do. Should have taken it too A&A to begin with but of course was in a hurry on a Saturday.Do yourself a favor and give A&A a chance. He takes his time with your vehicle, but there is a reason for that. He makes sure it's done right the first time. I'll be back for more as needed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Alex and his team are FREAKING AMAZING! I had my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 and the Clutch went out... Looked up the best repair shops to do the job and called around. All the shops sounded they only wanted my money and gave me ridiculous Estimates. When Alex picked up the phone, he was sincere, gave me an estimate and when I brought it to him. The total cost was lower than the estimate! Had the clutch kit and all things fixed within a couple of days. If you want someone who is genuine and does the job right. Alex is your guy! I now tell everyone to go to A&A Auto because he Under promises and OVER DELIVERS! THANK YOU ALEX!!!

Alex quoted us a new rebuilt motor with one year warranty. When car was returned it was running really hard and made lots of clacking noises. We took it back and he refused to think it was the motor. He finally was convinced and said he would honor his work. It took 4 monthe to get the vehicle back and now the car is stalling. I have no choice but to ask for my 3000.00 refund along with the cost of rentals and lift rides to work. This has been the worse experience we have ever had.

These guys are right down the road from my work in Phoenix, and they have been my go to auto repair shop for all of the service and repair work on my Mercedes. I had my A/C repaired last summer by A&A and now she's blowing nice and chilly. Honest guys and way more affordable than the dealership. I refer everyone to these guys. Alex is the man, and Louie can fix anything you give him!

Alex is one of the most professional and genuine mechanics out there. He gives out fair prices where other places will charge twice as much. He takes his time with every car he works on and diagnoses the problem just to make sure. Give this place a try.

I really wanted to find an auto shop that was affordable and trustworthy and I finally found one! After my experience with them, I recommended them to my friends and family. The mechanics definitely know their stuff and great to work with. Definitely going here again the next time my car needs a fix!

Fantastic service! I had my vehicle looked at because it had a check engine light and within the hour Alex was able to pinpoint where the problem was and what caused the problem by physically showing me the defective part under the hood, telling me what it is, and telling me the cost and labor the same day. Very smart and nice person. A+++

I was so tired of inflated dealership prices and their high pressure sales when I started looking for an independent shop. Alex is an honest guy and will sell you what you need, not what his CEO wants to sell you for their profit margins.Little known fact about him is that all of his brothers who also own shops started in the dealerships but got tired of the dealership rat-race and went 'rogue'. Personally, I'd rather support a small business than a large corporate, so I'm glad he opened shop.

The mechanic here really knows what he is doing and is very friendly. You interact with the mechanic personally and he does everything he can to make sure the customer is satisfied. Great experience and I have taken my truck here several times.

My PT Cruiser was in need of alot of work to be done.re: valve cover gasket, struts and shocks and much more. Alex and his team delivered quality and professional work w/on-time delivery. They are located at 40th St & University which is perfect for me. Honest and knowledgeable. I give this repair facility high marks!!

I found this repair shop near my work and it is an amazing little shop. The owners is an honest man and the tech, Lou, is very knowledgeable mechanically. I will me a repeat customer because it is hard to find a good repair shop and this is one of them.
