Dear NW Valley Residents,In my profession, timeliness is paramount. As a self-employed individual, my business vehicle isn't just transportation it's essential for meeting appointments all over Arizona. Recently when it came to replacing my tires, I nearly went with my routine of visiting a big box store where I hold a membership. However, their tire selection didn't meet my specific requirements. Alongside the limited choices available, they stocked only one overpriced model/brand of tire, making price comparisons challenging.Here's what I did differently: I called Discount Tire. They not only price-matched but also provided exceptional service. Even on a busy weekday with a line of customers being served by other in store consultants, Store Assistant Manager Sebastian D. ensured my pricing was accurate and that I left satisfied. The install techs are even viewable from the customer waiting area, and I was impressed that for the final 30 seconds of checking my 4 new tires, they even used hand torque wrenches for installation, making sure I could handle any emergency tire changes.Thank you, Discount Tire, for the excellent service and for being an Arizona-based company. You've won me over with your proper installs and keeping your Company Headquarters within our state's borders. When it's time for new tires, make the same choice I did call Discount Tire.

This place is the biggest joke of a tire shop. The workers don't care about your rims and tires. I went in for a single tire replacement, and now one of my rims is completely messed up, and they broke a stud on my wheel assembly. The worker who worked on my car didn't care about the quality of his work because he was too worried about looking at an engine in a Porsche. Also Angel is a joke of a manager and tried lieing to me and when I called him out about the mistakes he wasn't a big fan of that.

Great Service! I have become a fan of Discount Tire based on price and tremendous service. I made a reservation to get my tires rotated and balanced .showed up early and they got me in and out within 45 minutes no charge because I bought my tires from them. I checked with the dealership and they would of charged me at least $130.00 for the same service.

Install 4 new tires in such a hap hazard way. One tire had leaking valve stem that flattened out while eating dinner and of course they closed 20 minutes ago. Plus no valve covers on any tires! Left us stranded having to change out tire. Plus tomorrow had to be at work at 630a so can't take it in. I cannot believe that they just slapped on the tires so poorly that they had to leave valve stand and didn't even put any valve caps on the tires. They also typically clean the tire off of any marks before leaving the store but the tires are completely dirty as well. This shows the poor workmanship and the fact that they just rushed through it. Tires are a life and death maintenance issue. My wife could have been stranded on the freeway this evening. Fortunately someone walking by heard the hissing and notified us. I've been a customer for 25 years and I'm so dismayed at the situation.Update: next day because I started work so early I couldn't bring it in so I put my spare tire on the front. Finish my work up and when I came out 8 hours later, the right rear tire was flat. I cannot imagine what they did to mess up the installUpdatethe manager from Surprise called me and apologized. Fortunately I was close to a Discount Tire in Glendale and 83rd who immediately remounted all the tires and check the stems and everything seems to be fine. The manager from Surprise apologized and offered me reasonable conversation for my time.Upgraded a one-star rating to four star.

I came in with a flat yesterday, they needed to replace the tire and order one because it wasn't in stock. I set an appointment for the next day and came in. I sat until 1 hour after my appointment time just to tell me they ordered the wrong tire, and I wasn't going to get my tire today.I am asking g fir a refund of the road hazard warranty I just bought, and I am taking my business elsewhere. I have been a loyal discount tire customer for over 20 years, never again!!!*Update* They covered the expense for my time wasted, but I was still not given any answers, other than their suppliers screw up all the time. I asked for their number to reach out, but was given the run around...

Didn t know I had a nail on right front tire, they fixed the tire and didn t charge me! They were friendly professional and fast. Excellent work Thank you. Will buy my tires here next time.

Selected and Purchased online, walked in and out in 65 min!!I don't know how Discount Tire does it, but they have the best customer service ever. The crews work hard and are always so friendly.

Wow. I brought my vehicle in this morning at 11:15 am they had to order my tires so told me it would take a few hours. When I came in at 5:45 to pick up my vehicle they rung me out, gave me my keys however, when I get to my vehicle no tires were even replaced. They literally were going to let me drive off with the same old tires. That s concerning. Do not trust this place. $700 and $59 of Uber fees. Thankfully I noticed the tires weren t changed before I left the store they probably wouldn t have believed me when I came back. I almost didn t believe it when I saw no tires were even put on after I paid and got my keys back. What a mess. I have a road trip next week too. They are not trustworthy. This was a very careless and reckless service today.

Awesome place, and everyone there is very informative and very helpful. I used to go to another tire shop but with the way they treated and worked with me, I am now a loyal Discount Tire customer for life!! I'm sure they are all the same but i went to 16131 West Bell Rd in Surprise. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

I've been here several times and purchased my tires here. I always recieve excellent customer service and today I received exceptional customer service from Angel which prompted me to take the time to leave this review. Five stars and will continue to come here for any future tire needs.

Fast and friendly service. We dropped off a tire to our trailer while we went for lunch. They finished before we could finish lunch. The only drawback is the location and construction in back of the store. This of course isn t anything to do with them and I m sure it will be over quickly allowing traffic to freely flow again.

Zac, nice enough until I told him I wasn't buying a set of new tires immediately at his recommendation. Then he used scare tactics to tell me one tire was so dangerous it couldn't even be rotated. He then asked how long it had been since they were checked (he looked it up and said it was 6,000 miles ago). Oddly enough he never showed me the results on his laser, nor the numbers he looked up on his screen. Just acted like a smug snot when handing me the key back because I refused to by a full new set of tires right then and there.

