Had a bad experience here yesterday and won t be going back. The guy asked if he wanted me to check my tires and air pressure and I said no that I just came from getting my tires rotated. He asked about cabin filter and I said no. Ask if he could just fill my wiper fluid he said sure. He couldn t get my air filter cover back on and smashed it. I jumped out of the car and told him to watch it. They is a clip and he said oh yeah I see it know. He got frustrated and rip open the top again and tore my wiring cable loose. Very unprofessional. When I got home I was have trouble with my light inside the car so I opened my hood to check the wire that he ripped loose which he did not fix and there was no fluid in my window washer container which is the only thing I asked him to check. My receipt show a totally different kind of oil that I asked for which he confirmed when I first pulled in and that I get all the time. I ve never had this kind of service before. I go there because of the good service I ve always gotten but this time it was awful. The two guys working on my car didn t seem like they wanted to be there or do any of the work. So unprofessional. They weren t busy and there was 4 guys working there. I will never go back to this location again.

Its quick and easy super professional they dont just change oil they look at all your fluids and check your lights if you have a headlight or break light out they will offer to replace it air filters serpentine belt it's a good place I'll be going back....Ok I gave a 5 star review but now they say they top off all your other fluids but come to find out they didnt even after I asked them multiple times I guess I could have popped my hood and looked but I didn't either way I wont be going back

This place is great. After experiencing all that comes with not having your oil changed properly, I appreciate their attention to detail. Love being able to hang out in the car while they do it. They are quick but efficient. Fairly priced especially after checking their website or groupon for coupons.

There's a wait sometimes, sure. I've had all 3 of my cars serviced here. Recently, one of my cars broke down and the shop blamed Valvoline on a bad oil change. The manager Aaron, and Tailor, really helped me out. They went to the shop and looked at my car and as it turned out, my cars issue had NOTHING to do with the oil change. Aaron also told me what he observed with my car, and it was nothing what the shop told me. Aaron saved me from being scammed out of $11,000!

I went there for 1st time. Had a bit of a wait, but shift supervisor advised us of the wait time in advance. They have a unique checks and balance system of verbally calling out all procedures performed. For someone that loves organization and prime efficiency, this was so amazing to witness. They all worked together like a fine tuned machine! I will always give them my business as they have my complete trust!And someone even left me the sweetest sentiment later discovered...Thanks much guys!!

I am so disappointed. My oil change service guy last time was excellent so I returned. This time the service agent was obsessed with wrapping up for the day even though they had an hour and a half to go. He took time to try to sell me on $300 in upgrades that he admitted I didn't need. My steering wheel still is making a noise because they did not check those fluids. I had to ask if he would check at least one tire that was giving me an issue, but now I'm wondering if the other tire pressures are OK. He clearly did not want to check tire pressures. Worse yet, I had a coupon that was not applied because I was so distracted trying to get him to stop talking sports and check out the vehicle. Given the fact that I now have to go somewhere else or pay more to check things he didn't I think at the very least I deserved that $25 coupon I took the time to download. My service was shameful for $107. I feel ripped off and overwhelmed by a lazy staff.

Good place to go, reasonable prices than the bigger shops.The third time there, techs are very thorough. Appreciate Aaron, who helped from the beginning and finished with the fuel treatment.Excellent service!

Used a Groupon for an oil change. I wanted a new air filter, but unfortunately, they didn't have mine. They educated me on changing the fluid on a sealed transmission.

So far I have been waiting at station 3 for 50 minutes and the line has not moved forward 1 car yet. I don t even know how long that car was being worked on before I got here. Stations 1 and 2 have moved forward 4 oh wait now 5 cars. I am blocked in. I can t even leave if I wanted to. I guess it s just the luck of the draw coming to this valvoline. Your wait time can be somewhere between 15 minutes and well god knows how long. Good idea making sure you clear your entire day before coming here just in case you get unlucky with this station roulette. And now the other lines have moved forward 6 cars. Alright enough with the review time to watch Netflix I guess.

