One of the nicest dealership experiences I ve had anywhere. My service writer was very knowledgeable, proactive, responsive and friendly. The facility is like a clean room, everyone from the sales people to the parts department desk were all happy, helpful and genuine. Defiantly a diamond in the rough in book. I m a long time client of Fletcher Jokes Motors in Newport Beach, CA and you expect this level of service. But in Surprise AZ and a Toyota dealership?

Another great experience. Friendly and professional staff. Dealership is well kept and inviting. Customer waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Most importantly service was good and reasonably priced. Bonus, they even secured a ride share to take me back and forth to my house while repairs were underway. Went in on a Saturday, with no appointment. Hoping I can squeeze in, but with no resolve; completely understandable. Was able to get my information in, set up an appointment that worked for everyone for the following weekend. Juan and Brian knocked it out of the ball park. Offered to wash my truck after service was complete. Thrilled with the service team. Attentive, detailed and very helpful.

Arrived 20 minutes early, and was checked in right away. I was in for an ok change and a maintenance check. Waited while they performed the work. When the work was done the advisor when over what they did, and told me what would be needed upon my next visit. Breaks and new tires. Very professional. I asked them to check why my blur tooth was not connected (audio). I was told there were two addresses and it keeps searching. I need to correct this myself.

I brought my 2001 Camry in for an oil change and "once over" from an official Toyota dealer. They performed the work that was needed for less than the local shop I used for years. In addition, I was advised work that was recommended from the other shop wasn't even needed, saving me thousands of dollars. Ken was great and even offered to clean the inside and outside of my vehicle as part of the work being done. I will be using Toyota of Surprise services for both of my vehicles going forward. Thank you for the GREAT service!

Same day appointment! Very quick process and polite service team. I would recommend anyone to use their certified mechanics for something major or basic so you know it will be done with the right equipment and care!

Service at Toyota of Surprise is always excellent. However, yesterday was a bit disappointing. They have a huge tire sale going on but only one tire mounting machine. There was a huge bottleneck. It took over 4 hours to get my new tires installed! The entire service team worked together to speed up the process as best they could. I must emphasize that this long time requirement is NOT typical.

Just waited 2 hours to get the tires rotated and 5000 inspection. I think 90 minutes is reasonable to get that done. But they did clean the car and it looks great.

Very well served, everything so punctual and systematic unbelievable, hope it s not a coincident lol only thing I did not like was automated booking system. Human presence is important in my opinion.

Video walk around was nice. But it would help to narrate a little so the customer knows what they re looking at in the video. Especially those not mechanically inclined. Service writer was friendly and helpful. And the amenities were great. Thank you

I appreciated the friendliness of everyone I had contact with at Surprise Toyota while I was there getting my vehicle serviced.The dealership is clean and welcoming. Also no added pressure to get things done on my vehicle other than what I brought my vehicle in for. A concern I wasn't aware of was brought to my attention, but I wasn't pressured to have to have it fixed immediately.

Experience was wonderful. The check in was seamless and quick. The repair work done in a timely fashion and I even got a ride to & from the dealership for no charge. I couldn t believe it. My sevice experience was great. TOS staff is very polite and knowledgeable. I was there for about an hour for my oil and tire rotation. I had a complimentary coffee while I waited. I received a text and a video of my service after my car was finished. Great job.

I was visiting my daughter in Phoenix for the holidays and my Tacoma needed an oil change. I booked a same day appointment. Picked the 15:40 time and wait for my truck. I arrived around 15:30 and Eric came right out to greet me and take care of the paperwork. About an hour later get a video of my truck being serviced and was heading home by 5:05. Great service. Great staff.

It took over three hours for them to do an oil change on my car when I was originally told it would only be in an hour and a Half. My technician never come out and give me any update I had to keep asking and asking and was always told oh another 30 minutes another 30 minutes and 30 minutes turned into three hours. It was horrible service

Great customer service by Paul. Always friendly and courteous. He asks the right questions and doesn't try to do extra added costs if the car doesn't need it which I appreciate so much! Also like videos they send while your car is being worked on.

Previously have come in for an oil change, tire rotation, and recall check and after showing up for a 10:40 appointment at 10:20, I asked for an update at 12:15 after hearing nothing and was asked if I wanted to reschedule the service. Apparently after just shy of two hours of waiting my car still hadn t been touched. I will applaud everyone for being very friendly but the lack of communication and extreme inefficiency has me very frustrated. I ve done all my previous oil changes/rotations here and had my last recall checked here and haven t had this issue previously, maybe I d be less agitated if I was given an ETA beforehand or some sort of heads up that it would be an excessive wait before my car was even looked at because I get it things happen but this level of inconvenience now has me dreading my next appointment.

My advisor was super easy to communicate with, and answered a bunch of questions so I knew what to expect, and you have techs that had experience working on a truck like mine. I ve been bringing my Highlander to Toyota of Surprise for three years for my oil changes and various other services. Every visit has been nothing less than stellar.I have never felt pressured to have unnecessary services done and feel very comfortable in the knowledge that they have my and my vehicle s best interests at heart. They have always worked with my schedule and that is always a plus!In closing, I highly recommend Toyota of Surprise to any and everyone. They are Amazong!

I had an oil change and detail service and the oil change was fine (a little more expensive than the other place I use)The detailing was great at first, but then when everything dried, none of the stains on the seat were worked on. I will have to go back and shampoo it myself.

Not from the area but wish I was. I just came in for an oil change and scheduled online for the following day. I arrived on time and they were done within 75 minutes. The dealership facility was really nicely done inside and out. Modern, comfortable waiting area, and very nice staff. I will definitely return.

Gave 3 stars because I was never contacted by advisor how long to expect completion by. Everything was up in the air and I could have planned my day better if I had a timeframe. There was also no explanation or review as to what they did and what was found. No recommendations were made for future maintenance or possible wear and tear to look out for such as rear brakes and tires. Communication not the greatest.
