Took my truck there for my repairs.. dealt with juan. Very upfront, polite individual .Damages could have taken 2 months. He had my truck back cleaned washed and ready to go within 3 weeks.Highly recommend this shop for anyone whom needs repairs.Will definitely be using them in the future

Fixed my car after it was rear ended. Everyone at the office was professional. Took a little over 2 weeks to receive my car. Pretty happy with the color matching and overall satisfied. Before & After pics. Higly recommend.

Serious kudos to Sunn West City s Auto Body Shop! Took my truck in to repair a dent that was anomalously gifted to me. We were pleasantly greeted by Mysty (? Spelling) and asked us to take a seat while she informs Steve Ruiz we are here. She also inquired if we would like a cold drink. Steve came over and introduced himself and we walked out to my truck to examine the damage. We returned to the office and it took Steve about ten minutes to write up an estimate. Steve guided us through the repair process, timeline and possible delays. He stressed that we could call at any time for updates and we could also receive text updates. We set a drop off date and estimate time of repair. We were updated by text several times, once or twice followed up by Steve. My truck was repaired ahead of schedule and right on the estimate. The repair was so good we couldn t tell it was ever damaged! Steve and team took great care of us and my truck. For auto body repair this is the place to go!

My family has been visiting SWC for years. We always have a great experience with this company and staff. Their expertise in repairing my family's fender-benders has always been a positive experience. I will never use another body shop for anything I own. Sunn West is an amazing company to work with. The people are awesome, friendly and professional. Juan was a great guy to work with. He first walked me through what was going to be done when I dropped off my FJ, then when I picked it up he walked me through what was done. The paint work is excellent at a minimum. I had friends look it over this past weekend and could not believe how perfect the paint match is.The icing on the cake... My FJ has not been this clean in a long, long time. It's an off road vehicle that get used off road. The dust inside was pretty thick, all over. I feel for the guy that was tasked to clean it. But he did a superb job.I recently retired after nearly 50 years in the home service trades and I'm very particular on how customers are treated. This company treats their customers well beyond the normal expectations. Perfect service in my eyes.I'll recommend Sunn West City to anyone in need of their services, and quite frankly if you're reading this far, you'd be foolish not using them.

This is a very professional Auto Body Shop and their workers take pride in their work and I highly recommend this shop, Everyone there is very friendly and helpful, When they got done with their work they took the car and had it washed and waxed and inside cleaned professionally, Really impressed.

Sadly we have needed to use Sunn West City s Auto Body twice in the past 4 years. But so glad they do amazing work. Both times our cars have looked stunning when they were done with repairs. They keep you well updated as they do the repairs. I would highly suggest using them for body work if needed.

Juan and team have definitely made a difference in my life for the better! At the end of 2023 my car was damaged in a parking lot situation. Sunn West City Auto had my car for a short time with amazing results! My car looks brand new! Thank you for taking such great care of me and my vehicle! Not to mention your kindness and professionalism! Would recommend this place to anyone who mentions auto needs

I brought my truck here because of the great reviews. I will not go into detail about what occurred but I will say the workmanship was good. Marsha was wonderful. The manager on the other hand was not understanding. So as long as you don't have any issues or concerns & need to speak to the manager you should be ok.

Had small accident coming back from Prescott during a winter snow flurries; once Sunn West got the vehicle, they worked effectively with our insurance company and expeditiously communicated with us on the damages and the repair plans; the executed the repairs in a timely manner and always kept us informed. Very courteous and friendly as well as professional in their skill sets.

I got my car fixed. it was done so quickly and honestly I think my car looked better after picking it up than it did when I bought it off the car lot.Plus, they detailed it. I was not expecting that at all. It was such a wonderful experience. I was working with a gentleman named Bryan and he walked me through. Every step of the way kept me informed the whole time. My car was done a few weeks earlier than I was expecting, which was very nice.

Marsha and the team at Sunn West were great. My truck looks good as new. Communication and customer service were top notch, and the body work/repairs performed came out great. If I ever need body work in the future, this is the only shop to consider for my needs.

Recommend using Sunn West for any auto body needs. Truck was repaired fast and was returned cleaned detailed and shined. Was updated to any changes and was given a link to track the process.

Very impressed with this place. It s never fun dealing with car damage but they made it really easy. They gave me a quote on the spot and dealt with the other party s insurance on everything. Marsha was super nice and kept me updated along the way. Highly recommend!

Took them 3 attempts on repair, which now the paint has a rough feel like the clear was never wet sanded. Panel fitment still not 100%. The advisor/GM was like an used car salesman with his approach and excuses. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Marsha Paredes of Sunn West City Autobody was great to work with. The communication throughout the whole process was very professional and timely. The workmanship done on my Silverado was excellent. The vehicle was washed and detailed when I picked it up. I recommend SWC Autobody and if need be I will definitely use them again. Thank you to the SWC Autobody team.

Great shop- very professional, accurate timelines, attention to detail, and 5-star customer service. Kept me updated with phone calls and texts throughout the entire process. Made the process very painless with insurance company. Hopefully won't need to be a repeat customer, but highly recommend!

I was beyond impressed with the customer care and service at Sunn West City's Auto Body. From the moment I called to find out about their service and explain my need, (my car was hit in a parking lot) they were extremely helpful. Misty took my information and set-up an appointment for me to bring my car by for a review of what was needed. Marsha is an expert and was very detailed in examining my car and explaining what was needed and approximately how long it would take to repair my vehicle. She verified the information with my insurance and they handled everything professionally, down to calling the auto rental when I dropped off my car and when it was ready to pick it up. The 4 year old car was repaired to the highest standard and was returned to me like new. A seamless experience getting my wife's car in for repairs after some jerk rear ended her (pay attention! put the phones down people!) At an offramp. Now, we can't even tell it was ever damages, the paint looks factory done. Thanks to Juan for being our advisor and getting the repairs done early and keeping is informed!!

I went to a big name chain body shop 15 min earlier & they wanted to schedule me for an estimate with a 4 week waiting time. I drove to Sunn West, had a 10 minute wait & received my estimate. Two days later they received my parts and completed the job. CUDOS to Sunn West.
