Awesome store run by awesome gentleman. Pete always goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of and same goes for all the guys. Never had any issues. Always taken care of in a timely and fashionable manner. Prices and work are good and honest.

I have been using Brake Masters since I moved to Arizona in 2016. Amazing service, great prices, they won't try to rip you off. As honest of a mechanic service that you can get. I don't use any other place to service my 3 cars. Best part is they are all across the valley! I have used 3 different Brake Masters and they have all been amazing!

My husband and I drive out of our way passing other Brake Masters' locations to go to the one in Surprise. We regularly work with the Manager (Pete). He is always, helpful, friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this location.

Absolutely amazing!!! They fixed the screwups from two past mechanics (Elite auto repair and Midas) COMPLIMENTARY! The manager, Rick, found the right parts my car needed and the grinding sound was completely fixed. Elite auto repair in Tempe told me they didn t have the nuts my car needed and that I had to go to Lexus. Three trips to Lexus later I find out those weren t the right nuts. But brake masters had them and took care of it! Thank you Rick! My new mechanic !

Brake masters is always transparent with pricing and always has quality work. If we needed a variety of things done they worked with us to get it done in order of importance so our car is always running and we were able to budget accordingly. We will be customers as long as we live close by!

They helped me with a road trip check on my car & my sister has been in a few times to have her van worked on. The work was finished in about 3 hours which is appreciated & the guy up front was so sweet, offering water & coffee. The only thing I would change is, it would be nice to have a separate section to wait in. The sun hits real hard in that area & you hear all the conversations of everyone coming in. But I would recommend their work. Thank you!

Rick who took care of me did exactly as was asked to troubleshot the front end wandering problem. They tried to find the parts to fix the issue but were unable. I m sure they spent a lot of time searching but no luck.They referred me to another 4x4 shop who might have my part.Thanks for all of your help I will definitely come back for any future work.

I am a regular customer. They earned my trust.Great quality! The one occasion in which they experienced some challenges, they were persistent and accountable until they got it right. I am pleased with the cost of repairs. On one occasion they called me to inform me that although the repair was simple, the cost of the part was expensive. They wanted me to understand that the overall cost was driven by the part and not the labor. I was familiar with this type of repair and knew they were being honest.They have earned my trust and as a customer, that s what I m looking for.

Great customer service. Spoke with Jerry who helped me figure out a billing question that ended up being something I missed. I felt bad to have wasted his time but he was very nice about it and didn't make me feel like I wasted his time! He went through all of the charges and took time to explain everything and was very willing to help clarify it for me.

Brake Masters bell rd in Surprise is the BEST!! Pete and his crew know how to treat customers. I've been a long time customer, the do the work promised and at a great price. I highly recommend them. If I could rate the higher, I certainly would. Thanks Pete Pizza is on me. Merry Christmas

I arrived to my 8:30am appointment to get the fully synthetic oil change for the $49.95 promotion. I ended up waiting 2 hours for the oil to be changed and the tires to be rotated. After, I was told that the total was $70 and that I have a more expensive filter. I wish I was told this before I turned in my vehicle. The person knew what vehicle I had and said nothing. At the end of the day, I waited 2 hours and had the promotion not honored.

Did the job quickly and efficiently. Wasn't overly expensive and the replacement of filters was priced fairly. Even looked at my oil pan and bolt to try and find a possible leak or if the car was burning oil.

Such a nice experience being helped by Rick. First of all I was a walk in with no appointment and got taken care of very quick, he gave me even better prices than I had seen on their website. I went in for brakes and an oil change, he called me to tell my brakes were still in good condition, I really appreciate the honesty! I ll definitely be going back.

Needed the brake system in my 94Honda Civic Del Sol flushed and filled and the rotors turned, as well as the parking brake adjusted. They did a fantastic job and we figured out how to adjust the park brake on the old girl together. They even adjusted the AC belt that had recently started making noise leading me to think it was the power steering pump. They talked me out of that idea. Tightened the belt and the noise went away. She runs and stops great now. I will take my Del Sol to them for all oil changes and service and brakes from now on. Thanks guys. Amazing service Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

Pete is hands down the best I ve ever dealt with when it comes to a repair shop. He is fair and completely honest. Pete or any of his guys have never recommended a repair that wasn t necessary. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I have used Brake Master's on Bell Road (Surprise) for several years and have had no issue whatsoever. Pete, the manager, is absolutely excellent! If you have an issue, go to him . He will make it right.

Shop was able to get my truck in and replace the belts and tensioner pulley assembly in the afternoon and was ready next morning. Fair price.

Predatory practices. Dropped off my car expressing concern over my transmission. That day they inspected it AND drove it and found no issues but presented me with $460 in other work that was presented as a fix. Drove it the next day and it was worse. When I took it back I was then told my transmission was shot and given a $100 credit to a local place for that work (a drop in the bucket for what that work would be). So why was I charged almost $500 for unrelated work?

The work on my brakes took longer than expected but I would rather have it done right than fast. They replaced my two of my brake pads and checked/ replaced brake fluid. Kind of amazing how they told me how my inner and outer tie rods were bent. But when I declined the repair, and told them I would replace them myself. Suddenly out of nowhere my car has a fuel leak! Interesting my car never had any leaks like that before I took it into their shop. I can clearly see that somebody hit it with a screwdriver where the filler hose attaches to the tank. Seriously people do not recommend this store to anyone...

Thank you to the team at Brake Masters Peter & Rick and the crew! I brought in my Jeep Wrangler after having a different shop do shoddy work and Brake Masters fixed it up and got my alignment corrected and spot on the first time! You saved me (quite literally as I had a lot of wandering at high speeds before). They were friendly, didn't oversell me anything, and my car was in and out within the appointment window. I recommend this place!Service: Wheel alignment

The store itself was great, didn t have any issues. But beware of the brakes. We payed extra for their lifetime warranty and didn t even last us 2 years before they rusted and not drivable. They did not honor the lifetime warranty so now I was stuck buying brand new brakes somewhere else. Money is not worth the cheap quality.

I highly suggest you don t bring your car here! JJ tires suggested we come over for an alignment for $89.99. Brake masters stated we needed a caber alignment now the price was $273. Paid and came to pick up the car the following day. Went to leave and the car is was worst then when we bought it they crossed the tires which were just rotated the day prior at jj tires. We advised them it was pulling bad to right stated it was bad tires. Get new tires then come back for another alignment free of charge. Went back to jj tires and they looked at all the tires and stated nothing was wrong with tires it is the alignment. Brought the car back to brake masters again they stated they would look at it and call me in the morning. Waited until noon called was told they had 4 techs look at it and it was the tires. Demanded a refund back and said they would call manger. Went to pick up car and wouldn t start they drained the battery. Had two techs come out jump it and the front desk person goes you have a weak battery you should get that replaced. I started the battery was fine prior to them working on it. He then said oh ya we jumped it this morning when we went to bring it in the shop. No one told me at noon when I called. This place is unprofessional and unreliable!
