After replacing all four tires on my 2018 Buick LaCrosse, Discount Tire recommend Christian Brothers for an alignment. Said, "They're really good." So I called immediately and asked if I could make an appointment for an alignment to which they said yes and for me to bring it in as soon as possible. I got there a half hour later and they got me right in. The alignment was completed in short order including an overall safety inspection. The price was great and now my car rides and steers like a dream. Thanks for the excellent and professional service. This is my new, go-to service shop. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Recently, I went to Christian Brothers because the rear hatch door on my vehicle l quit working automatically. The gentlemen who helped me resolved the issue within 5 minutes and it was a wonderful experience. I would recommend Christian Brothers Automotive in Surprise, Arizona 10 out of 10 times!!! Special thanks to them for their first rate service!

The other day, I unexpectedly found myself having to take a detour off the highway due to a squirrel hiding under my car's hood. Glad I chose this auto shop! The team here was extremely professional and helped me maintain calm during the situation. Their communication throughout the process was excellent. They were able to get the critter out unharmed, although it required taking off the front bumper. Overall, my experience with them was outstanding.

Short version: Great staff, professional, no fluff, veteran friendly, 10/10, will return and recommend to others.I don't normally pay much attention to company mottos because they are typically idealistic brown matter, but at Christian Brothers, I really felt the "Nice Difference."So step by step:I arrived at the stop and was greeted by Jim and the front office staff, all friendly and smiles, and not just the obligatory customer service smile, but a real smile, like they were happy I was coming over for a beer with a buddy smile.Jim asked what he could do for me, I told him the "old maintenance light was on," and he assured me that they'd get me taken care of. After some details, I was ready to leave. They asked repeatedly if they could give me a ride somewhere, and I just walked for lunch. Before I had finished my lunch, I got a call from Jim telling me the recommended fixes.I approved all the fixes, and Zeke took me home for the day.I was kept up to date with my repairs throughout the entire process, giving me peace of mind that I was being taken care of, and my car wasn't just sitting there.The next morning, I received 2 calls from Jim, one update, and 1 to notify me of completion.John picked me up and took me to the shop where I was in and out in 5 minutes for UNDER the estimated cost (something I've never had happened when dealing with mechanics). They didn't try to up-sell me or recommended any fluff, just straight to business fixing what NEEDED to be fixed and sending me on my way.I had a bad taste in my mouth about previous automotive shops because I always feel like they are trying to squeeze more and more out of you, but not at Christian Brothers. I left feeling great, taken care of, and respected as a customer and person.Thanks, everyone, at Christian Brothers!

Very good experience with CBA. They quickly repaired my vehicle and they explained everything they found with my car, Good And Bad and let me decide.I will definitely be taking my vehicles here from now on. Everyone was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. NOT your typical auto repair shop.

Service was by far the best I ve ever had with any auto shop. Free rides to/from the shop is a small gesture but it s something that goes a long way. Travis, Roberto, Jim & Ken up front were all super friendly and helpful. I ll be back next time I need any repairs. Thanks to Chris my tech as well

This was my first experience at Christian Brothers auto. Really friendly staff, and willing to go out of their way to help you out. Their complimentary shuttle was running behind, and a staff member drove his own car to pick me up and take me back to the shop.

I recently had my GMC Sierra in for service at Christian Brothers Surprise. What a wonderful experience. Very clean, home like feel. Amazingly friendly staff and brightly lit shop. From making the appointment to asking if I wanted a flower, I can say this was my first, but certainly not my last visit. 5+stars

Excellent customer service by Brandt and Lisa with attention to detail, true to their word, and competitive pricing. They go above and beyond making sure everything is working just right, mechanics are super, and waiting area is immaculate and positive. I trust them with my 2004 Camry (original owner 96,000 miles) replacing radiator hoses, radiator flush, sparks, and engine air filter which kept me cool during Arizona's hottest summer ever!

I took in my Dodge Journey to CBA, I have to say we where very happy with there on point communication from sending texts, pictures and updates about my vehicle. The fact that they were able to take me back home while my car was going to get fixed was just a great blessing. I certainly would recommend CBA!

Worked with Gregory Cardenas mostly and he was very polite and thorough. They took care of a list of about 8 issues with my car and got it back to me the next morning, very fast. They offer a free shuttle too. This is the 2nd time I have trusted them with my vehicle and I will continue to do so. I m not a reviewer usually. We had both of our cars stop working at the SAME time. We were beyond impressed with our experience, not only did the shuttle service help immensely everyone was SO helpful, kind, informative and quick! The automated review of the repairs to the car needed | with pictures as well as a key to know what was urgent and what could wait was so clear. There was clear hospitality with their customer service, there were snacks and water, coffee and pure encouragement and joy in their service for us and to us: for what was a naturally stressful situation to find ourselves in. Can not recommend them enough.

