Just got home with my new car and WOW! My car and the experience to get it have been awesome.I found the listing on CarGurus and called in to check on the availability. Ben answered and let me know it was available and took down our name after letting him know we were planning to come in.Ben also greeted us at the door, immediately offering to show us the vehicle and after expressing our interest, offered for us to take a test drive.I loved the car and loved how low-pressure our salesperson had been. I told him I wanted to go ahead and apply to finance. I don t have the best credit and this was my first car buying experience so the payment was a worry, but I got it financed through one of the lenders offered through the dealership at a great price and APR!I didn t mention the carguru price being lower as I honestly had forgotten and Ben printed the listing I had seen and let me know they d be matching that price. I am so grateful for his honesty in making sure we got the price that brought us in!Aria helped through all of the paperwork and made sure we understood everything from the gap coverage, to the payments, and even had pamphlets for bettering your credit available at check out.Everyone was so amazing to us and made the experience truly fantastic and seamless. I couldn t have asked for a better car buying experience and I m honored to support this amazing family owned business.Thank you guys for everything, we re looking forward to doing business with you in the future!

I've bought several vehicles from several dealerships and this was definitely the best one. You really get a more personal experience with family owned places. Ben and Artin (father and son) were the nicest guys I've worked with, absolutely no high pressure sales tactics and you just know they are good people who want to satisfy their clients. I bought the car listed as a great deal and was as advertised. I highly recommend this place, I'll be sending everyone I can.

Approximately 1 month ago I reached out after reading the positive reviews as I was interested in purchasing a vehicle when I arrived in Surprise on April 1st.I explained to the father of the business that I have a condo in Surprise and would like to purchase a vehicle that I could leave at my unit since we stay for three months of the year. I provided all of the information (price point, makes and models, etc) that we were interested in. He advised me that he would be in contact with me and provide me with options to consider for my purchase.Well it s 30 days later and I have not received one email or phone call! Disappointed is all I can say!! I had many choices as car dealerships are a dime a dozen in Surprise but I chose them because I would rather support the family owned little guy.Please don t advertise that you can locate cars and help consumers purchase vehicles if you can t keep your promise.

I don t know where to begin. This place felt like family and is as trustworthy or even more reliable than how much carmax is known to be.I am the most indecisive person on earth and spent awhile with them debating on getting a car and test driving it. And they had the utmost patience and understanding. There was no pushing me or making me feel pressured. I even went as far to filling out the paper work and decided not to get the car and they still were understanding! (I decided not to get the car because of financial reasons but the car was in great shape. It looked and felt brand new, oil was full and no engine codes.)The father and son truly enjoy selling cars and helping people. & I don t understand where much of their profit is with how well they price the cars. They are one of the few good ones!

If you are looking for a reputable car dealer don t look any further. This is the second vehicle we have bought from this dealership and they are amazing. This is a family owned business and they have taken great care of us.

My husband and I just bought a vehicle from Artin about 2 weeks ago and couldn t have had a better experience. After searching for our make and model around the valley it was hard to find anything above the basic package and definitely hard to find a decent price. After my husband sent many emails back and forth asking questions we decided to make the hour trek out to Carzpal. As we were already given the complete carfax, maintenance records etc all that was left to do was a test drive. Artin was the most straightforward and easy going salesperson. Their way of doing business is completely tactic or pressure free. They ll give you the space and time to make your decisions as they know they ll sell their vehicles. Every car on the lot was in good condition. After approximately 30 minutes of conversation we purchased our car. Had they not been so upfront and laid back it would have been a rough experience. We ll be seeing them again when it s time to upgrade our other vehicle.

Let me begin by saying that this is far and away one of the Best buying experiences I've been privy to.We found the ideal car, proper price. So immediately, called to see if it was available and able to be seen. Ben, (one of the owners and quite possibly one of the nicest human beings on the planet.) answered the phone, happily greeting and confirming the car's availability, and invited us to come and see it. On arrival, Ben greeted us very warmly , welcoming us in and taking care of us right away. He asked if we'd like a go, handed the keys over and sent us on the test drive. Car was like butter. Instant ours. We came back, noticed a few things, small minor nit picky bits. We let him know and he had it taken care of moments into our paperwork. During the paper work, he took time to talk a little about the history of his family's business, got to know it is a straight family owned shoppe. (We like that.(: )After paperwork was handled, we got to meet with his ripper son, Aria. He took us through everything super clearly. No funny business. Made sure everything was understood. Most of the time, you get those quick shuffle sales guys, don't give you a moment. This was absolutely not that!The vibe in the place is calm and very easy. Not an ounce of pressure. They do what they say they will. Ben is an absolute paragon. Fantastic personality very welcoming. I will be coming back for my Jeep soon. Send anyone here that you would like to have taken care of.Thank you again fellas, the car is bang up.

Thank you Artin for your wonderful customer service! I purchased my 2008 Toyota Camry on my birthday in August. Since then, I have driven the car 4k miles with zero issues. This by far has been my best vehicle buying experience ever!!!

