These guys are the best. Honestly one of the best service experiences I've ever had. The pricing is fair and so much better than the dealerships. They take care of their employees and their customers. Not only did they meet my expectations but they succeeded them at every touch point. This a a first class operation, that truly cares, and has built a great reputation by delivering the best to you at an affordable price. I'll never go back to a Lexus or Toyota dealer again.You guys rock.Thank you

I contacted Exclusive Imports, and I dealt with Kelly, Karen and Mike and Gilbert(and you also can t forget about Marley the friendly pup) . They were kind people who are very honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I recently moved in from out of state, so I was doing research on mechanics when I received a recommendation to this establishment. I am so grateful for the work that they have done and the help that they have provided me with. I had an issue with my oil drain plug and they could have made a lot of money on me but they did the right thing by me and worked to get my drain plug out. Other mechanics have encouraged me to get whole new oil pan. Which would have costed me a lot more money. I m so grateful for their honest opinion and above and beyond customer service. If you re looking for a reliable, fast, honest mechanic look no further.. Exclusive Imports is where I will go and recommend everyone too!

Traveling out of the country I ask them to do a safety inspection for my trip and wheel alignment, to look everything g over. Yet, I get stranded just before the border to Canada. I noticed I was having trouble starting it after the first day. I didn t think anything of it because I had them perform a safety, check and road test, it included load testing the battery. They knew I was going across country. See invoice.See picture for what we found under the hood. It explains everything.Luckily, for me, I am still in the United States to call AAA, who doesn t replace batteries in this remote town, only jumps starts. Repaired a timing belt seal on our Toyota Corolla. Dropped it off before leaving for out of town. Offered better pricing than the dealer. 5 months later now, no issues.

This garage did an assessment of my wife s Toyota mini van. Said it needed lower control arms and motor mounts. To take the control arms off you 100% have to remove the motor mounts. Quoted $1,700 for motor mounts and $1,200 for lower control arms. Would have been over a $3,000 repair after taxes. I work on my BMW s at home and decided I could give this repair a try myself.Took the motor mounts out. There was nothing wrong with them. I mean NOTHING!! Replaced the lower control arms because I saw the bushing were worn.Many people give this place 5 stars. Maybe because they don t know any better. They almost got $3k off my wife on the $300 in parts it cost me. I did the repair over two days, on the ground, getting up to find a needed tool or moving the engine up and down at least a100 times. But them with their nice air tools and car lift want to charge my wife $1,700 on motor mounts they have to remove regardless whether the mounts are good or bad? Their less than 4 hours of work was going to charge my wife $3,000?Explain that?Also $90 quote on $25 worth of air filters. Many places will not charge for air filter replacement labor. Takes 10 minutes and it s that long if you don t know how to drop the glove box to get to the cabin filter. Nice way to treat a family with Arizona Veteran license plates.Total quote for everything was almost $4,000. As there were other services quoted. But the $3,000 is my complaint. I m shocked to see an auto shop do this to a working family in Surprise.I still have the motor mounts I took out of the van and their quote which the woman at the desk,Kelly, just seemingly refused to give my wife item pricing for.Service: General repairs & maintenance

2000 Toyota 4RNR owner. Very selective about where I take my rig for service when I can't do it myself. This event required off site machine shop work and Mike and Kelly did an outstanding job getting my rig up and running like it came off the factory floor. Mike knows Toyota and is a great wrench. Kelly really runs the place and she kept me informed on what was going on with my rig. This is the place to go for excellent Toyota service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

A friend of mine who is an insurance adjustor highly recommended Exclusively Imports and takes his own cars there as well. We have used them several times and have been pleased with the results. The owners are friendly and the prices are better than what we were paying elsewhere.

On April 4th we took our 2018 Toyota Hylander in due to a bearing noise near water pump. Mike and Kelly and the team got right on it and it turned out to be water pump bearing. They changed the water pump and put on a new belt and fluids. Their mechanics did excellent work and they are great people to work with. I will bring my Hylander here for any repairs in the future. I highly recommend Exclusive Imports and Mike and Kelly and the team.

ExToyota mechanic and wife started this shop by themselves almost 20 years ago. VERY knowledgeable, VERY honest, VERY fair. She still answers the phone, but he manages 7 or 8 more mechanics. You absolutely CANNOT find a better business to trust with any vehicle. Mike and Kelly are the BEST.

Mike and Kelly are wonderful to deal with. They are honest and informed. Mike is extremely knowledgeable about cars and mechanical issues. He keeps up with the latest technology in the automotive world and his specialty; foreign cars and specifically Toyota and Lexus. So happy we found them both. Would not dream of taking our car any where else!

Give this family owned auto repair shop your business! First time going to Exclusively Imports because our usual place told us it would be $100 just to look at our car & even then they might not be able to do anything.Happy they are familiar and work on Japanese cars. Our 2010 Mazda 3 driver door was stuck locked, unable to open. Brought it in at about 11am, they had it finished same day at 5pm. Reasonably priced too!!Will definitely be coming back here for any work we need done.

Was nervous at first with a 5k repair bill.Just so many dishonest mechanics and low quality work .But not at Exclusively Imports. They did a very good job! Definitely will be back

My check engine light came on. I got the car to the shop. Kelly and Mike took care of me and my vehicle. Even offered me a ride while waiting, knowing I had to get back to work. I m glad I found exclusively imports the yquickly fixed up my only vehicle and got me back on the road!
