My check engine light came on so I called to see if they can check it out. They took me the same day. Called about everything that was found and let me know the price before doing the work. I'm glad they took care of me and my care. Will recommend

Sam (the tow truck driver) literally saved us from being stuck on the side of a freeway. We had nobody to come pick us up because we were coming back from the airport, we lived two hours away. He did everything in his power to make sure we were not stranded on the side of the road. Genuinely amazing service and appreciate Sam and Allen s soo much.

Since I m not able to respond to the comments issued my Allen s Auto I will make yet another review stating that we had sit down meeting with Allen and all employees going over the issues with our 65 mustang, after the front desk being unable to provide any proof of the so called recommended repairs that were denied Allen offered to have the vehicle towed back to the shop free of charge which they seem to expect praise for after breaking down 3 times leaving their shop and that he would personally look the vehicle over and let us know what s needed and work with us in cost, we received a call while out of town stating they could put a bandaid fix for 1,500 or rebuild the entire engine for grand total of 6,500 after already spending 8,000. We denied to pay them another 6,500 and asked to meet with Allen again as he stated in our previous meeting we would figure out a refund if we were unable to come to an agreement but was told he was also out of town and would call me the following Monday, it is now Thursday and no call. I call Allen s and they claim he s still out of town unfortunately, at this point it looks like our only course of action will now involve the courts.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Michael is the reason for this 2 star review. He tried to strong arm my wife into fixing a timing belt on a car without even looking at the mechanical damage that could have been caused. After I spoke with him and asked for a borescope to at least assess physical damage, he outright refused. His exact words were "The only way to diagnose it further is to do the work of replacing the belt." I asked if any of the money would be refundable had it not fixed the problem and he said not really. So this means we be out around a $1000 just for them to tell us the motor is bad. Well, we had it towed across town and after $100 dollers in diag, we quickly discovered catastrophic engine damage. That's right, $100. If my wife had said yes then we would be out a $1000 and then had to pay thousands more for a new motor on top. Shame on you Michael. The only reason this is a 2 star and not a one star is because Thomas was wonderful on the phone.

After being promised a refund from the owner of Allen s Auto if we were unable to come to an agreement for them to get my 65 mustang running since it was running when it was dropped off, I have attempted to contact the owner 4 weeks in a row now to begin this process and have been told every time I ve called that the owner is unavailable and will be calling me by the following Monday and still no response from the owner. I ve tried to resolve the said issue with the merchant in which they seem to have no desire to make things right.

I own a 2001 Audi that was giving me some problems about a year or two ago. I had no idea at the time that I bought my car just how expensive it was to maintenance the vehicle when things went wrong. The car continued to get worse and with my busy life at the time, I continued to drive it u til it literally didn't drive anymore. I left it sitting for another year until I got back on my feet enough to take it to a shop. The shop I found nearby was Allen's and I was very grateful for finding them. Sal was very upfront and honest with me from the beginning to the end and although I did not have my vehicle serviced here, I will definitely trust them for the care of any future cars I may own. They were very fast and thorough when going over it to find it's problems. Highly recommend these guys for anyone who needs to get some auto work done.

We were traveling across the country and had car troubles. Allen's worked with us to get us on the road quickly, knowing that we were on a rigid time table. They were able to repair the car within hrs and the price was reasonable. I recommend Allen's as they were quick, upfront, and reasonably priced. Dropped my Mustang off for an oil change as well as transmission fluid change. Thomas was very professional and courteous in person. The price was fair, and I got my car back within the timeline estimated. I would recommend to anyone needing to have auto repair work done.

I have been bringing my BWM 550i to Allen's for all my maintenance and repairs. Thomas is a great guy and they have fair pricing. More importantly dealership level service and craftmanship. I love Allen's, I wont go anywhere else. Not only are they super friendly they are very knowledgeable. I knew when I dropped my car off it was in the best place to be worked on. Now I have my car back and it feels brand new. They replaced my clutch and intake manifold for me and for a great price. If you need anything done Allen's should be your first stop. Its definitely mine.

First time here, and I was very satisfied with the service. Brought my truck for a water pump replacement. I was greeted by Tom he was very courteous and friendly. He gave me a quote and time estimate, left the truck and went home . About an hour later he called said they were starting work on truck but notice a couple of issues, one, that I had a leak coming from the thermostat housing. And second that it appeared that the radiator had coolant on one of the side tanks but couldn't tell if it was crackedSaid he would recommend replacing them . Or I could take care of it later. No pressure from him. I decided to replace the thermostat and wait on the radiator since he wasn't sure if in fact it was leaking. If felt Tom was honest and wasn't to eager in up selling me things I didn't need. He returned my vehicle as promised in the time frame. Oh one thing I almost forgot, when he explained the two other issues he ask me to come see for myself. I am satisfied with the customer service and repair service offered here. The price was fair. I will definitely recommend and continue having more services done here. Tom and staff keep up the good work..

