Had 4 tires put on my truck. Booked online. Showed up at appointment time and I didn't get right in but it was with in 45 min of my arrival it was in the Bay. I am a diesel tech. I checked their work. It was very professional. No scratches on the rims and all the lug nuts tight. Everything you would want in a tire install. Show room was a little drab and the waiting room was just so so but I didn't go there to enjoy the building.

Service was great and scheduling was easy. I did also schedule an alignment online but was told when I got there that the guy who doesn t isnt there on certain days. Just wish that was mentioned before I scheduled the appointment online. But I will definitely go back for any other car needs

I made an online appointment the night before to have my battery replaced. I got there on time and was back on my way in about 45 minutes. Johnny greeted me in a friendly manner and got my work started quickly. He provided an explanation of their warranty (which I liked) and a fair price. Thank you!

Had a flat & after I changed it I did some searches on reputable tire businesses. Brandon was extremely helpful in determining that a complete set of tires was better suited for my situation & came up with a very aggressive price. On top of that, he said I qualified for a 'senior discount' & knocked another 10% off! My SUV was ready in about an hour. Wow!Couldn't believe but had a flat with one of my new tires today. Brandon got me in immediately & had it fixed in record time. The best part .... no charge!

These guys are amazing. Had to get my tire fixed. They squeezed me in and got it fixed. The shop is really amazing. They've always taken care of me. As a woman. I hate going to mechanic shops but this one hands down as the best. The guys are so nice and don't take advantage of you. They fix what they need to fix.

I scheduled a tire rotation online which was super convenient. My husband was able to stop there on his way home from work and get the tires rotated on his work truck super fast! Will definitely be using Pep Boys again, highly recommend.

If all you want done is a simple oil change good place to go. But any major problems, find someone else. Had the power steering pump with reservoir and line replaced, the price was right about what it should cost. But still leaked to point of it being undrivable. Took it back to have it looked at, they say oh, everything is fine. Not leaking here. We had an independent mechanic look at it and he stated right away the seal is what the problem is, it is partially sealed. They would not listen to our complaint. I will not take it back even for an oil change now.

I felt comfortable with the service I got. I felt that the staff was professional. And was willing immediately to respond to my concerns. I was giving an example of what the potential problem was with my vehicle.

Brandon, Carlos and Johnny were awesome! Got me back on the road - new set of tires - faster than I thought. Oh, and Brandon reminded me about their free tire rotation every 6K miles policy. Nice I ll definitely be back.

My 2008 Subaru tribeca over heated I drove it into Pep boys hoping the can take me in emergency. mechanic quickly looked at the water hoses and there was a big hole in it. So they ordered parts and neighbors came to pick me up. Next day I was back on road with no damage to engine. Thanks God.

I have tried several other car maintenance places. To me, they are the best for several reasons,1, Many, many places, including dealerships, try to upsell you on work you do NOT actually need to have done. They did NOT.2. I always ask how many MM are left of the brake pads each time I get service. Many service centers say they will do it, but the seem to "forget". Johnny was excellent with not only specifically listing how much is left on the fronts and the backs, but also the discard (replacement) MM. And he included the rotors - a first for any service center in my many decades of owning a car.3. When I asked for a battery check, it was not just "OK" but he had the specific Volts and CCA's.This is the second time I have been there and I am very, very pleased with their level of service.

I needed to have my car inspected for Uber and Lyft. The service manager Johnny, was friendly and got me in the same day and completed the inspection and paperwork quickly so I was able to get on my way. Very happy with my experience.

This location gets 5stars from me my best friend recommended them to me for my 2015 Ford Flex and they were able to get me in same day and were done with my car in 30 minutes for full synth oil change. Brandon and his co worker were great and answering all my questions regarding tires for my car as well.Thanx guys

Great experience this morning. My battery failed me twice and Johnny made sure I left with a replacement battery even though it was a little past the 36 month warranty. I Really appreciate Johnny going above and beyond. I will go to pep boys for all services from now on.

Brandon gave me outstanding service on my brother's car two different times this trip here in Arizona. I appreciate Brandon suggesting I address a very small oil leak at my next service coming up in a month. I admire your company for taking good care of seniors and not taking advantage.

When I showed up for my appointment Johnny was apparently unaware that I was even scheduled to come in. I waited for hours and never got an update on the status of my car. They were not busy and I spent almost 4 hours waiting for a simple coolant flush. They didn't even tell me my car was done either when it was ready. No apology for the inconvenience. Wasn't given an ETA on when it would be ready. Basically said it will be ready whenever we get to it. It was as if I didn't even make an appointment. UPDATE: Do NOT COME HERE. Pep boys said my vehicle was fine and there was no signs of overheating. My car kept overheating so I took it to Wilhelm mechanic right across the street. Wilhelm said my head gasket was blown. Pep boys on the other hand said everything was fine and did a horrible job. If your car is having any type of issues DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING MONEY AWAY.

I always go to PepBoys and have never had an issue, but this is by far my favorite location. They are honest, fast, and very decently priced. The have a nice waiting area, and always keep me informed of the status of my service/repair. I will continue to take my cars to this location/PepBoys!
