Listen, and listen good! Amazing car dealerships are difficult to find. But, because I found one, I want to share my experience with you. A car is not just a car, and when you combine that car with the best staff from sales to service you tell people. You tell lots of people! After my wife s accident, we were in need of a replacement vehicle for her. We never thought about Subaru. We decided it wouldn t hurt to look. Well, we purchased a Subaru Forester for her and, because I was SO impressed by her vehicle, I purchased my own Subaru Legacy. Let me remind you, I made these purchases, not only because of the vehicle s superiority compared to other vehicles, but because of the staff. I cannot stand when companies say they ll treat you like family. You can always forgive family for wrongdoings. These people SHOW you that you re like family. I ve attached photos of a trip I took to the Midwest and back to illustrate the road conditions I traveled on. Let me tell you that you CANNOT beat the all wheel drive that Subaru, in my opinion, has perfected. Thank you, Todd, George, Kathy, for everything!

We visited Subaru of Surprise just looking at prices and what options the vehicles had to offer. It was a no pressure visit and we received a lot of great information. We went home to talk things over.We returned on the following Monday with a car in mind and went for a test drive. Again during this process there was no pressure. We went through the Costco car buying program and it was extremely easy. We were happy with the offer on our trade in and ended up leaving with the exact car we wanted. They never tried to put us into a more expensive model. They gave us 2 free years of oil changes which is standard at the time of this writing.About 10 days after our purchase we were scheduled with Tina who gave us great information about how the car and technology work. It s optional if you want this hour appointment. They also hold a dinner for new owners at the dealership which is another unexpected benefit to get to know the employees and other owners.We loved our purchase so much and the experience my husband decided he wanted a new Subaru also when we were at our appointment with Tina. He test drove an outback wilderness and really liked the vehicle. We went home again to talk about it and ended up back at the dealership to buy his car. We are extremely happy with both of our new vehicles and highly recommend Subaru if Surprise.

Travis Gudknecht was super great to work with!!I have never bought a Subaru before, and the whole process was great! Very easy and not pushy or rude at all. Very happy with my puchase.*Dealership is very clean and comfortable too. Lots of coffee, snacks, and comfortable chairs. Also, they have a nice 2 year maintenance schedule for new cars, and AZ residents.

My sister recently needed to purchase a new car and narrowed it down to 3 choices. Our first stop was the Subaru Superstore in Surprise. We met Ronnie, the sales person, and the rest was history. I have never met a more knowledgable sales person than Ronnie. He knew everything about all choices. The entire experience was pleasant and seamless. Every individual that we interacted with was pleasant and attentive to our needs without any of the usual pressure. We never made it to another dealer and drove off in a beautiful Forrester. Highly recommend this family owned dealership.

I am so impressed with the great service I get from Subaru Superstore Surprise, AZ. Please note that I purchased a used Subaru from another dealer a couple years ago. My warranty was almost up since I had close to 60,000 miles on the car. During a routine oil change, they noticed a transmission problem. This shopped honored the factory warrantee and did a fairly major job. They also provided me with a great loaner car! We have 2 Subarus and the service has always been fantastic. I highly recommend this shop. My regular service advisor Glen does a fantastic job, but if he is not available, I still get excellent service! In summary, Subaru Superstore of Surprise treats customers right!

I bought a used car from here a few weeks ago. I can t thank everyone here enough for such an amazing experience! I ve always been paranoid of dealerships because many will do whatever possible to rip you off, but that was not the case with this place. They are 100% committed to great customer service and there s no doubt that they showed it to me. They treated my boyfriend and I like a VIP the entire time. During the test drive, my boyfriend noticed a leak in the back of the car and the dealership took care of that before I bought it. It took some time, but there was always someone different updating us every 15-30 minutes to let us know where the progress was on fixing it, which I appreciated. I also saw in the paperwork that they gave me, along with the Carfax report, that they took great care of the car right after it was traded in. It had a ton of basic maintenance done on it, which tells you how well they take care of their cars. That definitely told me that I was purchasing my car from the right place. The buying process was simple and stress-free, as I never felt pressured.Something else I love about this place is that you can bring your dogs along, too! They let my small dog come along for the test drive and they treated her as a furry VIP as well.There s no doubt that this place is special. The kindness everyone offers here is hard to find anymore in this crazy world. I traveled 2 hrs to check out the car that I bought and I m glad that I did it. I want to thank Alex and everyone else for everything that you have done for me. This is sure an experience I will never forget and I ll always recommend this place 100%!

Very unique experience from vehicle intro , test drive, review of functions, easy procurement processes, intro to service and parts and follow up dinner and vehicle tips. Total family feel and trust. After weeks of dealing with other dealerships who were closer to home and feeling unsatisfied, I came out to the Subaru Superstore of Surprise to check out one of the cars still on my shortlist.Garrett was friendly and not pushy, the way salesmen at other dealerships had been and was able to work out a great deal that met my needs and made sure I got my new car home the same day. I cannot state enough how much I appreciate how pain free he made this whole process. Thank you Garrett and team!!