Ok who in their right mind loves a used car dealership right?well it all started when my husband had to have this used car.I won't tell you what it is... I'll show you the picture and you're probably understand why. Had forgotten the picture....DuhI asked him to show me a way to make it work and they did .No haggling ,no pressure and in a way that worked for everybody..So yes my husband got the car .I can honestly say I would recommend this dealership. It's a family-owned business and that says a lot you don't see a lot of those let these days.So CARZPAL you have my vote.So now picture it... 2 years later and maybe I got 2 drive the truck twice (you know men are with their trucks) so now it was my turn to have some fun. Boy did Carzpal hook me up.A beautiful BMW who I named Sweet Annie and boy did she turn out to be a sweet ride.So once again, Carzpal came through for me.I wouldn't recommend anyone else if you're looking for a used car. They are definitely the place to go if you want a QUALITY car for a great price.

I just bought my first car at Carzpal a week ago. I had a wonderful experience with them. They were very kind and friendly and didn t pressure me into making a purchase. They let us take our time looking at the car and taking it for a test drive. I am very happy with the car l purchased from them. It was in very good condition and only had a minor issue with the inside of the door. They fixed that for me no biggie!

Carzpal is an honest, family owned dealer that specializes in great condition used cars. Fair prices on everything they sell, and were very helpful and accommodating helping a first time buyer through the buying process. Quick and efficient, none of the nonsense you get at other dealers or used car lots. Big thanks to Artin for all his help!

This Pre-owned dealership is the way all dealerships should aspire to be! Artine, Aria and Ben are the best! And I feel that I received a very fair deal for the vehicle I purchased!Having prior sales (new, Pre-owned) experience twice in the car sales industry, left me with a bad taste in my mouth due to the environment of working in a typical cut throat sales staff and management. If I were to even consider trying to sell cars again, I would do it with these guys. They do it right! And I will return to buy again if I'm still in Arizona. Heck, maybe I'll just fly back to the Valley and then have a nice road trip! Thanks guys!!!

We looked around were able to find the exact vehicle and features we wanted but it was out of state at Carzpal . After communicating via email and phone a couple of times we felt super comfortable with Ben and flew to AZ to buy. The process was so easy, no pressure, and the vehicle looked as good in person as it did online. If you're worried about potentially buying from an out-of-state dealer or wondering if they will try to pull the old "bait and switch" once you get there, based on our experience I would say worry no more. The owners of this company really took the time to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. In fact, I was so comfortable with them that I flew from Kansas to Surprise based on our conversation, bought the car sight on scene. They were forthright, honest, and smiled all the time. There is a slogan from a major national car dealer "The way car buying should be. . ." but really, the Carzpal experience is the way car buying should be. Thank you Artin and Aria.

BEST DEALERSHIP EVER! 11/10 experience. They have the best prices around, extremely fair. They go through an extremely thorough process of inspecting the car before selling and they won't sell anything they don't feel confident in. You can rest assured you get a quality vehicle from them. They offer great value for trade in. Best of all, they aren't pushy at all, family opened business who wants to inform you of the car and he completely transparent without pushing a sale. I've never been so happy with a car buying experience, look forward to buying future vehicles from them.

I purchased an Acura here 10 months ago and it was the top of the line 2011 model but it ended up having a few issues after I drove it off the lot. The turbo was replaced before I bought it but it failed a month later. However, Ben and Artin were very helpful in acquiring a replacement turbo unit on warranty with no cost. Then, the temp control had a problem with proper heating.. but the parts were backordered. While waiting for the parts, Ben stayed in regular contact with me until they finally came in, then had me come in the next day and once again, provided the necessary repairs free of cost.All said and done, I LOVE driving this car now. It was nice doing business with a small family owned dealership that takes on the responsibility of making sure their customers are happy and satisfied from beginning to end. Thanks Ben!

I drove all the way from Michigan to buy a car from Carzpal, mainly because they had the exact car I wanted in my price range. They were patient and thorough with all of my questions as I wanted to be sure of the car before driving 2,000 miles to get it. I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received over the phone and while I was there in person, you can tell they really care. The car was exactly as they described, the price was reasonable, and it made the trip back to Michigan without any problems. This is what family owned business should feel like. Next time I need a car, I'll be heading back to Carzpal because of the amazing service, and hopefully they have the car I want too!

I just bought a car from Carzpal, and it was not only a great deal, but a pleasure doing business with this family, I am not related to them but they made me feel like a part of their family. Artin went way above what you expect from a dealership, he was fantastic! I highly recommend them for your needs, I looked for almost 3 weeks and so happy I found them.

BEN, ARTIN and everyone at CARZPAL you guys are awesome. The best customer service treatment I have ever had in my life. I enjoyed doing business with you all. When I took my car for trade-In, BEN gave offers me more than what I owed on my car and paid it off. He then put me in a beautiful, luxurious BMW for which i cannot beat the price. My friends and father are jealous of the deal I got from CARZPAL. I still cannot believe that I am driving a BMW X3 for that price. Because of that price I was able to pay for my BMW without financing. Put simply I don't have to make any car payment Keep up the great work Ben you are a good man.
