INEXPERIENCED TECHS! This particular location needs a bit more education and training for their employees. Not only did they break a lug nut in HALF on my sons wheel, and his key...and damaged his wheel, but they put the other wheels back on and said "sorry, you're gonna have to take it somewhere else to get fixed"...verbatim. Right out of the manager's mouth. Who does that?! And this was after arriving at 9:30am for a 10am appointment, and didnt leave until 3:30pm!!! Didnt even get all of the old wheels off in order to have the new wheels put on! How about take some accountability and fix it yourself. Awful attitude, horrible work ethics, and no consideration or accountability.The truck had to be taken to 3 other shops because the tech from Firestone didn't put the impact all the way on, and twisted the lug nut. All 3 shops knew exactly what Firestone did wrong and could see where the impact was placed. I'm all for young kids getting started in life doing what they love, but train your employees so they don't ruin your customers vehicles, and receive proper training to avoid situations like this, and the many others documented in the online complaints with your location. As for your "manager", when you have someone with an entitled attitude and an unprofessional demeanor, it doesn't look good for anybody at your shop, or the Firestone name.

I love my Firestone crew. I always know that they will take care of me right. I had to take my Xterra into a Nissan dealer for recall work. They were recommending about $2500 worth of work besides the recall work. I said no and went to my Firestone store. They couldn't see any problems with some of the things the Nissan dealer said I needed. I had the things Firestone recommended and only paid a little over $500. Thanks guys.

BEWARE!!!We were just charged $149.38 (to include a $10 coupon) for a full synthetic oil change on a 2023 Chevy Silverado. We were told the corporate office sets up pricing? We called the two Chevrolet dealerships just now and they quoted us $93 for synthetic oil. Total rip off. Usually, the dealer is higher. That is not the case anymore! Our mistake for not getting a quote in advance. We used Firestone for years, but they won't be getting a penny of our business anymore.

Guy who greeted me was nice and welcoming and the job was done relatively quick. Only complaint was paying for a balance and rotate they didn't pressure check my tires so my light went off telling me all my tires were different pressure. Easy fix for me but still would be nice to not have to adjust my own pressure.

The manager on duty was extreme helpful and professional, the auto technicians went through extra efforts to insure the proper headlight bulb on my 2016 Dodge Challengerwas accurate, this may seem small, but I foundthe bulb is High Definition. Important.

I just needed air in my rear passenger tire, the service was excellent, Dave helped me out with that. He s polite, kind and has a great sense of humor!

Took car in due to leaking vacuum line.. ... Brace yourself... Did not repair vacuum leak, did replace 1 injector harness that was damaged, replaced a wheel bearing????? And installed 2 new tires..... Here comes the fun!! Wait forrrr it!!!Stop light switch down on brake pedal.was slightly broken.. I had it rigged up to work properly and safely.. new switch was purchased asked Firestone if they would replace the switch...They agreed.. alls good.. $2000 and 2 days later.. Var is done, we pick it up... Not even 3 hours later car took a turn for the worse.. Had to have the vehicle towed back home which was only 1.5 miles away.. I checked it over next day.. brake.switch they replaced was melted... abs and brake light was on and wheels didn't want to budge . I ended having tonreplace.master cylinder... well 4 melted brake switches down the road and we take it back to Firestone.. Since it was them who created this problem.. They ended up not even looking at it.. didnt.pull it in a bay.. went tompick var back up..battery was dead in their parkimg lot car mot.fixed they wouldnt work on it. Theor respomsibility and.they brushes it aside.. The car is a 43 yr old woman's car.. left her stranded dropped the ball they took mo responsibility gave var back im worse.condition it was when dropped off. incompetent shop manager/owner.. Terrible service, bad business. Very disgusted with this location.. They.are terrible!!!! Dont.take your. There!!! It won't be safe to drive after and you'll have to pay a different shop to fix what they damaged!!!

Horrible brought my brand new wheels and tires into get mounted and balanced. Took it back in once to have them replace the rubber tpms valve stem that didn't match the other wheels. when I took it back in they didn't have any more matching ones so they were gonna have to order it. Didn't want to wait another 2 hours so had them pull the one out of my spare that wasn't gonna be used. Get it home looking for the spare tpms no where to be found. then it developed a nice shake. Come to find out they're only weights on one tire. even though I paid for 6 to get done. After all this I noticed that one valve stem is longer on rear wheels than other. They rounded the screws off for the front hub caps and there's some tool markings on the lip of the wheels.

They are always kind but at my last oil change they must have used an impact wrench and way over tighted my oil drain plug. We could not get it off with normal tools at home despite having all the usual tools needed and then took it to Valvoline who were able to get it off.

Very expensive however the gentleman at the front were helpful. It took a long time for my alive. It because person was working on it while the other two were sitting next to the window talking to each other.

Ive had tires replaced twice now at 2 different firestone locations. Both times they scratched, gouged, and damaged wheels. I brought a pair in to the litchfield location at 230pm, came back at 655pm and they werent done. I looked inside and saw two techs hanging off pry bars getting the tire on. They were stock Ford Focus wheels with exact stock replacement tires, nothing challenging at all. I got home and noticed extensive new damage to the wheels. Take your business elsewhere, they clearly don't care.