Aaron & his crew were very professional. My first time to VALVOLINE & what was nice is I was able to sit in my car the entire time & Aaron talked to me throughout the process while his guys worked on my vehicle. He even set my car's computer to remind me when my next oil change is coming due. I highly recommend them!!

They re scammers. When I went up to get an oil change they checked my blinker and brake lights. They told me I needed new ones and they could it for me. I told them no and that I would do it myself. I had my friend check my lights, he said they were fine, I checked them myself and saw they were fine. They tried to replace my perfectly working lights for an extra $100+. It took an hour to get a oil change including waiting when my previous Jiffy Lube I went to in Tempe was 15 mins including waiting. Those guys also never scammed and were honest. They take so long to get an oil change done, have people wait long periods of time cause they do unnecessary work on people s cars like changing perfectly fine brake lights. I regret being a customer to lying scammers.

Went in desperately needing an oil change. I have a Honda Accord & they were able to take me in right away, I never stepped out of my car. Aaron was super helpful, great customer service. He made the experience all the better. Michael & Ryan took great care of my car.

New to the area, have used Valvoline Oil Change locations for years and trust their service and attention to detail. This one had easy access and the service tech s were great. Oil change and servicing was done in about 15 mins after getting in almost immediately. Asked about any car wash nearby and was given good directions to a nice one that was very close. Will be back again, highly recommend!

An absolutely inexcusable experience. Bought a battery from here, it lasted 18 months and after getting it checked at multiple auto parts stores as bad, Valvoline assured me it was good prior to my trip to Pinetop. And went on to tell me if I had issues, they had stores up there to assist. Two days later, I had a dead battery in Pinetop, no Valvolines nearby, and was out $200 on a new battery. A joke of a company and warranty system.

Matthew, Aron, and all the guys that helped me today were terrific. I went for an oil change and thought my battery needed replacing. They tested it and showed me it was still good. My wife went to this Valvoline for an oil change. The manager was the one that assisted her, stated it needed a new battery and she told them as long it was the same to do it. I had a Optima Yellow Top in my truck. No where on their battery does it state it s that type (AGM), which is what a Optima is. That s not a Optima. They also stated they would replace the negative cable (assuming it was the ground from battery) from the video. When my wife got home I went to inspect the work. The battery terminal wasn t installed correctly fully onto the post, it was upside down ( taper is supposed to be on the bottom to fit onto the post ) and the ground cable was just touching! The original ground cable plastic was not trimmed to fit more wire onto the new ground cable at all, nor was there any grease or pads on the terminals to prevent corrosion . Usually these guys have been great with just oil changes. Now this makes me question their whole franchise and how they vet their employees to be trained to do these services they claim they can perform. Disappointed and will be telling folks not to go there moving forward. I feel frustrated that someone saw a female and took advantage of her. Secondly, highly disappointed that the services paid were just performed sub par to what the customers expectation is.

After a terrible experience yeaterday at their "competitor" i was today met with amazing service from friendly knowledgeable technicians. I will recommend this place to everyone. Stay away from that "iffy" place! These guys are top notch!

Oil changed in less than 10 minutes. Staff very friendly. I normally change my own oil but because of a time crunch, took my car and might continue using them. Valvoline also happens to be my oil brand of choice!

Located in the same shopping center of Fry's. Amazing customer service and team. First time here and they were quick and explained everything along the process. Best thing was the communication of the process. Prices range from $50 to 80 for oil change depending on type of oil. They provided what was recommended and they did not force a sale or additional work to be done. Highly recommended

Pulled up and sat in line for several minutes. Was expecting someone to greet me, maybe see what I needed and provide an approximate wait time. Chose to leave as I had an upcoming appointment I couldn t risk being late for. I ll probably come back because prior experience at a different valvoline was great.

Expensive for a synthetic oil change. They really try to up sell you and the times quoted for the services seems way too quick to do it right. Completely failed to check my lights (like they did everyone else) but maybe that s because they switched people right at the end.Also didn t bother to reset the oil usage indicator or even suggest the reset. Goggle did that for me.Update. They also sent my receipt to the previous owner and spilled oil all over the engine cover.I could have had my eight year old daughter change the oil with me and it would have been less expensive and done right.
