Long story on how I had to use the AAA Surprise Repair Center, Rather than go into details I'll give you the positive parts. First of all Joe Padilla did a fantastic job on helping me and getting my car fixed. Also, Richard the repair center manager is also to be commended on his caring and knowledge.

I love the fact that no matter how silly my questions seem, they treat them and me as if they are the most important questions they have had all day. Explain, the cost and reason for the work.Joe, always greets me and is ready for my concerns.The lobby is clean and the van that takes me home and picks me up, I call it my chariot and the very nice lady driver treats me like the queen of the chariot :) LOL makes my day!!

Both of my visits were outstanding. Service was performed as promised. Courtesy ride to & from AAA was very much appreciated. Joe & staff were very pleasant and cost was reasonable!

Took vehicle in for diagnostic for check engine light. Thermostat leaking. Allowed them to replace thermostat and replace worn engine mount. Next oil change (6 months later)was told thermostat was leaking. AAA told me to bring it in right away. Said it was residual from the original repair, and my wife drove to Washington where vehicle overheated. The bleeder valve was a little stripped. Upon getting back home I took it back in and they told me it was leaking. Now, they can t warranty the repair because it s out of warranty.Sad. Sad. I will never return and would advise others to stay away.

Great place. Friendly folks. The Auto Shop was very clean and very impressive. Nice Clean waiting area to wait for your vehicle and very close to my home in Surprise Arizona.

They always take good care of my vehicle. Always prompt n even didn't charge me to fix a rattling muffler! I'm not going anywhere else. AAA is a name you can trust. Mike is great!

I needed some quick repairs on my car as it died and needed to be towed somewhere to get it running again. I was recommended this facility to get my car back on the road.They were able to get the car in for the diagnostic same day. Repairs were able to be done within a day. I had my car back within 24 hours and I could not be happier. They were not pushy with the other recommendations. They let me know what else was needed, but allowed me to just take note of them for future budgeted repairs.I will be going back for all my auto needs going forward.Services: Electrical, Engine repair, Oil change

RICHARD WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME FIX MY CAR AND DID IT ALL SO PROMT AND PROFESIONAL AND WAS SO HAPPY TO HELP ME AND MADE SURE I GOT HOME AND BACK TO THE SHOP AND THE SHUTTLE DRIVER SHE WAS SO NICE AND MADE MY RIDE COMFORTABLE....I WILL BE USING THEM FROM NOW ON ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY WARRANTY THIER WORK

AAA was recommended by 2 friends who use the central Phoenix location. I took my vehicle to the Surprise location, and OMG, they were horrible. The older guy at the counter had zero patience. 3 people came in with complaints about the work done on their vehicles while I was waiting for an estimate to replace my brake pads. BTW, the estimate was 980.00, and I had a previous estimate from Edmunds Auto Repair for 660.00. Needless to say, I went back to Edmunds who are awesome! AAA charged me 51.00 to give me an estimate. Never going back there!Service: Brakes

I was amazed at the honesty and professionalism I was treated with at this very special auto shop . Mike was an Angel . He was extremely busy but never once ignored a call from me with a question or concern . Always polite . Every time . The car runs amazing . It s like a new car . My grandson even said to me while riding in It for the first time How come the car is riding so good Nana?? we could all feel it . My daughter included. I felt badly he missed a call from his wife the day he was so very busy trying to help everyone including us . I want his family to know as well as everyone reading this review that Mike saved my grandson , daughter and myself that day from continuing to be in a very dangerous position that could have lead to us being stranded in the desert while traveling . Mike is a stand up guy and I recommend the entire team to all .He told me the parts that I needed and he told me the parts that I did not need .We thank him from the bottom of our hearts .. our entire family is grateful to this man and this shop.

Great new facility. Very pleasant people. I needed to check to see if my battery was in need of replacement. I arrived without an appointment and they took me right away. Explained that my battery was indeed needing replacing and they did right then and there. Can't hardly get that kind of service these days. Thanks AAA.

We bought the battery for our Honda Accord through AAA just over 3 years ago so the replacement warranty period was over; however, the cost to replace was prorated so we still saved a considerable amount of money. Even if we did need to pay the full price, it was considerably cheaper than the dealership that only offers a one-year warranty.They took the car in right away and got it back to us so we could leave my car there to have both batteries replaced. Not only was my car completed sooner than promised but they also filled my wiper fluid because because they noticed the alert. I saved over $300 going to them instead of the dealership and they gave me an appointment much sooner than the dealership.Customer service was great, we will definitely be back!Service: Auto battery replacement

I took my truck to the Toyota dealership since I had a warning light come, and it's under warranty. Toyota said with its miles and warning light it's just an oil change and tire rotation needed. They stated all freebies had been used already (I bought the truck used- I hadn't used the freebies, didnt count) quoted me $139. I immediately said....No, thank you being a AAA member I'll get a discount. I called AAA, and they could get me in within the hour. The staff is always friendly but very helpful. They don't talk down to you, they explain everything before they take the vehicle and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg!!!! Thank you, AAA, for always taking care of me and my vehicles!!

