I took my vehicle in for an issue with the starter making a noise after I start it up. They did the diagnostic for $180 and told me I need a new battery to find further issues and that the starter and alternator were good. They wanted to charge an extreme amount for a new battery so I decided to check the warranty on my battery and took it to Sams club to check the battery and it tested good. So the starter, alternator and battery are all good and yet it still makes the noise a day later. This place used to be good to me but to charge $180 and not be able to find the problem, is absolutely crazy. If I m contacted by the mechanic and they are willing to fix the issue without another diagnostic, I ll be happier. I would no longer recommend this place.

Curtis went completely above and way beyond! He not only treated my car as if it were his own, he was able to help the warranty company to cover my car with OEM parts and extra service care!UPDATE: In the last year and a half we've had two totalled vehicle accidents, none of which were our fault. So this is the 2nd time I've purchased a used car with Carvana (an EXCELLENT experience), and had some initial warranty work done here. Curtis is always helpful to deal with the warranty co and make the process easy. This time Patrick and Marlou helped resolved all the issues the car had: 4 new tires when 2 were bald with 1 separating, an AC motor that had a ton of racket when firing up, and the car lighters not working bc of a fuse being out. Our family will love this car so much more now!

The service was excellent. I called on Sunday afternoon and Curtis said to come on down. When I arrived Curtis was there to greet me and took the car right in the shop, no wait time. Curtis was very nice and so I would definitely recommend going to Goodyear in Surprise/Sun city.

These guys have earned my business for LIFE! My truck suddenly died and they went out of their way to get me back up and running. Patrick and the team went so far above the line even including topping me off with oil and wiper fluid. I was in a total crunch because my dad was coming home from the hospital ( bone marrow transplant) and the entire team rallied just to make sure I wasn't out of commission for more than 1 extra minute. It is nice to know that people like Patrick ( a young guy), Curtis and the WHOLE team exist still in this world. I can say they have my business and any friend of mine for life! Yeah, I agree, with those post minus minus star. Curtis is a crook, LIAR, one word SHYSTER!! He had my car for over a month, fixed the problems with a band-aid. A month later, band-aids didn't hold. Charged me a enormous amount of money. Only way I could get my car back was to pay. Don't be fooled, by his friendly demeanor!!!

Surprise Goodyear did a professional job on the transmission repair and front-end alignment on my 1968 Chevy truck. Curtis has a wealth of knowledge which gives me great comfort. My Jeep was there for 4 days when I first bought it. I brought it in for new breaks and possibly rotors. It was also in need of an alignment.While in the shop they found a few other things and fixed all of them. They did a great job in getting my Jeep ready for a long move I was anticipating.They went above and beyond. Although the customer service isn t the best because they are just so busy. And they did not do the front end alignment as stated on my bill. ( Jeep pulled to right immediately after leaving the shop and since has been seen by another mechanic ) I am overall happy with this experience so please don t come at me, mean lady that attacks everyone for sharing there personal experience about your business: you so happily own.The only reason your not getting the 5 star review that the MECHANICS deserve, is because of YOUR business ethic and rude comments to your overpaying customers. You should be ashamed.

this guy is a liar and a thief, Curtis the shop manager/family owner lied to me about the ignition on my 1967 camaro, All it needed was a new starter yet this crook wanted to charge me 5300.00 claiming the entire car needed to be rewired. I am a disabled Iraq war veteran on a fixed budget. i had to pay 200.00 to get my car towed elsewhere due to the antics and misdeeds of CURTIS. I should have read the reviews before ever stopping at this shop off Bell RD and US 60. the entire shop is in disarray. I thought id give it a chance and what a huge mistake i made. This shop will lie cheat and steal from you.

This terrible fake Good Year tire shop deserves less than zero stars. How this shop can stay open after stealing from so many people is beyond belief. This repair facility ruined our car while racking up charges for miscellaneous parts Curtis (the family owner) had no permission what so ever to touch.