Not sure what to say I give almost $1400 for tires and they did not even put value stem caps on tires I want it white letter out they put white letter in I had to wait all that time cuz they couldn't understand white letter out the big guy in there is got some type of attitude problem or he must hate his life but not cool to bring that to work

Lies and deceit. Never take insurance and do not believe that your wheels will be replaced. I think that this is a hoax, the wheels are changed under warranty for free, and not for lies in advertising. Last time on Firestone. Zero service, advertising, fraud. Better and more honest Discount tire...

I had a blown out tire this morning and my wife had a doctor appointment in a few hours. I called Firestone and Burt was able to help me out with fitting me in as a walk in early on in the day, letting me know they would try to have 4 tires and alignment done by 1 pm. From start to finish, it took less than 3 hours and the team at Firestone was able to get my car done before noon. Thank you for the great service and helping with my emergency!

Took my car to Wilhelm for a check engine light that I had been working on. The answer I got from them seemed not quite right, so I decided to take it to Firestone for a second opinion. Right off the bad, they stated they were going to perform a smoke test (a great diagnostic for finding vacuum leak). Not only did they find the issue but proved to me that Wilhelm was wrong. Unfortunately for me the repair was $1600 because of the component that failed, but they had it fixed that day and even took time to explain everything to me and show me the broken part.The staff there are friendly and personable. Makes me feel like I am taking my vehicles to a friend.

The Tale of the 2 Auto Repair PlacesISSUE-I have a pedal module the needs to be installed on my 4Runner. It's a simple plug in under the dash. I tried to do it myself, but the cable is in a small, hard to get place and I'm 6 foot 3.1. Sun Devil Auto (Surprise)- I go in here on Saturday and the guy blows me off. "We don't do after market jobs." Fine.2. Firestone Auto-I go in here on Sunday and they do it in 5 minutes and didn't bill me anything. I tipped the kid (Devin) anyway.Lesson-Good customer service pays off. I will never go to Sun Devil again. Firestone Auto will be getting by business going forward.

Disappointed in the non customer service by Mike. Old guy took the time to check me out but never acknowledge me. Help someone who was seated and acted like I was not there. Finally he asked if I was there for air. And I was. However I wanted to ask about all terrains or winter tires. Lost my business.Please just acknowledge a Customer and let them know you wl be with them in a few.As for Ricardo, he filled my tires and was very pleasant, maybe he should be at the front desk...

No confidence in this location. I know I walked-in twice to see if I could get an oil change and was basically brushed off. One guy even suggested to go down the street instead. Despite this I made a tentative appointment to wait around today to see if they could get my car in around 2pm. I called around 12pm to confirm if they would still have the time or if they were completely booked. Again I was kind of brushed off and was told if that s what he told you . He never asked my name or phone number or anything. I ve been a loyal customer for decades to FS and this is the first one that has me going elsewhere. Definitely need to brush up on their customer relations here.

Was in town for family funeral and had two tires that were balled. Manager Michael was helpful in getting me the right tires for my limited income. Excellent service and people. I can not thank them enough.

If you value your vehicle DO NOT ever come here went in to get my a/c fixed. They recommended I get a coolant flush. After receiving my car it blew up the next day. The refilled the coolant with the wrong coolant and now my vehicle has contaminants leaking into the coolant due to a blown head gasket. Nothing like a 200 fix turning into a 4000 fix. I wish I never made the mistake of coming to this handyman shop.

This is the best Firestone! Remo, Bert, Dave and all the guys have always been professional, have good attitudes and have never tried to upsell me on things I didn't need. I would highly recommend this Firestone to everyone.

Spur of the moment I took my super duty in to see if they could lube the hitch on the back of my truck for towing. He did it on the spot and took the time to do a good job and had attention to detail. Seems like customer service and attention to detail is hard to find these days so I appreciated that (without an appointment) they were able to help me with an unusual request on the spot!

I have had nothing but great experiences at this Firestone. Last year I brought my vehicle in for an oil change because I thought it needed one every 3,000 miles. The people at Firestone informed me that my vehicle only needed an oil change every 7,000-10,000 miles, saving me a bunch of money. They also told me my tires were in bad shape and even showed me how they check the treads so I could see for myself just how much they needed to be changed. And then today, when my wife was driving my kids home from school, the dash showed the tire pressure very low in one tire. She drove it to a Firestone in Phoenix that just filled it back up and said it "should" get her home. She'd have to wait several hours to have it looked at any further. When she got close to home she drove it to this Firestone where they apologized for the service at the other Firestone and repaired the puncture within 20 minutes! They even let the kids pick a show to watch on their tv. Thank you for going above and beyond and keeping my family safe!!Service: Tires

My husband had an appointment for 4:30 today at 4/20/23. When we went into the building they had no record of us making an appointment. They said they couldn't help us. Our appointment was confirmed but they didn't send a confirmation email or anything.

These guys are great. Very friendly and professional. We always buy Bridgestone tires from them and I came in with a nail in the rear left. They worked the nail out that thankfully was in there tire sideways and didn't puncture. They could've charged for a new tire but were honest. Thank You!

I would like to shout out how happy I am with this location. I went in hoping it was something small and cheap. What do I know about cars, it was the heater core and I got wonderful service and care from this group of technicians. They took care of it and even after i picked up the car they still checked up to see how I was doing!! That is awesome in my book!! Thanks Firestone for having such a great team!! I will definitely trust them with my business again!
