Amazing customer service! Would not go anywhere else. Seriously had the BEST experience today. They really take care of their customers. I have always loved discount tire. I m in the military and have been to several locations and have always had a great experience. This will be my new spot while here in AZ! Thank you thank you Discount Tire Surprise!! You guys are the best!

Ladies, listen up if you want the very best tire experience you could have head to this Discount tire and ask for Mel. She is not only knowledgeable and amazing but this was my first time purchasing four tires that I wasn t made to feel like I didn t know what I was talking about or needed that type of customer service is beyond priceless!!! Thank you Mel for making this experience not only one I m going to shout from the rooftops, but will forever remember because your kindness outweighs it all!

Justin, the assistant manager, took great care of us. This place is always busy, but they handle it very well and are professional. Justin made our experience simple and fast. When we came back to get our vehicle, our expectations were exceeded when our pickup was prioritized. I have been going to this discount tire shop for 11 years. Great group of people.

I received great assistance at this location today. Thank you.I arrived at 7:45am and there was a long line (I was 15th in line( of customers. Right at open time - 8am - many reps were ready to help people. I waited less than 5 minutes for assistance. My rep was helpful and listened to my issue. He quickly inspected my tire and gave me an estimated wait time.The turn around with quick - waited less than the estimate. The rep explained to me the issue with my tire and repair. My car was ready to go.No issues with this visit. Everyone was fast and friendly. Thank you for your assistance.

No one likes to hear the words, you need four new tires. (At least I don't think they do.) But it sure does make you feel good to be able to have confidence that the people saying that to you care more about you "the person" than they do about "the sale". This was recently my experience here. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable, professional and caring. He was very kind and helpful by finding the best deal on tires that would meet my needs for safety and financially. The shop was very busy the entire time I was there and I noticed the same respectful consideration was given to everyone who came in the door and stood in line. They were greeted with smiles and talked to with respect by knowledgeable, caring people. This has regularly been my experience here as I have had other work done before and often stop in to have my tire pressure checked. I truly appreciate the great service here and highly recommend this location!

If you care about your wheels, don't take them here. It's a quick and dirty tire chain and they operate on volume.Staff was friendly and they always answer their phone promptly so that gets a 5/5 ratingTheir website is not 100% accurate so call beforehand to ensure the wheel you buy online is actually in stock. I purchased online because it showed 1 tire in stock and then scheduled an appointment. When I dropped the wheel off they said it would be an hour or so. The online service tracking tool said the work was completed so I arrived shortly before closing only to be informed that the tire is not in stock and the website was wrong, and it's a special order size and won't be here until the next day. Website inventory and in store communication is a 2/5 ratingThey will scratch the inside of your wheel barrel while removing sticky weights, I'm sure they have some pry tool or flathead and they just go to town on the old ones with no regard for the finish. You have to basically convince them to use black sticky weights even when its requested on the work order. I got the tire with silver weights. Tire tech gets a 1/5 ratingI got lazy and chose this local tire chain, it's my fault for not wanting to drive to the dealer to get it done right.Pictures of the scratches are attached, it's a 12k mile car and this was the first tire replacement because of sidewall damage. Definitely a "discount" kind of job.

We presented to Discount Tires at 11:30 AM to get our tires checked and filled with air. There was a problem with access to the two dually rear tires which they said they could address but it would be a 1 1/2 hour wait. We are still waiting .I never plan to return here again.

Scheduled an appointment but ended up not needing one. As soon as I walked in, I was met by the advisor. Within a half hour, I had my tires rotated, and a new tire was placed on a wheel I had purchased on-line. I actually enjoyed my short visit.

Been a discount tire customer for years. Have always had great service here. I ve even had nail repair done for free even with tires I didn t buy there. And that s one reason why I stick with discount tire now. Almost always the best prices as well. I think at this point every car I own is rolling on discount tire tires.Anyway. This location is no exception. Great service. Friendly. On time. Conveniently located. And payment options.Most recently I had tires installed on my Mercedes. I was waiting for almost two years for this one tire I wanted to come off back order and it never did. And probably never will. (Pirelli is dead to me). The clerk there, Xander, steered me to an alternate that I was hesitant on. But I couldn t wait any longer and went for his recommendation. I m glad I did! These new tires are a dream. It s like floating on a magic cloud.