These guys are on top of it! My daughter's car suddenly stopped running and the mechanics went through it all to diagnosis and fix it. They took good care of us.

The service here is always great I won't take my car anywhere else they helped me get a whole set of brand new tires with the snap program that they offer and any time I need to drop in the owner is so sweet thank you for always being there even if it's just to get a screw out of my tire. I love my new tires

I highly recommend Goodyear Tire & Auto in Surprise. I called at 8:00am and got an appt at 11:00am. Anthony and Thomas did a great job and I was out the door at 3:00pm with a set of New Cooper Tires on my Jeep. William and Curtis were very helpful in the front office. Good honest people. Curtis lied on parts he never replaced while making up issues with the rear end to suck more $$$ out of our family. He stole well over 4000.00 from us. Terrible business that ruined our Ford F-150 truck rear end.

Worst experience ever was told wheels were bent after the owner had installed them also broke one of my tpms sensors claiming it was already broke dude that owns this place is a hack what a joke I ve worked in the tire business before I know how to properly take off a tire with a tpms sensor and he claimed was already broke when he handed me the freshly broke off sensor that had not been bouncing around for years dude is a hack and this place should be shut down immediately !!!! Took to discount tire and they balanced and proved wheels are not bent!!!! Aka the owner has no idea how to road force balance a tire !! And manager won t contact you back regarding a problem!!!!Service: Tires

Stay away from this guy. Total ripoff... I took my car in for power steering install and he told me that I needed all new parts. I was not wanting to pay that much but told him go ahead and fix it. He quoted me $2365 over the phone and said he hoped to have it done Friday. It wasn't and when I called to ask about it he was pretty rude and told me that he would call me. I asked him to check on a couple of other items if it wasn't too expensive. A week later he called to say it was ready and I could pick it up. When I went in to get it he gave me a bill for over $3900. I was shocked but I had no alternative but to pay him. The extra work that I had asked him to do was only $500 so I feel that I was really ripped off. His price was expensive to start with and when he charged me an extra $1,000 with no notice I knew that I would never return to this shop.The work seemed OK but make sure that you get a quote in writing before you let him touch your car. He also recommended some more work and I had a master mechanic check the car and he told me that it did not need that work done.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am currently having my daughter's car fixed here. The "manager" Curtis is very unprofessional. When we brought the car in they told us it would be fixed in 1 to 2 weeks...it has been 5 and all they tell us is there are supply chain issues. I understand that I work in this country we all have supply issues but setting an expectation of 2 weeks then NEVER calling with updates and when we call he acts like he is annoyed with us even daring to question why it is taking so long, that is unacceptable. DO NOT bring your car here!! Plus, I checked what my repairs should cost with other mechanics. I was told it should be 10 hours of labor and they charged is for 20. This place is a scam. Alyssa ..you should hire new staff if this is how your manager communicates with clients.

The people are extremely nice. They re trying the best they can but they mis-diagnosed my car. They stated my power steering pump was defective and it wasn t. The hoses were bad but they wanted $1800 to replace the system. Stuff happens. I wish them the best success and I may or may not be back again.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

this shop is worthless and will rip you off,. They upcharge on parts while making up stuff about your car. read the negative reviews and pick some place else to go to. BEWARE!

Awesome service and was recommended by another person. I needed to put on aftermarket rotors and pads for my car and they jumped right to work on it. Most shops don't like to install aftermarket parts but these guys were willing and ready which is fantastic news for me! Literally will tackle any job with a smile to complete the service. Price points are very competitive and a lot more enjoyable when it doesn't cost an arm and a leg for service. Dealership wanted way more than what I had to pay here for an alignment! My truck was shaking when I went on the freeway. I pulled into the shop and even though they had customers ahead of me, they still made time to see my truck. I left there with perfectly balanced tires. The service is good. The techs are friendly and nice. The shop is clean. They gave me water and coffee while I waited. And most importantly, no more shaking down the road!
