This place is awesome! They replaced our side window on our car and the front windshield on our son's truck, did an amazing job! It was not pricey at all and the service was absolutely amazing! Everyone here is so nice and helpful! I highly recommend this place! Thank you everyone at Go To Glass! :)

We had a major windshield issue after a rock hurled at us while traveling to Colorado. Trying to figure out what to do we drove right by Go To Glass and they quickly handled my insurance claim and fixed the window. I bought a windshield about a month ago, and my boyfriend was supposed to install it but he unfortunately passed away before it got done. I needed someone that wasn't going to charge me and arm and a leg to install it, and Nate Brown was my savior! He was very professional and quick! If you need a good windshield guy, he's your man. I know who I will be using from now on.

My friend went here and got screwed over and they told my friend that they are going to take my friend to court because my friend left a negative review about the less than adequate service my friend received. If you can't handle the heat then maybe you should close down your business and hide in your home so you don't have to worry about anyone criticizing anything you do.

Recently had a windshield replaced through my insurance here.. The second day after install I noticed the rear view mirror was loose... When investigating further I realized the mirror was chipping the glass away under where they glued it, then it caused a crack.... They're telling me it was bumped or something and they won't cover it... Not happy at all, will never recommend them

I cannot say enough about this place. We were driving through from out of town when all of a sudden my friend had glass in her lap. There was a huge smash in our windshield. We were trying to figure out where to pull over and lo and behold, there was GTG. They were soooo friendly, helped process our insurance claim and had us done and back on the road in a couple hours. Bryce Kay did an incredible job on my window tint. He asked me what I wanted and then in his expertise he described it back to me, picked out the correct tint, and the installation was flawless.. I will definitely be referring them.

Amazing customer service. They helped me file a claim with my insurance, replaced my windshield the next day and then when another rock hit it a few days later they repaired it while I waited! Go To Glass was awesome. Easy to work with, handled by insurance company and came out promptly. Nathan was very friendly, on time (even a little early ) and did great work! We will definitely use them again for any auto glass needs!

Go to glass took good care of us. They got us in quick and were very friendly and professional. The only small thing I would say is that I was promised $100 cash back and my check was only $75 but its not that big of a deal. We are still satisfied with the service and will definitely use them again. The front desk CSR (forgot her name) is the absolute best! Thank you for all of your hard work and patience.

Go To Glass replaced the windshield in my 2018 Kia as well as calibrating the new windshield. They also did the tint on my 2015 Camry and it looks amazing. I would 10/10 recommend Bryce and his team for all your glass needs!

Everyone is nice and helpful. Great job with the replacement even brought me in to show me crosion damage. They made quick work of replacing the windshield. Highly recommend for any glass work

They were recommended by a coworker. She said they give $150 incentive. When I called the girl who answered told me they were not part of the Safelite program but they would match the warranty. The incentive depends on what your insurance pays. She was polite and friendly. The installation was scheduled out about a week because they only come to Show Low on certain days. I was also told my incentive would be $100 check. The installation would take place at my office. They gave me a five hour window when the tech should arrive. Because I am in and out of the office throughout the day I asked them to give me a call before they arrived so I could be sure to be there. They arrived without calling first. The installers were polite and friendly. They left a $75 check in the car. If I had to do it again I would probably use someone else.May 3, to follow up on the above review, the company contacted me a few days after my review was posted to apologize to ask what they could do to make me happy. They offered me an additional $50. I told them I wasn t upset, I felt their people were very friendly and it wasn t about the money. A few days later, the owner showed up at my office and gave me the $50 I had previously refused. I appreciate them going out of their way to keep my business.

They are very professional and everything is very clean. Randi went over the top to make sure i was updated with what they were doing and gave me accurate time estimates. The glass replacement done on my truck windshield was great but the car detail I got at the same time was perfection! With two kids and endless nephews and nieces my backseat was a mess! I was very pleased with the service I received. Bryce and Caleb scheduled me in quick fast tinted my two front windows much easier on the eyes now while driving long drives.
