There is a reason I have been, and will continue to be, a customer for 20+ years!I ve continuously received outstanding service, very reasonable pricing, fabulous communications / updates, explanations of issues, recommendations, and options!And that was the case again this week with a transmission issue!! Definitely an honest and reliable place and I highly recommend!!!

Before we got to the door we were greeted by a young man (Ryan) who asked us how he could help us. He was very polite and friendly. We easily engaged in conversation with Ryan and he said he would take care of us and have us going as soon as he could since we were waiting for our car. Ryan's easy and pleasant manner helped me engage with other customers while waiting for our cars. Ryan updated me with the process of my car and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I mentioned a vibration noise on the driver's side by the wheel somewhere and they did their best to find it. They didn't find the noise but they spent that extra time trying to find it. Not only that but they honored a coupon that we brought in that the computer didn't quite finish printing that gave me 1/2 off the oil change. I highly recommend Wilhelms Auto Repair and Tires for your automobile needs!

Going to Wilheim Automotive is always a good experience. The employees are great, the rates are what I am anticipating and I trust them with my vehicle. Twice I went in to see if I needed new brakes and I was sure I needed them. They came back and said I have quite awhile. Other place would have sold me the brakes.

The guys that interact with the customers are absolutely phenomenal. They treat you like you are their only Customer with a smile and a pleasant comment always. And they do not always deliver bad news! They will come and tell you when things are fine and no work needed which is a nice refreshing report when you bring your car in for work. I highly recommend Wilhelm Automotive on Grand in Surprise.

Great job guys! I came in from out of town and these guys got me in quick and easy! Drive the car back 700 miles in one day within our any problems or issues. I absolutely left in a better truck than when I got there..:) Good job David!

Have always been happy in the past when getting an oil change and tire rotate. I had planned on getting a new engine air filter this time but when my quoted price from two weeks ago changed by a 25% increase I said no thank you! Not pleased.

Everything good! Went in for scheduled oil change & also had brake fluid & power steering fluid changed. I was aware the two fluids needed to be done. So, all was good. T.J. very nice & answered allmy questions.

Wilhelm is a great place that I trust with my vehicles. Ryan, TJ, David and crew are the best and most professional group to work with. They are honest and upfront with what needs to be done and any cost for the work. Great job !!!!

Great service and fast turn around. Went in for a no crank/no start and mentioned the parts I already replaced. Dave and their master mechanic George found the problem fast and fixed the same day, Great staff and honest people I definitely will use there service again in the future.

Took my car in for a oil change. It was the best experience I have ever had with a car repair station. Quick and friendly service.They did not try any upsale tactics or push me for other service.

Hats off To the whole crew over there off a grand In surprise! I had not one, but 2 vehicles go down the same day. They were able to get both cars in and fixed the same day, Outstanding. Very knowledgeable bunch of guys. Very professional and above all else veryPatient. I appreciate everything you guys did over there. Thank you very much.. I will definitely be taking my vehicles there from now on. Let's just hope it's not real soon LOL

I've been taking our cars to Wilhelm since the early 2000's, at the original shop in Peoria and having service now performed in Surprise. Top rated service, communications with the service managers is excellent. They're always happy to explain what they will perform on your car with a estimate and they won't start work until you approve the repairs. Great team!

I was very impressed with the accuracy of their findings concerning my Prius. I picked it up today and it works perfectly. David, the Mgr, was very nice to offer me a Lyft ride home and then back again to pick up my car. The interior of my car was just as clean as I left it, no grease anywhere. I received a detailed print out of the work done which is warranteed. The office waiting area is cheery and very comfortable. Glad I chose them.

Dropped my vehicle off and they diagnosed and called me with the issues within a couple of hours. Okayed the repairs and was back on the road in a few hours. Prices were respectable and service was on point. Thank you!

Ive been to the location out in surprise off Grand three times now, and my Service writer Ryan Packard has taken care of me each and every time. He is very polite and professional any time Ryan is working on my car i'm confident i'm going to get great service!Ryan and the boyz in the back do an amazing job id recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for honest work !!Keep up the good work Ryan!

WE WILL NEVER TAKE A VEHICLE HERE AGAIN. Took a camaro in to have a potential coolant/thermostat issue diagnostic performed. They ended up charging us an extra $150 brake fluid flush WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Normally a professional shop will call before performing any work, apparently not these guys.After the fact, we were told the brake fluid looked murky so rather than give us a common courtesy call, they just went ahead and did it. Charging us $150 on top of the typical diagnostic fee.That's a wrap on ANY future business from me for this place.I have another vehicle that we were going to bring in for an entire coolant system repair, would have been some great business for these guys. $150 brake fluid flush LOL

Went to Surprise Honda dealer for some warranty service work and they told me that I needed to change my timing belt at 57,000 miles ( $1,500) well as my bushings were worn out requiring a $2,500 repair of the Cross arm and bushings. The service manager, victor, stated that it's very important because we're in the hot desert and if the timing belt goes then the engine will be destroyed( which is true but Irrelevant in this case.) It didn't seem right since the car only had the current mileage. Wilhelm, whom I've been to before for non warranty work inspected the vehicle and gave it a great bill of health requiring NO repairs. And they didn't even charge me to tell me this. Reputable and honest.

Great service! Friendly personnel, hot coffee, and a family friendly environment in which to wait.Decked out for Christmas with a decorated tree and Christmas music was an added plus. Highly recommend.

Very good service I hit something in the road early Sat am. I damaged my tire. Was not repairable Wilhelm covered the tire under the road hazard warranty. I purchased the tires from Wilhelm They ordered the tire. They mounted & balance the tire. Ready to go by 1000 am Monday. Thank you David you have a great crew.Service: TiresService: Tires

I brought my vehicle in to get the front shocks replaced. A week later found out that the collar of the shocks were placed upside down which caused a lot of preload on the spring and almost caused the collar clip to come off of the shock. If this happened the whole shock would ve came off. My lower shock bolts were also installed backwards. The coil spring binding is bent because of this.If I could rate then 0 stars I would. Some of the worst customer service and they clearly don t know how to do their job. I am very disappointed as I almost paid $700 to get these done and they are done incorrectly and almost cause me vehicle wreck.

I had taken my truck in for a diagnostic test. I knew I already had a check engine light for knock sensors. When I first dropped it off, I spoke with David and told him exactly what I knew and what was happening. The customer service from David and the other guy at the desk was very rude. David called me the next day within an hour after they opened and told me the issue with my truck is the knock sensors. I already new they weren t. Wilhelm wanted ti charge almost $1200 to replace them on a 2010 Silverado. Parts total are $50 and takes less than an hour to do them. I picked the truck up and took it to someone else that did the sensors for not even a 1/3 of the price. Well after all that when I got the truck back today I m still having the same exact issue just without having a knock sensor code. They are a waste of time and waste of money.