I had an appointment to rotate and balance my tires. Unfortunately I didn't have the Master Lugnut. The last time I used them was to install two new tires on my Lexus RX 350 at Discount Tire. Either I lost the Master Lug Nut or Discount Tire misplaced them. Store employee Jerry Marafiti took care of the problem by ordering a new set of Lugnuts for my vehicle. Then he scheduled a new appointment for a week later. He was so courteous and friendly that I had to notify his company about what a great employee he is. Thank you Jerry and Discount Tire.

I have been a faithful customer since they open in Surprise. Jerry Marafioti the manager is by far the best store manager in the tire business. Jerry has the most professional and top notch staff in the tire business. This is the best Discount Tires/America's Tires I have used on the West Coast. I have been buying tires and using services from this company for over thirty-five years. Jerry has personally taken care me and any tire problems I bring in. Fast service on tire replacement, rotations, balancing and flats. Everything is always done correctly, professionally withouta problem. I won't go any where else when comes to my tires and professional tire services that this company offers.

Made an appointment for Wednesday, being new to the area I accidently went to the wrong discount tire not realizing there was a bunch in close proximity. I called this location to let them know that I'd have been 4 min late due to going to the wrong location. Sebastian answered on Wednesday I told him I'd be a little late due to my confusion he then told me that it was now going to take a min. Of an hour and a half and there's no guarantee it'll be done by then. I have a child, a job and multiple doctors due to a work place injury. Much like everyone else my car is a necessity. I can understand anything over 5 minutes late being an issue but I was never asked how late I'd be just informed that my wait time that I scheduled through all of my personal scheduling affairs was screwed due to 4 minutes. I've used discount for almost 10 years now with almost all of my vehicles. Sebastians clear lack of empathy will ensure I don't spend money at this location with any of my Cars.I've always appreciated how understanding and empathetic discount had been across the board. That was not here for this phone call.

Yesterday they took care of everyone who came in for flat repair, even staying late if needed. Costco said they couldn't get me in cuz they were booked even though they claim to accept walk-ins. Thank you Discount Tire!

I know this is a small issue, but the tire guy put chrome weights on the outer edge of a black custom wheel. Glad I checked before I left. I had to ask for black ones. They stuck out like a chrome sore. Everything I've come to this DT there's always something they forgot or did wrong. Last time I had new tires and wheels to put on. When I looked up, the guy was taking my stock tires off the rims to put the new 295/35-21 tires on the stock 21x8 wheels. Grrr....and then before that they put my old spacers back on with the new wipers tires when I told them not too, and tried to put the old lug bolts when I had also told them I have new black ones to use. Please watch your tire guy, or you'll have to go back and wait in line again. Nice guys though, but still.

Got a set of new tires and windshield wipers. First road trip right after we got the set we blew a tire and they fixed it right away. Super fast and great service. Highly recommend

Jerry there is the best. I don t normally write reviews but Jerry went out of his way to make sure I got fast service and was super friendly! You can tell that Jerry is very qualified and knows what he is doing. He is very professional!

We needed tires do we started to shop around. We were in and out in less than 5 min because employees had no desire to help. It took longer to get in because their line for air backs you up if you actually need to go into the establishment. The only reason we came here was because over the phone the employee said come on in, we'll beat whoever else to get your business. Once we get there we were actually only offered lower quality or more expensive than what we had talked about. Service advisor said let's get their business and help them but the employee at the computer said no.

Good group of guys that work hard out there in that heat! Thank you gentlemen! My only gripe and reason for 4 stars is that Discount Tire says you save time If you buy and book online. The website does make it easy to enter in your vehicle info and select the tires and/or wheels you want, however, with my in-store experience as far as saving time wasnt very accurate. Definitely make plans to drop your vehicle and return to pick it up when they call you or plan to potentially wait for over 2.5 hrs

Have bought many sets of tires through discount and this has been my go to location. It does get busy at times so be prepared to wait a bit but customer service is great and prices are hard to beat. They will price match what you have so do your research well and save big.

Honest to God this is the best Discount tire in the entire country! Jerry should be given a raise along with Nick and Dustin. Their customer service is so outstanding in a time when employees and customers are so difficult to deal with and everybody is all stressed out these guys made the best out of our more than challenging Winnebago Travato tire setup. They remained chill helped us to understand the issues and what was needed and followed up with us more than 2weeks out when our last few lug bolts came in due to nationwide supply shortages. They are so on top of their game and we won't be taking vehicles anywhere else ever again! This is it! Take your tires here!

Discount Tire has been a great company for me for over 40 years, I moved to Arizona last year after leaving an 18-year friendship/ business relationship with a manager by the name of Borden in Hayden Idaho. Now that I'm here in Arizona, I met a great guy at this store by the name of Jacob also the technician out in the shop named Brayden, both guys want to carry on the friendship just like nothing ever changed. Update, my buddy Jacob relocated to a store closer to home, so I started over with a new guy by the name of Jerry, he really knows his stuff, he s extremely knowledgeable and again worked hard to continue great service with a lifelong customer. This is the reason I've stuck with Discounto Tire for 40 years.Thanks guys.
