Sunday morning 12/3 I take my 3 month old car Chevy equinox with 3000 miles on the car to Firestone, Ken sets me appointment to come back later that afternoon, I had a small leak in my back driver side tire. Ken tells me it s repairable and it will cost about $40.00 okay cool, they FIX my tire! I drive home about 5 miles from Firestone 1 hour after FIXING the tire I go out to my car to take my daughter to church, and my PSI is at 8 when the PSI should be at 35. I call Firestone Jacob answers the phone at 5:13pm yes 13 minutes after they closed. I explained to him what is happening telling him I need this fixed asap. Places me on hold and come back and says bring it back in tomorrow. I m like and in the meantime?? He says sorry. I filled it up with air and hoped it would be okay. Looked up tire places and only Sams club was open drove it there asked if they could help? They looked at my tire and said WTH happened? I explained my whole story and they said ma am we will put more air but I would not want to touch this because whom did this patch job, did an illegal patching job! I was like okay,The next morning i was at zero PSI. I call Ken and tell him I don t know how to put a spare on and have no help. He said take your time and we will see you when you get here by this time I m in full blown panic mode. Get the tire air up and drive to discount tires I m waiting for them to open and by the time they did the air was back down to ZERO!!! The gentlemen comes out and says oh wow what kind of patch job was this?? Explained to him everything he said let me look and see what we can do, I told him I have to go to work I can t miss, I m a single mom need to work. I get to work, and within 20 mins they call and say Miss Gazon you need an NEW tire, and we will go to phx to get and fix it today!!! I asked how much is this going to cost me $304.00 really!??? Please fix it. They fixed and had my car ready for me by the time I got out of work. I called and explained to Ken what the issue was he refunded the $40.00 but now I m out $300 for a new tire that I shouldn t have paid for. He told me well I offered you an OIL CHANGE for the inconvenience. Explain to me why anyone in the right mind would want to take their brand new car back to a place that just cost them 300 extra dollars because they made a mistake??? So I made a report to corporate can then called me And told me he did a favor by answering the phone. 13 minutes after 5 o clock. He also did me a favor by offering me an $89 oil change For free instead of compensating the $300 that I m out because of their mistake because if it was fixed correctly the first time I would ve never had to pay the $300 I would ve had to pay the $40.00 and that it. I would like my $300 compensated Because I wouldn t have had to waste that money on a tire if it Done correctly the first time!!!!Never will I EVER TAKE MY Vehicle to another Firestone!!! After Reading the review I should have known better!

My family was in auto body and mechanical repair for nearly 50 years back East. I m very particular about where I service my vehicles, and I was really pleased that I chose this Firestone. Kenneth was a pleasure to work with - professional, fun to talk with, and clearly a subject matter expert. I feel confident that we made good decisions on both vehicles we had serviced and we ll be back to take his recommendations soon.

Made a appointment to get a headlight bulb replaced. It was estimated that it would take 30 mins. It took 2.5 hours of me waiting for them to tell me that there was something wrong and they wanted to keep it longer so I went back to work. Then five minutes after I left I received a phone call that it was fixed. I went back to pick the car up after work and had them test it. The light was still out. A full day to replace single headlight and then it still didn t work. I came back the next week to have them fix it and it took about 4 hours. This time they were able to get the headlight on but then the high beam still didn t work. So they wanted me to schedule another appointment for the following week. It s now been one week and now the headlight is completely out again. The had my car for 12hrs to change a bulb. Took it to another shop and found out that they had broke the bulb when they tried to install it.

Unbelievable customer service. My husband and I were traveling from Michigan and had to buy a car in Phoenix to drive back. We wanted a quick overview of the car to ensure it was safe to drive and had only a few hours to have it checked. The guys immediately jumped on it, knowing the urgency, and were incredibly accommodating and informative. The rates charged were more than reasonable and everything was done with a smile and courteous exchange. We absolutely could not be happier with this Firestone Service Center and will be sure to tell all of our relatives in the Phoenix area. It if far better service and customer care than we have received at a different Big-Three-Tire-Company-Service-Center. Thank you for keeping us safe!

I came in with a flat tire with no appointment around 5 pm on a rainy Tuesday evening. I wish it could have been repaired but it was sliced on the sidewall. The guys were really helpful getting me a new tire and all fixed up within 1 hour and back out on the road. Thank you so much!!!!

I've been a customer for years, I've seen a few different shop managers come and go. The current "manager" is a little man with a napoleon complex, named KENNY DOER (or something like that), he has to be the WORST manager since Firestone existed. I spent over $1,000 on 4/6/24 for timing belt/water pump replacement. Finally after 5 hours, I was driving off the lot and my power steering was making a noticeable "moaning" sound. Lil' Kenny told me "come back in a couple days" if the sound persisted. I went back on Sunday, 4/7/24, at which time he became an argumentative, scared, little boy and told me to leave the store. I, of course, did not. He then called local PD, who arrived and spoke to both of us. PD said it was a civil matter, no crime had occurred, and I was trespassed from that specific Firestone. KENNY a.k.a. Lil' K likes to intimidate women customers; he argues with customers; he is socially ignorant and he lies about services rendered. Lastly, it is visually obvious that he doesn't bathe himself. I recommend that anybody using this Firestone (Reems/Grand) in Surprise, AZ avoid dealing with Lil' Kenny, because you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. By the way, my power steering continues to make that noticeable whirring sound. Good thing that smelly Kenneth has ZERO power to void my warranty. LOL.