I honestly don t know s*** about cars and I was trying to figure out how to buy and book online and I was getting super confused so I just called. Mel helped me out SO much and got me some fantastic tires with a great deal so I could stay in my budget but get something that would actually last on my car. And she got it done same day for me! Thank you so much Mel! Highly recommend this location. Customer service was A++*

Got a tire from here 2 months ago guy price matched no problem. Wife hit pot hole and popped the other side tire go back and a different guy did not want to price match my previous purchase. Wanted me to pay 50-60 dollars more. Even after showing him multiple other sites same tire $100 less than what discount selling their. My tire was special order no one had it local. Funny thing is I left order it from online website. And it came from discount tire direct. Will never go back here. If I was you check your tires prices online probably can save hundreds.

Great store. We had a blowout on our travel trailer. I called during a stayover in Quartzite and picked tires, and made a reservation. They were super busy, when I got there but inspected the tires and gave me honest options. They had me back on the road in less than an hour.

Wholesome and wholeheartedly a 1 star review for the incompetent and uncommunicative staff at this location. Purchased (ordered) 4 tires with installation, online with a note of available 1-5 days at your store . Received a phone call from an employee stating the tires will be in a week. No phone calls or emails since. I called numerous times asking for an update and every time was told it will be ordered next week . Called again today and the employee put me on hold and literally left for lunch. Another employee picked up the phone and stated the previous employee went to lunch. This employee finally advised the tires were on back ordered with no known date of order or delivery. I cancelled the order and purchased the tires from another retailer.

Wait in lobby went by real fast, and the staff was attentive and very knowledgeable... solved my problem right away and offered good ideas. I did not need new tires after all, and they did not try to sell me any. I generally go to DT for tire needs, and this branch really impressed me. Good business.

I should have asked for the gentleman's name I messed up there. But I got hit by a car working at jiffylube I tried to get my meds before I came to my appointment but that didn't work out in my favor however once my vehicle was done I was in a lot of pain and in a rush. I explained this to the kind sir up front and he had no questions handed me my stuff and sent me on my way. It's often times hard just to be heard because everyone is in a rush so it was very nice that he was doing what he could to make me comfortable!

Came to this location to get air since it s the closest to me. The line for air is absolutely horrible and unsafe. The manager, owner or whoever needs to make the line to put air in your tires in a different area. It s a busy area and had to wait a 10min to get ahead just for someone to cut in front of me!!! Super annoyed I just turned around and left. Please fix this!

Over the weekend I had to get a tire repaired so I went to Discount Tire in Surprise, ArizonaZach one of the managers was very helpful and understood exactly what was going on with my tire. He explained everything in detail so I also understood what was going on with my tire. I was given a 2 hour wait time on. Saturday morning and to my pleasant surprise i was out of there and back in the road in an hour and a half. Not to shabby...Thank you Zach and Discount Tires in Surprise Arizona !

These guys have serviced my vehicle time and time again, gotta say I am extremely satisfied with their care. Just had my tire repaired by them as I had a large nail that got stuck in it. The workers are always friendly and are quick to get you what you need. I will be back again the next time something happens with my tires!

These guys are awesome! If it's summer or just plain hot, bring them big bottles of water and/or Gatorade they work hard, have reasonable prices, and they deserve some relief, too. It's one of those rare places that's still customer oriented. This is my store on Bell Road.

Super BUSY location. Service is awesome here and everyone is very friendly. I ve been coming here for about 13 years and never had an issue. The staff is for the most part, very knowledgeable. The only reason I didn t give them 5 stars is because there is almost always a wait here. But I guess that comes with the territory when you re in a good location and your service is exceptional.

Ok where to start. This is the second time they have unfortunately, damaged my rims on my car. And I will not being doing business with Discount Tire anymore. Started off when the damaged 3 of my rims taking the the center caps off, with a hubcap remover, which you can't use. Waited a month for my new replacement rims to come in (which isn't there fault) but still. Only to find out they damaged 2 my new rims installing them. Like are you serious? Beyond fed up, and really don't want them touching my car anymore. This is the second time driving away with not being told about it, only to find out this happens later on the next day. 1st 3 pictures are from original rims. Last 2 from new ones... I know its not a lot but it the principle of customer service

I love this place been going to get my tires from this Organization since 2010.... got 4 tires for my Mercedes and was very happy with my purchase, Great service, Great Staff, I would recommend this place to all my family and friends, and not to mention they do Military discounts which is a plus, you have to ask for that. So to all my men and women Veterans I will not steer you wrong try this place.....HooraySemper Fi

If you've overbeen to discount tire, you know that this place is always reasonable with pricing and easy to negotiate. They will also fix flat tires for free, even if you don't buy the tire there.
