So I go here all the time and multiple locations and you have an employee named Robert that runs the car wash. Let me tell you how friendly he is, He is half the reason I come to your bell and litchfield location. The customer service and attention to detail he provides is great. Always remembers to have them do a really good job on the inside because of my toddler's and always remembers the scent I like. I m just 1 person, how many other people s vehicles does he remember like that??? Keep up the great service and A+ effort Cobblestone for putting such a personable friendly face as one of the first people you have to deal with while getting your car washed.

I paid 40 dollars and my car was still dirty. I clean my car often on my own I don t like to and I can t because I am a ride share driver. So really it shouldn t have been too hard. Here are pictures of my car when I left. Also they reached out to me by text to ask about the service I told them I wasn t satisfied and they replied with let us know what happened so we can fix it. I let them know and sent pictures and never heard back. I have reached out to them 2 more times after that with no response, however they can still reach out to me to send their advisements. Do not recommend there is no attention to detail here at allServices: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

First, I have been coming to this location since it opened. I was elated after getting my car washed. I called the car wash manager to thank him and his crew for doing a great job. If I could have given more stars I would have. Prior to today and for a long time I was disappointed with my car washes from this location. I love the location and I love I can get a bag of popcorn and watch TV in a comfy chair and wait for my car and this is why I come back. But for a long time I was disappointed, my car was never as clean as I thought it should be. But to my surprise my car was cleaned just like I expected it to be. I brought my second car in the same day and after it was completed I was elated again. It has been a very long time coming. Whatever, is happening with management and staff, I would not change a thing. Please continue your great work and thank the management and staff for finally bring back great work and for doing a wonderful job.

The customer service is pretty good, even when asking for a service that is no longer offered. No one until the last person informed me the under body washers were taken out. I specifically requested my skid plate to be cleaned. I was told he'd request wheel well wash for me and let them know to get the skid plate.Unfortunately it didn't happen. I'll likely come back but just do the basic washes.

I have been going to this location for years and will not trust any other car wash with my vehicles . The reason I always go back is my vehicles always look great after they get done with them. I also use them for detailing. I have a truck that is 4 years old and everyone that looks at it thinks it's still new. The staff is very professional and just recommend what is truly needed for your vehicle . This location is also really clean and kept up.

This place is exceptional. Robert knows Customer service and does a great job. A lot of people expect their vehicle to be detailed. This is a car wash not a detail shop. They do a phenomenal job on vehicles. Everybody there works hard to get it done. Thank you.

Don't waste your time or money. My truck was only 70% vacuumed, the doors were not even "wet" towel wiped down and I specifically asked for no tire shire, I was questioned why I didn't want it and they still put it on. As the employee was putting it on, I told him no tire shire and I received attitude.I would rather pay the extra $20 to have a company come to my house and hand wash it. That way, I know it's done correctly.

Terrible communication, terrible work.Husband bought me a gift card to get my truck detailed. The sales man told him I could come by anytime. So, I showed up and was told I have to make an appointment. So I make an appointment for the following week. I show up, and my appointment was canceled, but they say they'll fit me in anyways. Having never had my truck detailed, I didn't know what to expect. After waiting there nearly 4 hours, I asked for an update....another hour! After waiting another 1.5hours, I walk out to more truck to see its no where near ready! I told them I have to leave to get my kids, and the manager only offers a ride to go pick them up!! How ridiculous is that?! I told them i just wanted to leave at that point. I asked for a refund, to which he said no, cause they were almost done (clearly they weren't!). He gave me a gift card to come back, but after this experience why on earth would I want to come back?!?!?!It really would have been nice to have been told how long it would take!! Not to mention, this was the second time I came for the service. So now I've wasted two of my days off work, when my husband just tried to get me a nice gift. Wouldn't recommend, unless you want to spend your day hanging out at a gas station. Twice.100% I DO NOT RECOMMEND COBBLESTONE ON BELL/WEST POINT PKWY!!!!!