Don't even bother with an appointment! And "Brant" the "manager" is rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and somehow finds it appropriate to get loud with the customer. Grow up, "Brant" and find another job. You're not "manager" material.Made a 9am appointment for tires to be installed. Arrived 15 min early only to be told that 4 other people have appointments at the same time so "it'll get done when the others get done". It is now 4:15pm and the tires STILL ARENT ON....and wont be done until tomorrow...apparently. Absolutely absurd and ridiculous. You're a tire shop...you had one job - install wheels and tires, that were already balanced by the other firestone that was incompetent to do the job last week as well. This is why people stick to Discount Tire I guess. Live and learn.

I had significant issues with another place. I went to for a flat repair and I went to that place three different times for the same issue. The staff member Ken at Firestone off of Reems Road in Surprise, Arizona was absolutely amazing. He made me feel as though my issues were valid, and my car was ready within 2 1/2 hours of being brought in as a walk-in. Will definitely come again.

They always go out of their way to help us. When I call they always fit me in. They try and give me discounts and they always let me know the current promotion. They are friendly and always make me feel safe. I love my Firestone

Kenneth is the MAN!! Came in to the store and was greeted welcoming, he took care of everything I needed right away with checking out my wheel in the trunk to make sure it was a solid match with what they had in store and before you knew it I had my tire and was leaving with a great relief I was taken care of!

This location use to be the best firestone customer service I've been too since to IVE MOVED TO AZ -and NOW ' JUST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE" BROUGHT IN MY CAR TO CHANGE A FLAT NEXT DAY GOT ANOTHER FLAT - called firestone spoke to john he had a negative response to me and my boyfriend when asked about why didn't he tell all my tires needed to get replaced - he just got very defensive and rude and said talk to my manager - well ken (the manager) also very unprofessional and unhelpful - after being a customer for over 10 years i will no longer go to firestone !!!!

Everytime I spoke with them and purchased a service, it has always been at a great price, great speed, greasy customer service, and I left with confidence that my car was properly cared for. But the thing that impressed me the most, was my dire situation this morning. I had several instances that needed to be attended to today, and although I could have waited, he managed to squeeze me in and take care of me. My car had a nasty nail that was leaking so much air, and he gave me the relief that I needed so that I could start my new job the next two days. The warranty lasted despite it being purchased two years ago. The tires I purchased from them didn't need to be replaced throughout this time especially since I did multiple long distance drives. So when you want quality care for the important needs of your car and your life, somehow they compensate with professionalism and courtesy and still manage to continue their business. Thank you, Brandt, for doing me this solid.

Ken and his team are awesome! If I had any issues with both of my vehicles he addressed them to me, even during the original work if they found other issues with anything he brought it to my attention without any pressure to do them now.. always gives me options whats best without hurting my pocket. I will continue to bring my vehicles to ken and the team. Thank you guys for your expertise and understanding..

What awesome customer service!!! Had a blow out on the side of the road and I happen to be by a Firestone. I didn t have the funds to get a new tire and I left my jack at home so I couldn t swap out to the spare. Luckily Firestone told me come on by and they would take care of me. They got my spare tire put on for me and got me back on the road free of charge. Can t thank Kenneth and his team enough for their act of kindness. Highly recommended! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!Service: Tires

Started dealing with this place 9mos ago. I'm done!! Never going back! I've had to buy 4 new tires to replace one tire over and over. Had to buy an air pump to use randomly in the mornings!

I ve spent about 3k here fixing my car and was told that seat covers were used to prevent grease stains from getting in the car. Not really the case. Kind of bummed because the service is always good, but you d think they would take better care of the interior.

The manager @ Firestone tried telling me that the 2 year old tires that were cracked down to the metal not defective. I showed him the documentation with my warrentt info. He decided to argue with me. I'll never go back to Firestone again. Discount Tire I'm my opinion is possibly the best company in the world.

Ken and the other employees here are honest, kind, and overall amazing!! I was ripped off by a terrible shop in ann emergency situation and came here with very few options. These guys went above and beyond in every way possible. They were accommodating for my schedule and changes, budget, and car problems. 100% recommend!

Unfortunately, businesses don't do the right thing anymore and choose money over morals. We took our vehicle in to Firestone on Reems for a wiper malfunction (intermittent not working) which we figured was a rain sensor problem. After they ran a diagnostic, they then told us, after charging us almost $300, that they don't do wiper repairs and it would have to go to the dealership. I overheard the manager educating the staff that they can't do wiper repairs and they shouldn't take those customers, but he didn't have any problem keeping my money knowing they couldn't do anything about the problem and it would have to go to the dealer. If they had come into one of my businesses, and I determined I couldn't help them, I would have refunded their money, but maybe I am one of the only honest business owners left. Very nice staff but unfortunately motivated by money over morality.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

Does not care if you have an appointment. You won t get in until they service the expensive jobs they have booked or taken as drop ins that day. Your piddley oil leak inspection doesn t pay enough to get you any respect. They did that to me two days in a row. Then when I asked for my key back because the disrespect got to me the man John at the front desk added rudeness with a crack made as I left. How do they expect to remain in business with that kind of customer service???? Don t go here if your time is important to you, or you like respectful customer service.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
