Went to another Big O since my tire had a screw in it. They weren t able to help me any and I had called this Big O since my tires were originally replaced here. Collin was able to get my tire fixed same day, they originally didn t have the tire in stock and were able to get my tire in stock and fixed before 4 pm which is when they close on a Saturday. The people here are so friendly and respectful in helping everyone. If you are choosing any service place I would choose here since they have been the best for me and my car for the last couple of years.

The guys here at this location are just all around great guys, I came in feeling completely defeated after dealing with the car dealership, they were honest and upfront with me about everything I needed done and the cost was half the price I was quoted across the street. They also were super patient and helpful with finance options.

This Big O Tire shop is outstanding and definitely 5 star. I met Craig the manager and he went out of his way to help me. Super friendly and fast service. Cannot recommend them enough

Went to Big O tiure and had a slow leak. They charged me for the repair which I didn't mind; however, while I was there they repaired 2 others tires and when one man said it was a surprise that there was no charge because he wasn't a customer of theirs. The attendee said it was OK this is how they treated everyone. I didn't say anything and when my vehicle was ready I paid for the repair. The serviceman advised me I needed new tires because the tread was at 2/32's. The vehicle had aboout 14000 miles on it. I asked for a quote on specific tires and they quoted me $250.00 to $300.00 higher than any other tire company I contacted later. I also did not tell him I was a prior CVSS Inspector and knew he gave me bad information. When I got home I measured the tread and found it to be 6/32's. This place is an absolute rip off. If I could give this company a zero I would.

Needed a failed wheel bearing replaced, oil change, and front brakes on my 2010 Ford Escape XLT. Service was the BEST from the first phone call, to completion and pick up. Less than 24 hours from start to finish. I was the only delay. Colin and all the staff took good care of me and my car. Many good auto service options nearby but keep coming back here. People, professional service, and value are why.

I was looking for a specific tire after my wife's car picked up a piece of metal making the tire non-repairable. I shopped around online for pricing and was drawn to this shop because they potentially had the tire in stock. I also found on their website they had rebates on this specific tire for $160.I spoke with Matt who stated they did not have that exact tire, but had the same model with a different load rating. I asked him if there is any difference between the tire I was looking at and the one the have. He stated there isn't much difference other than the tire has a higher speed rating, which is false. I asked him if there is a noticeable difference between the two load ratings, which he stated there is not. A little alarming when the person trying to sell tires doesn't understand the difference between load and speed ratings.I asked Matt for the price out the door with installation and road hazard. I was told this price was $1300 plus tax. They were the most expensive out of other locations in the area, but had them available so I chose this shop. When I arrived I was then informed the price was $1500 plus tax, which is unacceptable. Reluctantly because they had the tire I wanted in stock I agreed to proceed. I could have waited a weekend or two to have my tires installed at Costco for $400 less, but the tire was leaking air quite quickly and we could not wait. The shop was able to complete the car the same day which was nice. When I went to pick up the vehicle I asked about the rebates and was only given information for rebates of $80 and not the full $160. I went online and was able to find the additional rebate.Overall disappointed as I feel I was baited to get into the shop and then was told a different price, but I would have likely gone with this shop regardless as they were the only location that had the tire I was looking for. Also very disappointed that if I had not done my research I would have lost out on an additional $80 rebate. Not good customer service in my opinion.

Be careful with this work team, they are only interested in selling you parts for your car, never a real or fair diagnosis thinking about their clients, tires, brakes, parts... everything you have they will tell you that it must be replaced... since it doesn't guarantees your job if you don't work on a silver platter

I am so sick of this location. I have given them multiple chances hoping it was just an off event. First, when getting an oil change months ago, I got a call from them saying they left a tool under my hood. I checked and this was the case and then they had the nerve to ask me to drive it back to them when my home is over 30 minutes from this location. Not only could this have damaged my vehicle but also could have resulted in injury to myself if the car had gotten bad. Next time I went to them I felt like I was being brushed off because I'm a girl and they were acting like I was dumb when they didn't reset the warning lights on my dash when I didn't know how to do so. Lastly a few days ago I took it for another oil change and the check engine light was on. They did the oil change and gave me the codes for the light and when I asked what they were they guy told me he didn't have the time to bother looking it up. I am so sick of this location. If you're a woman, I think stay clear cause these guys have shown me time and time again that they were not a good choice for my business.

Just wanted to give a shout out to AJ over at Big O Tires! So, I'm on vacation in sunny Arizona, right? And guess what? My precious jeep starts acting up after getting my tires rotated and balanced at some other place. Can you believe it? Turns out those folks didn't do a proper job balancing it, and boy, did I pay for it! Picture this: Sunday afternoon, driving back to California, and the vibrations were so intense that I had to make an emergency stop. Talk about a bumpy ride!Now, most of the other stores in the area were closed or simply uninterested in helping me out. But then, lo and behold, I get on the phone with AJ from Big O Tires. This guy, he's got some serious customer service skills, let me tell you. He didn't waste any time. He actually suggested that I swing by the shop, and he'd somehow squeeze me in with his other customers. Can you imagine that? Talk about going above and beyond!So, I took AJ up on his offer, and sure enough, he worked his magic and got me back on the road in no time. I mean, seriously, these guys deserve more than a thumbs up. They deserve five thumbs up! Kudos to AJ and the team at Big O Tires for saving the day!

