I purchased a brand new Armada from Nissan and was treated great. My finance guy Mo was amazing. He made sure i was taken care of in every aspect of car finance. When i brought my car in for service Russ made sure my car was serviced from bumper to bumper. If i could 6 stars i would! Excellent customer service and amazing group of guys!

The nicest people that I have dealt with. Greetings right away. Ask if can be helped. Called the needed person right away. Took the time to hear you and what you were saying. A dealership I would definitely refer anyone to.

Amazing staff. The staff greeted you with a friendly smile. I had made an appointment prior to arriving, which spead things up. My vehicle had to stay overnight. The Nissan dealership provided me with a rental, which was nice. The service manager kept me informed daily and put in replacement parts that were covered under my warranty.The waiting roo.s were very nice, and the bathrooms were clean as well. I was really surprised how well my service was compared to other dealers I have been to. If you need service done, I would highly recommend coming to this location, but please make an appointment in advance.

I am a Nissan fan. And Colter has taken care of my Titan since I've owned it for a little over a year and a half. I take it there for service and occasional repair. I found the prices to be surprisingly reasonable. And the service writer is friendly and takes pretty good care of me. And, the mechanics take pretty good care of my truck.

Complete scam! In this heat, CA is necessary. Coulter Nissan took advantage of that. They charged me $110 for a diagnostic but skipped the testing and tried to sell me the most expensive part. ($1K+) If they did the diag that I paid for, (step 2 of the testing) they would have found a missing sensor that costs $40. When I called about this, they hung up on me 4 times. Somebody eventually told me they would call back to explain in the morning... That was 4 days ago. They took my money and I still don't have AC.

There is a Nissan dealership nearer me but I much prefer the top notch service from Coulter Nissan. Knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, fair price, efficient, courteous and informative. I highly recommend them from purchase to maintenance.

So....I dropped off my daughter's car at around 10am today. They close in 1 hour. I had to call them. They won't get to her car until tomorrow morning. I hope they told everyone after me, that they would not get to their cars today.

Pedro, one of the Service Reps was amazing. He was understanding and tried to help as best as he could.The battery in my Armada died, I had it installed with Nissan Surprise a little more than 2 years ago. I couldn't jump my car because the battery was so gone. So my wife made an appointment so I could bring in the battery. I arrived this morning and my battery was tested, I was informed that the battery was dead.I asked Pedro if I could pay the pro-rated amount. He told me that the vehicle had to brought in, he had checked with the Service Manager and he was unwilling to budge, even though he knew I would have to have my vehicle towed.I spoke directly to the Service Manager, he told me that the battery company had to protect their investment and they had to make sure that nothing else in the vehicle was damaging the battery. I had only had my car serviced approx 2 months prior and they had not indicated anything about something possibly damaging my battery. I told the manager this made no sense, that customer service isn't what it use to be. He then started saying Nissan has always been that way with regards to batteries, then started calling me dude. I told him not to call me dude and address me appropriately. I walk out of his office upset and with no additional resolution.I spoke with Pedro, he informed me that I could buy the battery, install it and then return with my vehicle. They would refund the battery and the pro-rated for the replacement. I went ahead and did that, they checked my vehicle and I paid what I needed to pay.The only reason they want you to bring in your vehicle is to give you a service list to make more money off you. Also, to replace a battery that takes 3 minutes, they charge about $20.00, this was waived because I installed my own battery.I worked out in the end, but I had to spend a couple hours resolving this instead of 30 minutes.Thanks Again to Pedro and the staff working that morning, except for the Service Manager.If those policies are Nissan's, that is why I don't buy New Nissans from the Dealer as I did with the Armada.Pedro and the kind garage staff is the only reason I gave a 3 star instead of a 1 star.November 22, 2019.

Bad service, I made an appointment and they wanted me to leave my car for 5 hours, with only 15k miles I reported the rogue was shaking while idle and they said that is by design. Enployees need customer service training and better support from Nissan. Even the "manager" said I could not get a loaner while they work in my car for 5 hours (oil change), think about getting your car somewhere else

These guys are amazing. When I totaled my front end a while ago I got it repaired at a coulter shop in phoenix and when I got my car back the AC wasnt working correctly. Went in to look into getting a new vehicle on WednesdayWas told to go home and wait while they sent my credit out to be checked saying it would take a few hours.Good or bad still have yet to hear back from anyone ?Not a very positive way to do business

I left a review on there sales department and sales people a few months ago. We had to use there service department recently for a recall on the ECM for the CVT transmission. We absolutely hate CVT. It is the biggest problem Nissan did on the Versa. I am sure there other cars have it. We will never ever buy another Nissan.
