The guys working were all friendly and extremely helpful. I wish I could remember the name of the man who helped my dad, but I think he may have been an assistant manager. We went in on 2/18 afternoon. He was very helpful and took his time explaining and helping us. Great service!

Jonathon Salazar went above and beyond to help me on Christmas Eve. He was patient, listened to my dilemma and decided to do more than pawn me off to a manager that wasn t on duty until later in the day. I m trying to buy a battery charger. Looking online and it s almost impossible to see what chargers you sell. The web site keeps bringing everywhere except where I want to go.I bought one at Tractor Supply. There web site bought me right to them. Maybe you could learn something from there web designer Maybe.

Sales Parts Manager and Store Manager (Josh) are both about useless. Stood in the lobby for 5 minutes while 3 employees (2 of which were the MANAGERS) stood around talking in spanish about personal issues. Just because you say it spanish, we live in AZ, most people in AZ do. Then refused my core return because I didn't have the original debit card it was purchased on. Told me I can go home and get it and come back or go to another store. The card is canceled, and even if it wasn't, I live 2 hours away. Find better employees or promote those who deserve it. If they were my employees within my company, they'd be unemployed. Better you than me.Bell and Grand location made it right.

We had an outstanding experience at this location. Sofia R went above and beyond what you would expect out of an Auto Zone employee! She saved us at least $100, installed our battery, AND insisted we not tip her when we tried. This young lady was professional and her customer service skills were amazing; she one hundred percent deserves a raise!

Came in for some brake lights wasn t sure how many and the parts lady couldn t tell me either no big deal but for some reason I thought that they were able to see how many lights were in my tail light. To install them in the parking space at AutoZone, there was actually three so when I went back in the other parts lady wasn t able to find the same part number so I took the packaging out of the trashcan and they were able to locate the part number that way. Not sure why with the same truck information, they weren t able to find the same part number, but one of the parts ladies was nice and the other parts was extremely short I would actually consider her fairly rude. I won t be using this AutoZone location again.

I just stopped in for a couple of feet of 3/8 rubber fuel line. The manager quoted $10.00/ foot. He stated that fuel hose has really gone up recently. I left there and went to Advance to purchase it for less than 1.50/ft. Shame on you guys. Buyer beware!

Jonathan at Autozone really when the extra mile for me. I suspected my battery needed to be replaced, so I stoped at Autozone for a battery check. Jonathan tested the battery and I was correct it need it to be replaced he gave a couple options and I choose one. I was planning to replace it myself but he offered to do it for me. He started to remove the terminals but one of them was not coming off, he worked on it for about 15 min and finally got it. I appreciate that he did all that worked for me. I will come back and do business with them again.

Jonathan provided the absolute BEST customer service. Jonathan wasn't my original rep, but stepped in with a smile to help support his other teammates and me as the store was very busy. After ringing me up, Jonathan installed my battery demonstrating terrific quality care and professionalism. Self-service makes this place great. Staff always seem disgruntled. However, if you're going in just to pick up some items. You can use self check out and avoid sour attitudes.

No thank you! I don't want your $400 alternator after having to come back 1 week later after purchasing a battery just to find out a simple test would have shown I needed an alternator in the first place, and you smuggly tell me I better get the alternator fixed because if I don't I won't get a refund on the now drained battery that you sold.

Bought some parts online and through fed ex shipping, we received one part damaged, brought it back in Tina helped us, had great customer service and attitude, helped us with all the questions we had. Ran into some issues with belt sizing and Tina continued to have great attitude and expertise throughout the day, greatly appreciated the service and will continue coming back to this location for all automotive needs

Jesus Christ ! Please don t ruin the company by hiring incompetent people like Reggie!I feel like working at parts store you need some sort of common sense, he is lacking it!Asked for simple 30qt oil he say he only have 1qt Iam like jesusThere was clearly 5gal bucket and 1 gal but I guess you can t buy them, unless you go take whatever you need by your self and don t bother him.And there was clearly promotion saying you get 10$ as member and I guess I don t qualify although Iam member since 2012, but that s fine! Lost me as a client!

Went there to get brake pads for my 2017 VW jetta. I needed front and rear pads and knew what brand I wanted. They had exactly what I asked for in stock and were very polite. Well when I got home I realized I got the wrong rear pads. I called them and the gladly told me to just come back and they would help me out. Well I go back and just as quick as the first time they were able to help me out and exchange my pads for the correct one.

Took my car over because I couldn t figure out how to finish changing my headlights by myself. I wasn t even sure if this was something I was able to ask someone there for help with, but someone immediately helped me finish it. Took us about ten minutes to finish, and when I asked how much it was I was not charged anything. Super friendly staff and seem to really care about their community.

I have been a Customer at this location for a quite long time, I have spent a lot of money their and I had absolutely no issues or problems at all till this one particular employee that either does not know how to do her job or is simply not trying. I say this with all respect, I have absolutely no personal problems with her. I believe she is a part sales manager. My first encounter with her was with me purchasing a couple of items and asked for a student discount that I get at every single autozone location and she claims that the week prior to that visit autozone came out with new rules saying that it student discounts are not allowed anymore, I simply said okay bought my stuff and left, I went to another autozone store in the same city and they were happy to offer me the discount and said that there no such rules. Now I visited the store again and wanted to charge my battery that has been sitting for a long time and she refused to charge it because the tester said the battery was bad (of course it will say it s bad, it s been sitting for 6 months now), I called another location and I explained the situation and they were happy to help and simply said yeah we will charge you for you as long as it doesn t have a bad cell, which it doesn t. And I hope this will be taken into consideration and they reflect on the staff training. Other employees there are amazing and I never had any problems with them.

Went here today for the third time to replace low beam headlights. When I asked if one of the guys could assist they said they didn't know how. Odessa (hope that's the correct spelling) stepped in and said she could help. Not only did she help me - successfully -but I was so taken back by her young age, her kindness and her knowledge when it came to changing the headlights. She is one of the biggest sweethearts I've meant, she really impressed me with her willingness to help, her happiness when she approached me and her big heart. Huge thank-you for the over and beyond customer service!! She touched my heart today.

One store is open 24hrs, being sent there by other stores that didn't have the necessary part I needed. 70 miles, to find some genius elected to buff floors for four hours, yes closed for four hours at a time it was the only store open.This is truly what Autozone has become, when it's this bad, you know the doors will be permanently closed soon.

The people that work at this location are very nice and helpful. But if you need a part from their distribution center, don't rely on getting it when promised. Ordered part I really needed on Friday, assured me it would be in first thing Saturday morning. When I returned late Saturday morning, I was informed it would be in there last delivery at around 2:30. I called later to see if it came in, but they couldn't find it. I came in on Sunday, to see if it could be located. They informed me the part hadn't arrived, the person helping me called someone on the phone and assured her that the part would be to their location first thing in the morning. I came in on Monday morning, the person that helped me said the warehouse indicates it has 2 on hand, but had not shipped any to the store.Again, nice people who work there. I wasted the weekend trusting I would get the part. If you need something and they don't have on hand, be advised if you order it, you might not get it as promised, over and over again.I asked for a refund and am on my way to find somewhere else.

I needed a battery replacement and Colton was extremely helpful with the process. He was very friendly and he not only did the replacement for me but he also thoroughly cleaned off the corrosion from the terminals. Great customer service.