Dealt with BIG O Tires for at least the last 4 years I've had my jeep... never once have I had it drive straight...Colin at the surprise location on wadell rd not only recommended a much better quality tire at a much cheaper price! But the team at this location performed an alignment that was out of this world! I'm still convinced I did not bring home MY jeep! It drives straighter than it did the day I got it!!! 10/10 recommend surprise location off Wadell Rd!! (ASK FOR COLIN!)

Wonderful team! From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman at the counter, he was so kind and very welcoming. We have teenager daughter that needed her car worked on and when we setup an appointment for her she said she felt the team took good care of her and treated her with respect. I suggest you give "Big O Tires" a try, wonderful customer service.

Matthew at the Prasada Big O Tires was so kind and willing to work with me despite my hardships. I was able to have Damian replace my tire and put my spare tire on since I have insurance on the tire with a different company. Unfortunately, that other company is closed on Sundays. Needless to say I am VERY pleased with the speedy service I had little to no wait. Phenomenal job! I look forward to my next service, hopefully next time it won t be due to a nail in my tire.

Best service ever. Everytime we come the customer service is amazing and they always help us out big time. The prices are great as well and what I love the most is how transparent they are. Matthew always has great energy and he s super friendly, he always makes us feel that he has our back.

I had tires replaced and oil changed. All done in a timely manner and AJ was great. Only question l have is do they not vacuum or clean the windows anymore upon return of the vehicle? Also, the ,"oil change'" reminder sticker was not applied.

Nothing but great things to say about this location and the service given! This is our go-to spot whenever we are in the unfortunate position of having a flat tire. Matthew was absolutely wonderful and made the process pain-free and put myself and my husband at ease. We were a walk-in flat tire and from start to finish the process was less than 1 1/2 hours (on a weekend). Highly recommend!

I noticed that I had a screw in my tire, I pulled into Big o Tires at Waddell and the 303 and they got me right in. Come to find out, it was not leaking air but they got me in, checked it out, found that it wasn't leaking and sent me on my way. All at no charge. AJ and Big O Tires were super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Pulled in with no appointment on a Sunday after a low tire pressure light and an almost flat tire. Jason met with with a smile and got me in with minimal wait. Quick diagnosis and repair! It's nice to have a local tire ship that takes care of you with great service and a smile!

AJ, did a fantastic job with our oil change 2 weeks ago. We discussed the need for new tires, brake fluid flush and one other item. We did all of that on last week's visit. We took advantage of Big O Tires credit card to pay over time interest free. Feels like a new vehicle. Thanks so much. Regards Randy

I absolutely love how my wheels look on my vehicle! The staff was very helpful and patience with giving me the right amount of time to decide on which wheels I wanted. Jason was great, he was the one to help me with my vehicle! Jason was just outstanding with the whole process. I will definitely be back in future.

Had to wait a little longer than expected, but I did run to Walmart next-door and got some stuff done and watched the movie and had water in there waiting area. Jason was very polite and told me all the information I needed.

I would rate a 0 if possible! I went for oil change 2017 chevy spark next day was exiting freeway had no brakes to stop at first red light I had to grab emergency brake to stop. Then check engine light came on and the motor was making a noise and wouldn t start. I called Big O Tires they said bring it back. We towed it back to them. They said it was the vacuum brake booster so $600 that was changed paid walked out started car then it died and Ck engine light back on. They said leave it here the mechanic will check it again the code was for exhaust cam shaft ( I had just passed emissions a week prior to oil change). They said the code was saying it s the cam shaft so they charged my $110 for a cam gasket. They told me they give up go to a Chevrolet dealer. Don t get any oil changes done here are you could have a world of problems. Update. I m still having problems with my car and can t drive it even with new exhaust cam shaft and $2500 later. But made huge discovery my car actually has no oil in it!! So the original oil change done 4/26/23 apparently oil was drained but not refilled that would explain the Vacuum pump seizing and exploding into pieces the next day and all other issues since. I have reached out numerous times to AJ to discuss but to have no return phone calls. I ve even included a video in this review bc I pray this does not happen to another. I now have to pursue legal counsel GREAT! I was suppose to drive to CA this weekend for my daughters club softball tournament amongst many others I now have to rent a car all summer for all travels bc no one can figure out what is still wrong with it. **Update I have consulted with a private attorney whom is helping me through the small claims court bc as of today my car still has check engine light on and can t go over 50 mph (it s trash all bc of a oil change where they forgot to put all back in) and no one can figure it out. I will keep you posted as the process starts. FYI to all AZ people the process is not that hard and you have up to 3 years to file a claim it s called breach of contract. Let s take a stand against these bullies!!

Horrible afternoon. Went to look at model homes and got a flat edge blade in my tire. Big O, Roy, was fabulous. They didn't have my size tire but got my spare on for me and will get my tire replaced on Monday

Roy was exceptional. His patience and knowledge of the tires I needed was exceptional. He helped me out in a pinch and had me back on the road in no time. Recommended a great place for lunch while my tires were being installed. He has a great team.

Had a huge screw in my tire and located Big O Tires and got in contact with Roy Allain. He took care of me right away and was able to repair my tire properly without needing to purchase a whole new one. Luckily my screw didn t screw me over! Had the opportunity to meet one of the owners and chit chat while my car was being serviced. They are a one stop shop and care about their customers. Truly family oriented! Thank you thank you thank you!