These guys did a seriously phenomenal job on my car!Took my car in a few months back, and this had been the BEST experience overall with a mechanic in my life.They were honest, helpful, and timely. AND my car was noticeably smoother after getting it back. (I legitimately think they did more work to my car then they took credit for)

Stopped in after I replaced my thermostat. Couldnt figure out why it was still running hot. The master tech quickly found that my upper radiator hose wasnt tightened to spec, fixed it and told me how to fix myself if any other issues arise. 100% customer service, definitely the way to do business. I will be coming to them from now on. Thanks

I drove in from out of town. Thirty minutes prior to my destination my car started to make a grinding noise. I prayed to God that I could make it. Arriving safely, I started to search the internet for a reputable service station. After viewing many, I found that Christian Brothers had the best reviews. The following morning when they opened, I met them at the front door. I was greeted with smiles and assurance they could help me. They explained how they operate and that I would be notified every step they took by text. They offered a courtesy tow if needed. They also helped me find a payment plan that would work for me.They shuttled me back to my destination where I waited. Thirteen hours later the extensive work they had done was completed. At closing, they dropped my car off. They went above and beyond in hospitality and service. My expectations were definitely exceeded!Thank you, Troy, and the mechanic for going the extra mile and the excellent jobs done. You will be seeing me again in the future. What I can say about CBA is that they have customer service like no other! I have had the misfortune of having 2 mechanical issues for my Tahoe in the last month. The first time, it was not able to be driven, and they assisted in getting it towed to their garage. Once they gave it a once over, they explained and provided what needed to happen to get the Tahoe driving again. The second was not as bad, but they took the time to explain to me the issue and what they had to do. My boyfriends truck also needed some work done, and they were so helpful and did great work for his truck. We were looking for a new mechanic right before I had my first issue, and I am glad we took a chance and went with CBA. CBA Customer for life!

While recently visiting some family in Surprise I had a warning light come on my 2015 Ram Eco Diesel. I called a few places around Surprise to try and get it diagnosed and repaired. I spoke to Christian Brothers Automotive in Surprise & they said bring it in and they would look at it first thing the next morning. I am pulling a camper so I took it out by White Tank Mountain to drop it there while I took my truck to their shop. They gave me a shuttle ride back out to my camper free of charge. Before even arriving back to my camper I received a text message stating that I can communicate with them at any time by text. The next morning I received a text at 7:15 stating my truck was in their shop and a technician is in the process of diagnosing the problem and they would let me know what they find as soon as they know. They called me a short time later explaining to me that they found that the problem lies with the Crankshaft Position sensor and they checked and it is actually covered by a factory extended warranty. They even called the local dealership to verify this. Wow! Who does this in this day and time? Honesty is a blessing to all involved. They informed me all I would owe is for the diagnosing to find the issue. Also, what they charge for doing this was the second lowest I found around this area and I called about 10 places. This all took place last week. Today I received a call from them asking me if there was anything they could have done differently to make sure I would give them a 10 out of 10 rating. Wow, I could think of nothing, they are first class all the way and the honesty is second to none. Their communication with me throughout the whole process was the best I have ever experienced. I highly recommend them for all of your automotive repairs. And last but not least their shop area and office is the cleanest I have seen. I believe in praise for those that go far and beyond to give excellent service and they certainly earned it. Thank you Christian Brothers Automotive in Surprise!

My sons 2011 Hyundai Sonata recently had severe engine knocking. I spoke with Zeik at CBA. They towed my sons car to their shop and started on it right away. Their service and communication was the best. They explained things very thoroughly and gave real time updates. Turns out I needed a new engine that was going to cost thousands. They went above and beyond and called Hyundai directly to see if they could find a better price on a new engine. Ultimately, with enough diligence they were able to find out that my motor was covered for a free replacement by Hyundai Motors due to a special circumstance on this particular model. Zeik and his team kept helping me with the research to get my car covered even though they were not going to be making any money on it. Now that is what I call customer service and integrity! Amazing! I took my toyota sienn,:"@a in for new rear brakes recommended by my Toyota dealer. Toyota dealer told me I had 3mm left on my rear brakes and told me to replace them. Christian bros did a check and found I had 5mm and would not need brakes yet. They were very honest with me. Christian bros is so honest and straightforward. Nice people to work with! They are rated a 4.9. I rate them a 5, the highest!:
