I drive a newer Dodge Challenger and I baby it. It was my dream car, so when it needs work, I don t like handing off the keys to just any lousy shop.These guys operate with full transparency and integrity. Even for basic oil changes, they will send you a visual walkthrough of their inspection. They will recommend services your car needs and back it up with photo proof, so you know they aren t just trying to upsell you on unnecessary repairs.

Fantastic friendly service! When my brake pad warning light came on during a business trip to Phoenix, I was referred to All Valley Car Care by my friend Jay . They did a full inspection of my car and found that not only were my brakes shot but my water pump was leaking as well. They completed all repairs in less than 48 hours and followed up with me the next day (and a few weeks after) to make sure I was completely satisfied. Great group of guys!!! (and I loved the abundant supply of hard candy in the lobby)

After 30 years of working in the auto industry as a ASE certified technician, I retired. I have worked for over 15 years at a local Buick dealership in Peoria AZ.In all my time working on people's vehicles I always had the mindset that I was working on a vehicle that belonged to family! I would go the extra mile to confirm diagnosis and proper repair. (You don't want p*ss off family).I recently took my daughter's 08 Ford Escape with almost 200,000 miles on it to have both lower control arms replaced. The guys at All Valley were excellent to deal with. Mark gave me a fair price for the repair and it was done as quoted. I'm very happy to have found All Valley Car Care, they have become my choice for service work in the future because they treat you like family.

We had a great experience here with our Jeep Patriot. The diagnosed the problem, gave and estimate and provided a finish time. All of the information was correct and the car was done on-time as promised. Great communication throughout the process we will definitely use them again!

Brought my wife's BMW X5 to have it inspected for a sagging rear suspension. Mark the manager diagnosed it right away and gave me the breakdown. Rear air bag was ruptured along with some other major suspension issues. Anyhow, I was quoted a price that was alot less then had I taken it to a dealer. Mark and his team had it ready to go the following day. Not to mention I have a life long warranty on the parts. Great shop that services all types of vehicles at a reasonable price!

Mark and Chris are very professional and explained everything what is wrong with car. Mark give you an estimate for work what need be done, than you don t have any surprises. I highly recommend them for any type of car problems. They are honest and affordable

The literally rebuilt the inner workings of my car. Its a 98' BMW 740i, that had a blow engine, and a host of other maladies. I figured the work would take WEEKS.. nope... about 6 days! Mark communicated with me throughout the process. The car runs like new!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I went to Brakes Plus about two weeks ago and they told me I needed new shocks/struts which would have cost me $1300-$2000. I started calling around for pricing and then I spoke with Mark who advised to get a second opinion because my car is a 2016 Toyota Prius C. He explained that my car shouldn't need new shocks/struts since it's no that hold. I took my car to Mark at All Valley and he called me and stated that my Prius didn't need Shocks/struts. I saved $2000 due to Mark and his mechanic's honesty. I was due for a fuel injection service and I am going to bring my car to All Valley in Surprise

I am new to the area and in July 2023 my 2001 JEEP Wrangler Air Conditioning was not performing. I scanned the internet and picked All-Valley Suprise to resolve my issue. I spoke with Mark on the phone and he said to "come right in". My AC issues were diagnosed and repaired to my satisfaction and expectations.I was impressed by their diagnostic know-how so in October I took them my 2014 Silverado 3500 Duramax to diagnose a suspected issue with the Exhaust Brake. After a day of testing and checking it was determined there was no issue, which has since been confirmed.In January 2024 I took my used and abused 2001 Wrangler back to fix a suspected failing water pump and diagnose "other " water and oil leaks.They replaced the water pump and notified me the source of several oil leaks had been determined and that my clutch was making strange noises. I approved all issues and the work was done to my satisfaction, with only one do-over.Last week I noticed two more water leaks and Mark said to bring it right in. His team jumped on my Jeep found the issues and again resolved them to my satisfaction. They are my go to guys for my Jeep and my Duramax truck.

Let me tell you, I was having THE WORST day and of course my car battery decided to COMPLETELY die! One of my coworkers recommended that I have it towed to All Valley Car Care and I m so glad she did! It was not only WAY cheaper than the dealerships but the gentleman, Richard, was so nice and got me hooked up with a new battery. He was super fast so I was able to get my car back quickly but also helped me identify some other issues and gave me a super reasonable quote to have those fixed in the future. I will only do my car care from now on with Richard at All Valley Car Care!Service: Auto battery replacement

I had never heard of this place until it was an emergency and I needed a tow. We hit the jackpot and will forever be a customer here! From the second my car arrived on a tow truck the communication was excellent. We were kept informed every step of the way by the kind staff member Richard. We felt the cost was fair and the diagnostics were wow, nothing short of amazing and included photos. The shop is very clean and organized and ohhhhhh they actually checked up on us to make sure we were happy with the service!! It s sad for the employees at All Valley Car Care that the business out front (Goodyear) isn t forced to clean up.

I broke down outside of Phoenix and they were able to fix my alternator and belt all under 3 hours. They even were nice enough to stay after closing. Great people and great service.

Never had a problem they couldn't fix. Trust me, with two older cars you will get some problems. They will do a car check where they will send you a report and pictures of the issues. Not everything might need to get fixed, but it's good to know what your car looks like under the hood. Very helpful, I've never seen another company do this. We have been going here for years and always recommend. We don't live in Surprise anymore but we still take our cars there. Highly recommend.

I have been bringing my family cars to these guys for a few years now and they are the BEST. We started going to them when a dealer quoted over $3K of work to get my daughter's car running again and they did it for about half the amount. These guys are honest about the work that is needed immediately and if there are things you may need to budget for in the future.They provide complete reports, explanations and quick turn around. Communication is top notch.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

I would like to preference this review I am from Norfolk VA and I called the right number and placed alot of faith in All Vally. While driving back from Las Vegas just on the other side of the state line my jeep pissed all of its coolent out the top of the engine. I contacted AAA and they towed me to their service station in Phoenix AZ, getting to that location they were already shutting down for the evening and I had to return in the morning. When I went back they told me they were going to look at my vehicle that day but would not be able to do the repairs until later that week and I needed to be back on the east coast by Monday evening...it was Saturday.the guy at AAA gave me two places two call searching them up I called the first one and called All Vally, Mike answered the phone and I called the wrong shop but I needed my car fixed he gave me a quote for a repair I thought was the problem and said he could get it fixed that day. I got towed in and within an hour the mechanic had looked at what I thought was the issue and that part was fine but he found the actual problem. Mike came back to me and my friend sitting in the waiting room told me the problem and what the new quote was, I was pissed but not at them or the price since they also said they could still get it done that day. After the part arrived and was installed it was 6:30-7:00pm the car started and my friend and I were back on the road the car got us to Mount Pleasant TX by the next afternoon, only stopping for gas when needed and stopping for lunch with a friend for two hours. From there Mount pleasant TX to Norfolk Va the car ran flawlessly for near 35 hours not stop until I was home, and is still running smoothly. Mike thank you and your staff for getting me back on the road, if I ever find myself in Phoenix again with car problems your the first place I'm calling.

Took my Sequioa in for some maintenance and these guys squared me away. Work was done in a timely manner. I feel like I'm always given honest feedback and options for my car repairs. I will be back in the future and I would recommend.

My man Mike. This place was a real gem. My Jeep stopped starting unexpectedly and everyone around town was fairly expensive. I was driving a neighbors vehicle when I saw a car with their logo on it drive past. I took the number down and called. They reassured me I could have my Jeep towed there and they kept me posted every step of the way. I truly had zero issues with them and I never felt rushed nor nickled and dimed. Really appreciate them and I will be taking my Jeep there for routine maintenance going forth!

One of the worst experiences ever at this place. If you want your car taken care of correctly definitely suggest not going here. Management is some of the worst to deal with, never met someone so hard to deal with in my life. If I could give 0 starts I definitely would they don t even deserve 1 star.

All Valley replaced and repaired my emission control system on my 1995 car with excellence and expediency so that I could renew my license on time. They have done a lot of work on this old car and it runs better than new. I was very pleased with everything. I went for an oil change and had them look over the car to see if everything was OK. Before they started they had taken pictures of everything they looked at and sent it to my email. Then they told me I needed new battery, new brakes, new windshield wipers. As a women driver you don't know if they were taking advantage of you. They told me exactly why I needed it done. Customer service was above and beyond. Will be taking my car there from now on. So nice!

Being that this family owned company stands by their work, they fixed a couple minor leaks and helped me with other parts of my vehicle that needed maintenance and/or replacing. They were honest, helpful, and overall fantastic! They have since checked on my vehicle a couple times to ensure that it is working properly. They treated me well and I felt their prices were fair and comparable for all the work they did. I highly recommend them!

From the moment I pulled in, to the moment I left, the folks at All Valley were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I was assisted immediately and they were fortunately able to complete the (near emergency) repair on the spot while I waited in a quiet, comfortable waiting room.