I have been bring 3 of my cars here to the Surprise and Litchfield car wash for 5 years now. The service just keeps getting worse every time you go. They keep pressuring you to buy a package. For the last year or so the service has just gotten worse. I have paid hundreds of dollars on detailing jobs here for 2 of my cars and was disappointed on the job done. I pay 36 dollars every time I have my cars washed and waxed and always leave a 10 dollar tip. I always lately have to have them re-clean something. Either vacuum or clean cup holders or wipe down dash. Windows are always smeared. Talked to wash manage a couple of times about issues and was told they are not allowed to do that service any longer. Very frustrating and won t be bringing any of my cars here ever again!!!

I had the BEST experience at Cobblestone Spa. I'll be coming back for sure!!!! Sweet people! Great work!!!! Mr. Bobby Higgins took such good care of my experience! Talk abt DEDICATION. WISH all other companies would adapt true employees could have the same dedication. Thank you again for your service to the public!!

We have a had are truck and car detailed and washed several times. They take great care of our vehicles. Robbert is especially friendly and courteous. He makes sure our vehicles are taken care of every time we come in

I've had the unlimited membership for well over a year. They used to do a good job with cleaning my car. This last time was absolutely terrible. I've canceled my membership since I don't make it in very often, when I do I'd like it to be cleaned well.

Was charged over $440.00 for a detail.They used their automated wash system and vacuumed inside.Was supposed to be a hand wax with interior detailing including washing of carpet.$440.00 is a huge rip off of a customer.I will never go back.

These guys do a great job. Always leave here feeling like I get my moneys worth whether it s a maintenance wash or a full detail. If you go make sure you see my guy Robert Higgins, He ll make sure your car gets the tlc it deserves! Great service and good prices !!!

Absolutely unbelievably bad. Very impressed with the meet-and-greet. Paid for the ultimate, only to get the car and the dash was not completely wipe down the cup holders and the rest of the dash and console or not clean the door jambs were not cleaned and then when I sent it back for vacuuming because that was done poorly it still didn't get done correctly. After speaking with the GM and trying to give a couple of the guys that were out there cleaning with very fine detail for the amazing job that they do, that apparently my car could not get, the GM proceeded to tell me that those were the veterans and he tries to tell his veterans to dial it down because the rest of the workers can't do the same level of work... Are you kidding me... This is what this company has come to, by telling their good employees to not do such a good job and the other employees who are not doing a good job to just get the cars out the drive. I'm not kidding you when I tell you this is exactly what the GM told me face-to-face.

The best place to get everything done at once, if you re looking for a car wash where you will not have to lift a finger this is the place to be. Anytime I pick up my car when it is done there is never any issues, thank you to the finish line and Guillermo for keeping this place running fantastic.

I go in a couple times a month to get my car cleaned and I love the atmosphere of your waiting area. The cleaning is always top notch and your manager Abigail is absolutely incredible she welcomes me in and makes me feel like a valued customer.

Today, July 13th I purchased a platinum wash. I was anticipating a well done, time taken, quality job. Instead I got the bare minimum for the top tier wash I feel like. The tires for starters were still dirty and had sand on them, rims weren t even wiped down so dried with dirt and water spots, bug residue still remains on the front of the vehicle, and no air freshener was used. Seems like it s quantity over quality over there. Won t be using again.Services: Full body wash, Polishing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Just left Cobblestone at Bell Rd and Litchfield Rd and am super disappointed and unsatisfied, especially after reading so many great reviews about this carwash. I m glad I didn t let the high school kid talk me into a monthly membership. My car is all dinged up and spotty on the left side, like what did these people do to my car?! It looks worse than when I brought it in. The black marks on the hood where already there, but I thought they would at least make an effort to get them off for $40. My daughter was late for gymnastics or else I would have asked for the manager. I don t recommend this place. Go to Francis and Sons or Frankie s Car wash. They will actually clean your car for $40.

I normally come often to this location but must say today I had the opportunity to meet Daniel, AKA Bombocha. He was great and paid attention to the details. He even took the extra step to ensure I was satisfied with the detail in my car. Thanks Daniel! Cobblestone needs more employees like you!

My truck was in dire need of a wash and cobblestone is the best spot for a wash in town. It s always insanely busy so we paid and walked over to grab a bite to eat while we waited. Service at the pay counter is ok, but nothing to write home about. Store itself is clean and plenty of snack and drink options. If you don t have time for a full detail they have drive thru option and self vacuum as well. The detailers work their butts off and we came back to a super clean truck.

I went in for my first time and got a full detail. No prices posted anywhere. The gentleman tells me he's going to "hook me up" and give me unlimited washes without telling me he was actually signing me up for a membership. He proceeded to charge my card without even telling me the total cost and charged me $500. I was quoted a time frame of 3hrs due to how busy it was. After having my car for 4 hrs and not receiving a phone call I went to pick up my car. I had to walk around and was standing there in front of employees and after not being able to get anyones attention I had to walk inside to ask who to speak with to get my keys. Once I got them no one walked me to my car to go over it. They just handed me keys and continued on. When I got home is when I noticed all of the issues. I called the store manager and they said all they could do is give me a credit for another detail. Considering I personally cleaned and did their job already I was not interested in bringing my vehicle back. I told him I didnt want that and wanted at least a partial refund and was only given a credit. I contacted corporate through email and never received a response. Today I realized I was being charged for a membership I never agreed to as my "hook up". This place is a scam and un-responsive to customer complaints about less than desired service. Still have yet to get a hold of anyone or get this issue resolved. I feel taken advantage of and ignored.

Had a good experience there as I haven't been through a full service wash in year I always washed mine but wowwww how clean it came out better than I do it brennen was so helpful I bought a wash package from him as he told me all about the services he seemed professional and when he was talking to me someone there a worker had a question and he took care of it as I was happy he took care of me hats off to brennen now I always bring my truck there . Thanks again

I feel that my experience was good. Robbie is great the way he greets you when you drive up. My experience would have been better if when they run my truck into the washer that when I ordered The Works that the person puts it in the system. Last visit was just a regular wash and not like the previous times where the lights and soap foam were on. The finishing touches were ok. The tire dressing was just sprayed on and never wiped. So then the dressing flies down the sides of my truck. The rims are always dirty but I clean them when I get home. Still like coming here to get my truck washed.

Girls in the Service/ register are rude and unhelpful! I have tried plenty of times canceling my service and I m still getting charged, Spoke with MANAGER ABBY about canceling my service and she stated she would email corporate on 12/10/2023 and emailing them regarding getting a year refunded! Now 12/20/2023 no emails no calls nothing from corporate after attempting to call them! NOTHING BUT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK, FOR PAYMENT FROM A WHOLE YEAR I NEVER APPROVED!

I just want to start this off by saying the two workers who were working inside the store checkout were absolutely amazing and thank you for understanding. Now Let's get started. I'm going to say that the GM Of this place needs to get the boot. I dropped my car off around noon to seats detailed in a basic wash. I showed back up at 2 to pick up my car. Because the gentleman said it would only take an hour I gave them 2. I go up to the front desk and ask him. How much longer...... they haven't even started on my car andthe gentleman said it would take about three more hours. Mind you I have a three year old and a seven month old with me. I kindly ask for a refund and if I can just get a basic wash. Sure no problem they charged me $22. Oh helll na. I couldn't believe what my car looked like when I got it back. Like what did u guys clean for $22. I could of paid $10 and done a 1000x better job myself. Guys I'm not kidding you when I tell you it was bad. So I go in and ask for another refund. Cause this is some b.s. and the G.M couldn't even come talk to me. Coward. Guys SAVE YOUR MONEY. Go to a self-service one and do it yourself. Lesson learned the hard way today.

Been bringing my vehicles here for several years now. Sadly, the service has gotten a bit bad. Vehicle sits for at least 20 minutes AFTER being vacuumed. Even when you re the only vehicle in the bay. Tyler we need you back!

Wow!!! What a great, superb and phenomenal service I got from Daniel Bombocha . When I washed my car here. He took his time to make sure my car was left spotless!!! Thank you thank you thank you, I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend this place!

Worst clean ever! I i paid for the platinum service and I m lucky they had to drive the car through the machine because they did nothing else! Worst wash every save your money and go through the $3.00 wash because that s what you get! Inside was horrible . Vacuum must have been broken horrible job