Recently We had had damage to our truck due to a mouse. We didn t know about Allen s and got it fixed elsewhere for a fortune.We were concerned the mouse might be back to cause more damage and someone told us about called Allen s. I called and they told us they could squeeze us in that day. They did a thorough inspection of the car and thankfully didn t find anything. Their hourly price was reasonable and, in the end, they didn t even charge us.We will definitely come back to them if we have any other car maintenance or car repair needs.

My girlfriend and I stopped into Allen's Auto at the end of May to get the radiator flushed in our camper. They took us right in, and gave us an estimate of the cost, and took the RV right in to get serviced. While waiting, they periodically gave us updates as to where they were in the process, and even brought me into the shop to show me a couple of other smaller items under the chassis that I should keep an eye on. Overall we were very pleased with the whole process, with the cost being exactly what they had said in the beginning, and everyone being very friendly and easy to work with. Highly Recommended!!

Great experience here. Employees seem honest and go to great lengths to tell the customer exactly what services are needed and what they cost. They offered to swap out generic antifreeze for the Honda but I opted for the honda which probably costs 4x as much. Although very busy they completed my service in a timely manner. Fun to talk to about car stuff as well

They were awesome! They got us in immediately with an emergency, Thomas was super nice and friendly. We didn't feel like they were trying to cheat us at all and worked until we were on the road again. One of the workers even offered to give us a ride to wherever we needed to go while we were waiting.

Mike and his crew did all they could to keep our expenses down, but when it was determined the transmission had to be replaced on my F-150, they did it in the time line they said it would take and with in the dollars they quoted us. I highly recommend Mike and his crew, they do what they say they will will do, and when they say they will do it. They are also great communicators, they return calls in a timely manner.Services: Transmission, A/C installation & repair

They took me in right away without appointment for an oil change. All other places required appointments or drop offs. The person that took care of my vehicle was very polite and courteous. They even topped off my other fluids. I would definitely come back for more oil changes in the future.

I am very impressed with kindness and customer service I received from this shop. I went in because my car window would not roll up, which is not ideal with Arizona summer upon us. They were able to figure out the part I needed to replace, and it was going to cost me a pretty penny (on a teachers salary). Sal called back an hour later and said he found the part- used, for half the price, but it would take a few days to arrive. Knowing I was headed out of town for the weekend they put in the part for me to borrow until my replacement came! I can't believe the trust and kindness Sal and the whole Allen's team gave me. I feel that it's also worth mentioning my check engine light is on for a repair I know I can't replace until summer when I have money saved and I never felt pressured to take care of it now. Very genuine people. I will absolutely return and refer my friends and family to Allen's!

Went in today to get my coolant flush. Sal was amazing! He answered all my questions and addressed all my needs. My car service was done in no time. More affordable and personal than going to Mini. I will be returning to get my AC fixed. Forever customer!

They inspected my car and told me I needed a few things, getting low on the brake pads, oil pan gasket, brake fluid flush, and struts. Well, I had the struts done 8 months prior. So, I took my car to another shop and they told me all the same stuff minus the struts. I had them double check the struts and they said they're fine, no leaks or anything. The people at Allen's were very nice and professional, but the trust is gone!But, let me guess."This is not typical of our company or our employees and we will be taking your complaint seriously. We re sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with our services."

Do not bring your vehicles to this shop!! I brought my van in with an issue and theydiagnosed it as needing new camshaft and crankshaft sensors. Spent $500 only to leave and have the same issue within days. Took it back several times only to have them "fix" it and the same thing would happen again. Then they wanted to charge $110 to rediagnose what the problem could be. I made the mistake of taking another vehicle in with the check engine light on. They said it needed a valve adjustment and ignition coils changed. They did the work ($1500) and check engine light is off. Only now there are 2 more lights on that were not on when i took it in. They say its a coincidence and they did not cause it.. So i went in with 1 light on and came out with 2 on. And it will only cost $250 for them to go in and check what the problem could be. Took my 2009 Silverado in for headlamp replacement and oil change. In and out in 30 minutes. Tom is professional and very customer service oriented. Provided the estimate in writing prior to the work and showed me the part that was replaced. Excellent service. Will go back to Allen's when I need service.

In this age of business driven reviews I felt that this shop honestly went the extra mile to provide excellent service and beyond.
