Mitzi and Kaitlynn were very friendly and professional and so were the shop employees. Jason, the manager, wasn t very nice and was unprofessional; especially when he pointed to his picture on the wall when I asked to speak with his supervisor. He kept referring to the store policy but was unable to provide any policy for me to read. He talked down to the employees when he shouted orders at them. However, he did allow me to keep my appointment because I was late due to not being able to find the auto center. He also gave me directions to the auto center.

Can t beat the price to have 4 tires installed. Took a little over 2 hours, even with an appointment, but overall quality work for a very affordable price.

Got in the next day, only took 1.5 hours. Headlights came out looking practically new for a vehicle that's over 20 years old. Nighttime visibility is greatly improved.

I purchased two tires on 8/38 w with my the understanding that they would arrive at the Walmart at 1:37th avenue and Bell on Friday today. On 8:30 I got a email canceling my orders with no explanation at all and canceling my appointment. When I looked on the website they still have the tires they're just $10 more now! I still need them and they won't even give me an appointment today.

I went in for a quick battery replacement and had to set up an appointment because they are always busy however Jim and Marta were very helpful and professional when setting up and checking me in and out of my appointment. The service tech Anthony C. was great he noticed I had the wrong sized battery which had messed up my bat. strap down and still was able to make it work when putting in the new one. Much appreciated guys !Service: Battery

I said time for service was good but it s two weeks later and there is no oil my car which caused the the engine to work harder which made it almost over heat- I was told not to go there and I did anyways. Now I know why it was done so fast. Would recommend oil change there . And they lost my tires. Never had them in store for my appointment. A lot of incompetent people running itService: Oil change

This place is trash. They don t answer the phones ever. Then just say they prioritize the customer who is there. I got there with one other customer ahead of me. Yet they didn t have an opening for 3 days? Ok pal y all some aaaassss

We had our headlights polished and it was done half way. One light looks almost clear the other is still foggy. The tech scattered the product all over the car and was going to walk away he was in a hurry to get off work. We told him and he walked over and wiped the windshield. He had a rude and unpleasant attitude. He needs to be retrained in his work and attitude. Very unsatisfactory.

Called on October 2nd at 8:15, just to schedule an appointment for Thursday, October 6. Because you need an appointment for anything to do with tires. Chris answered the phone and placed me on hold. I was on hold for 22 minutes before finally hanging up. Nobody ever picked back up the phone to say continue to hold or anythingService: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

The worse Walmart Auto Care Center I ve been to ever! The staff at the desk are extremely ignorant, unprofessional and rude! Don t belong in customer service!! Upper management need to know that they refused my service request to purchase a tire for my Camry because I didn t make an appointment!! While they re over staffed in the shop, very few vehicles in the bays and hardly any of them are working! I was told This store is by appointment Only! But doesn t say that on their Website!!

Go somewhere else. Terrible experience, slow as heck and they just let the phone ring and ring. I ordered 4 tires online and they sent me an email saying they were in. Called and the phone just rang and rang. Drove in to make an appointment at 8 when they open...They can not pull up the tires I ordered and I have to show them my email. Then they wanted to charge me again, for them...but I had already paid. Took the associate over 30 mins to even find the tires in the inventory. They are slow and don't care. Phone rings and rings and rings and none of the 3 associate answer it off the wall. Unprofessional and they don't care.

Prices were good they were very slow for the cars they had to do it should of taken half as long to do my new tire install.i owned auto shops for 20 + years and know what it takes and how long the people in shop were not highly motivated. But the work was quality. I did check when i got home lugs were torqued not just tightened with impact. They shoild have noted i needed brakes that i was heading home to do. Dont know that they even looked.

Horrible customer service! I drove around the back of the store to the auto center for tire service for entry but told I had to come to the front of the store to make an appt in advance then told that they were booked for next 3 days! I went to nearby Peoria Auto Center into the rear entrance and took me in before others ahead of me, no problem! The Surprise store should certainly learn from Peoria store.

Did not replace the correct tires I asked them to and then tried to keep one of my newer tires. Absolutely terrible service center would not recommend.

Well I ordered tires and when they came they sent the wrong size so then they went ahead and work something out to where I was able to get the correct size but then had to come back because they didn't put my sensor in my tire in my car was throwing all kinds of codes so it was a little bit inconvenient and it seemed like the customer service at the front was kind of rude like I was wrong for even pointing out all the factors of my situation and my frustration but the technicians were wonderful they did a great job.

I've never had a bad experience with them till I would say for the past 5 mths. They first left a wrench in my car of course I kept it and just didn't say anything but this second time was just beyond stupidity. I walked around Walmart came back the guy told me have u tried to be contacted NO they said whoever did ur last oil change (WALMART) messed with some oil thing and they cant do it and tried to make me go somewhere else and pay for there mistake?!?!? Umm I didn't do my oil change so how is it my fault and I have to pay for what u guys broke?!?!Update: spoke to the manage more HELPFUL then his employees that no help at all and are clueless. Everything is being fixed. 5 stars to the manager

Auto is 50/50. First time, oil change went smoothly and it was done on time with a text notification. Last time, the people at the desk were slow and a little oblivious as I waited an hour more than I needed to.

The employees are lazy and dont do there jobs i paid for a full oil change and fual injectors cleaned ye 2 hours after they said it would be done it was not then refused to call the manager. Final got a manage after another 40 min who was going to replace my grocies that thawed out from waiting. Such horrable service id rather have some junk yard hillbilly work on my car

Be aware the last two times I had my oil changed here it was double the time they told me. And seems like the employees walk around a lot. Not sure if that is related to their jobs or the extended wait for an oil change.

I asked for a injector cleanse and they told me they forgot to do it. Good thing I wasn't charged for it but made me wonder if they even did what I was charged for. (Everything else was done and customer service was good)

I have always received good service at the Surprise, AZ store. I only needed my tires checked and they were happy to do that for me and fill the low tire with air.

Horrible service. Didn't complete work. And claimed called and explain some issue. No call was ever made. They implied only wanted tire sale. Not service

Sneaky MGR snuck the $12 rebalance rotation fee on my bill after I declined the useless tire insurance. A $50 theft is going to cost walmart thousands. From Sam's I'll now go to Costco. From Walmart I'll go to Amazon, Aldi and Winco.

Great price let's you pick if you want things checked or not . Have been going to oil can Henry and jiffy lube for years . They never let me say please don't check my transmission fluid.. ECT. Wal mart great job

Super friendly and was fast. I ran grabbed a few things from store and got back and it was done. I will go back for sure.