The salesman was great but the desk manager needs help with his customers service. They gave me a number on my truck that was trading in then at the end they take it back to try and make more money off us. I just left and got 2k more then their original offer for my truck and a Jeep at a better price. The GM is greedy.

Totally low/no pressure dealership, which I so appreciate. We met with 4 people on their team; Rodrigo, Van, Travis and the last person's name escapes me. In any event, negotiated a price that met our budget. No pressure to finance through them and they were happy to work with our bank. I'm 61 years old and this was the best dealership experience I've ever had!!

Great service. Were able to get me in same day, they were able to work through Fidelity's repair service. Were able to get my care fully covered for repairs. Angelo my service advisor was super friendly and great to work with. All around great experience. 100% recommend for any services needed.

Went to the Subaru dealer today and worked with Angelo in service. He was amazing and helped me with a missing engine cover that happened at another dealership they had not put it back on after repairs were done. Angelo contacted Subaru America and he got the engine cover replaced without me having to pay for it!!! That was amazing, then he also got me a deal on my oil change and tire rotation too! Thank You so much Angelo for fantastic customer service and support!! I really appreciate you so much!! I would highly recommend this dealership!

Worst dealership experience, sleezy and dishonest sales, don t believe all the google reviews, I d recommend checking yelp as well. Sold my girlfriend a car with multiple issues, claimed they were never there when sold, overly aggressive interactions, crossing over the boundary of proper customer interactions. And only attempted to solve the problems after a prolonged period of time has passed in order to claim it s been too long.Take yourself down the road to Toyota and get a better experience.

Buying a new car has been a very long and unpleasant process in the past. Neither of my two purchases (2019 Ascent and 2024 Crosstrek) from this dealer fell into those categories. I recommend Subaru Superstore Surprise.

All the advisors in service are great and seem to work well together. I spend entirely too much time in service departments since I drive 20hrs a week .Had my USB port repaired today and it took them under an hour to rewire and fix it up. Advisor on my paperwork is Dulcie, but the whole team does great :)

David Castillo made the car buying process a breeze! He was incredibly helpful, thorough without being pushy, and professional. He expedited our process of buying a brand new by handling as much as possible prior to our visit. Upon arrival he was friendly and kept the process streamlined in what was a surprisingly relaxed dealership environment. George Palmer then handled the financing process quickly and efficiently. There were no surprises or hiccups. We drove clear across the valley and they did not waste our time. It was certainly worth the trip to this dealership over the other Subaru dealers we had visited. Overall, I was very happy with my buying experience. I would recommend to anyone to give David at Subaru Superstore of Surprise a call.

I love Subaru the company, but the dealer is shady and worked more money into my contract and hid it pretty well, to the tune of almost $1000. Since I was new to the state, after reviewing it at home.. did I finally realize it.I called, and they have yet to fix it. They won't get my business. I will say, go elsewhere, watch out for costs of things already on the car added on without telling you.

I was helped by Charlie and George who were amazing! I went with my 7 week old newborn and they were so patient and understanding. They took their time and made sure my baby s needs came first. I didn t feel pressured and all my questions were answered. They went above and beyond to help me. Amazing service!

1/ Cleverly concealed upsell of window etching after I told them I did not want any dealer ad-ons at time of signing .2/ Just completed third service shop-visit, and once again experienced return of a dirty vehicle. At time of sale last year, dealer promised I will get a clean car inside and out after each service! This time they said, but don t forget you have to ask for it . Clean car return is standard from other dealers nearby.

Amazing store! Out of all the Subaru dealerships in the valley, this is the place to go! The people here are ridiculously friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We got the best price for our Subaru here. Go see Brandon in sales! Mike, the general manager, is incredibly personable and wants all of his customers happy. A quality run place!!! The next time we are in a market for a Subaru, we are coming straight here. Thank you all again!

My wife and I purchased a new car here yesterday by working with Chris Thom. He listened to what we wanted, found a good match in a car coming in within a month and quoted me a price as good/better as I would find anywhere. When it came in it was what we wanted and at the promised price. This was the 12th new car I have purchased in my life and this was the best experience. Total transparency on exactly what I was buying and the price. Chris even patiently explained all of the car s extensive features to my technology-phobic wife! Oh, and the guy in Finance was also really nice to work with.

Travis was so helpful and kind when I purchased my new Outback. The whole process was quick and the overall atmosphere there was very welcoming. This was not the case at other dealerships I visited while searching for a new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership for your next Subaru. The service center is also very nice with snacks and a kids room.

Bought my car out of state. I ve been given conflicting information ever since on getting my title and plates. Three months out with no plates and my temp tag expires next week. My financing company said the title info was never sent to my DMV. Communication has not been clear and I d not purchase another car from out of state again.
