The techs at this location are top notch! Very helpful and honest. The manager Derek runs this location like a well oiled machine. My favorite, is seeing females in the mechanical trade! Keep up the great work!!

I ve never had issues until my most recent visit. I came in for a basic oil change and also asked for them to rotate my tires. Before arriving I marked all 4 of my tires to make sure they were actually rotated and they agreed to do it, but when I picked up my car none of my tires were rotated. The next morning when I left for work, I noticed that there was an oil puddle underneath my car and the oil drain plug was not completely tightened.

They were very thorough and went above and beyond for us. Johnny was knowledgeable and personable. I am sure we will be back for fixing more of the things they found in their 52 point inspection. They were also very fast. Had my car back same day.

Horrible experience. When the tech removed my aftermarket wheels the socket used was to big and they destroyed the powder coat and continued on with working on removing tires from wheels and the tire machine then destroyed the lip on 2 wheels with massive scratches and they continued on with work only to continue further damaging my wheels. They pointed out the damage after the work saying someone really messed up my wheels and it wasn t them. I work in the industry and I m very OCD so 1 week prior to all of this I rotated my own wheels / tires using my correct tools and also ceramic coated the wheels and inspected them. No damage and the tires I should mention are 37 and wheels are 17 . It is physically impossible to destroy the lip of the wheels unless it s strapped on a tire machine. I would strongly avoid this business and look into a mobile service who understand expensive wheels and tire packages. No apology from this company as they sent me on my way after not even mounting a tire. Avoid at all costs. All the customers inside were also very upset and there is no room to wait other than 4 chairs in a room the size of a standard closet. All in all I m out 2 wheels that I have to buy so they cost me money and rendered no service. Imagine how they will work on your vehicle on items you can t see and how many short cuts they will take to do the job. I had to leave a 1 star for this to post. I ve gone for an oil change and I just took my car in yesterday for some repair I needed. Not only are they honest but they are quick with what needs to be done. I have referred to this specific location to my friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks to Miguel and Johnny and the rest of the team.

Great mechanics and honest . I brought in my vehicle. I thought it needed new brake pads , but they told me the brakes still have long life. They also took good care of my other 2 vehicles. If you look for honest mechanical shop , this is the one.

Everyone was very attentive and super friendly. They were great at acknowledging the issues my car has. Suggesting the work that is in need of my attention right away. Loved the services they provide, I will definitely be going back again. I highly recommend going to Mieneke for all your car care needs.

I was treated very nicely at the check in counter and she explainedhow they would do to solve my problems. i was giving a ride home and they picked me up when my El Camino was repaired.I was shown pictures of my problems and how the problems were repaired.I would take my car back and tell others that they would do a greatjop.cdsmith

Jonny is the best of the best, as well as the rest of the crew there. I have had many places previously work on my car, and no one takes as good of care of my car and of me as these guys do! I ve been going here many years now and I will never go anywhere else ever again!

Did not do everything I needed done. The front end still makes noise so I went and crawled under and found the problem. I had the plugs and wires replaced and told them to replace rotor and cap and they didn't. They replaced fluid in trans but didn't replace the filter inside of transmission. The radiator was replaced but I didn't see it leaking I knew it needed a new cap and I had the radiator replaced a couple years ago. When I went under my van I saw fluid underneath my new radiator. I also noticed they took apart when doing the radiator the hose was broken and it wasn't broke before on the air filter. The price was unbelievable. I'm not sure with the rear axle fluid. Not happy .

I recently had a great experience at Meineke Auto Repair on Reems. Jennifer and Johnny were highly professional, and they promptly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my car. My check engine light said there was a problem with my AWD system. They performed a diagnostic check and after some investigation Johnny found a bird feather blocking the air flow sensor at the air filter. I appreciate their transparency and skillful work. I'll definitely continue to use this shop for any of my future automotive needs. Highly recommended!!Tom

Shout out to the team at Meineke in Surprise. I called Jennifer on Monday, and she was able to get me in same day to look at my check engine light. She was professional and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I was sent a digital inspection form to my phone that showed the problem and general condition of my car with photos. The repairs were made same day, and the problem is completely gone. Thanks again to Johnny and Jennifer for the great work, I ll be back for any future repairs.

The team was very friendly and helpful. The prices were better than another company I found in the valley. Service was quick and thorough. I highly recommend Johnny and his team for any vehicle service.

Went there to have an auxiliary battery changed thank goodness I asked for the old one back to get my core charge refunded bc they didn t even change my battery! The new one that I bought and brought to them was still sitting in the hall. Like, what were they doing for 4 hours? And they charged me for labor that wasn t even done. Very disappointing and they have lost my trust.

Brought my Wife s SUV here for rear brake pad replacement. I supplied the pads and rotors. It was a positive experience and will definitely be returning when other work is needed.

I trust my car and rv only to Meineke Surprise. Store Mgr. Johnny always has your best interest! I like the inspection report provided as it is very helpful in maintaining your auto. Johnny is not at all high pressure or pushy but I appreciate his honesty and experience in proposing what is needed for your car s health and safety. I received excellent customer service! I explained the problems. The technician behind the counter came out immediately and identified the problem in my car showed me through a digital setting that he had. We walked back to the office. The shop does great work and they are always fair. I take my vehicles here because I trust them and they always give me options. They never try to pass on additional costs or sell me items that I don t need. Thank you Johnny and your team. I came in for a better tissue and they had me out the door in around 30 minutes

Wow ok. 1st I called and made an appointment in advance. I believe I talked to Jennifer. I wanted some minor exhaust work done she had me go out in the shop. Talk to the master technician that did the exhaust work. He told me they had new people in the shop and he could not get the work done the same day I would have to make another appointment. The lady upfront I believe her name was Jennifer very nice. Emailed me a quote, I thought was high, so I did not have the work done

This shop is an absolute joke! First off the appt I had made was clearly never made. I dropped my car off at 8am Saturday morning and called them at 3:15pm to get an update I was told someone would call me back shortly because they were currently working on it. I called back an hour later and they had closed the shop, the 800 number told me I would just have to wait until they opened again which was Monday. When I called Monday at 7:30am they still didn t have any info but I would get a call back within an hour well when I finally called them back at 2:15pm I was told nothing was wrong with my car and to pick it up. 2 days later my car wouldn t accelerate which was the problem I was having before and I was stuck in the middle of an intersection with on coming traffic. I drove straight to a new mechanic who actually listened to me and agreed my car wasn t right. He said for meineke not to feel what my car was driving no one test drove it. Thank god my children and I weren t hit when my car didn t move because someone didn t want to do their job!

I was told by one person that my interior filter was not bad then told by desk person that it was. Also, there were grease marks on my passenger seat and a greasy thumbprint that were both highly noticeable.

Staff was very friendly and informative for the most part, only issues I had was lack of communication I d be told I d get a call back with update information but no one would call back, I had to keep calling for information. I find Meineke to be a very honest repair shop. They take pictures of your leaks and show them to you. Unlike other shops that tell you about leaks but show no proof of the leaks.

Careful, I've had oil changes here take 30-45 minutes, I have also sat in shop for that long before they even take the car back though. Don't have an expectation of scheduling an oil change being faster for you. Today they took the vehicle more than half an hour after appt and it's been 45 minutes since, giving me time to write this but no vehicle to continue my day.