Been a customer of AAA Roadside for a few years now. Only needed roadside assistance once and they were there within 20 minutes after my call. Had my flat tire off and spare on in record time. So when I needed an oil change I used their newly opened store in Surprise, AZ. In and out within a half hour. Also received a discount with my AAA membership. Quick turn around, nice staff and money in my pocket was OK by me.

We had a long tow to the AAA garage. It took a while to diagnose our problem. They stayed strong on our "case"until they found the answers. We are so thankful for their professional manner and fantastic service!

I recently submitted a review for AAA Surprise, AZ. That review was very positive. However, it appears that all reviews are either not published or take exceptional time to publish. The original issue was a "mystery" regarding tire pressure, which wasn't identified until after I submitted my review. Hence, here's the rest of the issue and subsequent AAA service. On recognizing the issue wasn't just low pressure and the impossibility of simply going to a "gas station" (the difficultilies are explained in my original review). So I again returned to AAA Service, Surprise AZ. After a few minutes the technician diagnosed the problem - a defective valve stem and to continue to add to the satisfaction of my original visit - no charge for a replacement!!! Thank you Mr. Blake and also to your outstanding Service Technicians. I'm sure they are just as qualified to service more complex and technical issues.Joe KonienckiService: Tires

During a routine oil change at this new AAA location, Michael alerted me to several items that needed my attention on my car. He took the time to take me out to the car while it was up in the air and pointed out exactly what was needed and what could wait. The inspection had actual photos of the damaged parts which certainly helps. These guys were not pushy like other shops I ve been to. I definitely will return in the future.

I wanted so bad to give this morning s experience the Five Star s it deserves but unfortunately there was something minor in the past. Since you can only review a place once I had to leave just that little room. Anyway, we are a couple that like to give credit when credit is due. With that said I want to say that AAA was there for my wife and I this morning (Monday mornings are crazy enough). My wife s battery was dead when she went out this morning and since she had to be at work by 1:00 this afternoon there was not a lot of time. So as uncomfortable as we felt reaching back out for AAA to help time was a factor. My wife was on the phone waiting to setup a AAA tow when I placed a call to Ken the manager at the shop regarding the sense of urgency of the situation. When I mentioned to Ken that we are not far from the garage, and I felt that if we got her a jump start and gave the alternator some time to get a little charge to the battery, I thought she could make it there without a tow. Ken told me to have her hang up with the AAA Tow division and to give Mike our address. Mike sent someone immediately with a jump box to get it started. My wife made her way to the AAA garage and within 30 minutes they had replaced the battery and the cost was as I had expected from prior experience with it. Soooo, long story short within a little over an hour of first contact with Ken, my wife s car was jump started, taken to the garage, battery (apparently in stock) changed, and she was back in time to eat lunch and get to work on time.Nobody likes it when they have car trouble and must put out unexpected money. Coming from the automotive repair industry myself I understand that garages are meeting people at an unpleasant time. So, it s the job of the front line/office people to be the middle person between an already distressed customer and the mechanics in the back, not always an easy job. I just wanted to post that Ken held no hard feeling regarding the past situation and they were there for us when we needed them on a Monday morning.Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Battery

Service Advisor MICHAEL PACKARD and his staff were EXCELLENT - Michael went above and beyond to assist us and provided outstanding customer service. We are VERY pleased with the entire service at this new location [ 13020 W Bell Rd in Surprise, AZ ] and will continue to take our vehicles here for service and will recommend this location to others. Have been going here for some time now they service all my gas vehicles. Prices for service good repairs reasonable they stand behind their parts and labor staff friendly and explain in detail the repair

I had my 06 mustang dropped off after it over heated, they said they ran a full diagnostic and found nothing wrong, charged me 126. It overheated again and I brought it to a different mechanic, and they said the radiator hose was visibly bad, and had AAA even bothered to put it on a lift, they would have seen that. They completely ripped me off, and lied to my face. Auto Dynamics switched the hose, and it hasn't overheated since.

I tried to get an appointment to have my truck repaired for a simple job. They said I couldn't get in for 3 days. If I was having it towed which I was, AAA wouldn't even make an appointment hence I couldn't even get a defined time. I ended fixing it myself with the help of a neighbor.
