Don't let the lady on the phone fool you. The company stole $555 after I paid for a tow they didn't perform. The woman had a completely different story on Friday when I called to let them know I didn't need them. She complained that I gave her incorrect directions and she and the driver were "trudging through mud" to find me. They never came to where I was stuck and I did not see them on my way out. The lady is mad and has decided that because they can't listen to directions, my money should cover it. Except I have never even seen these guys. Stay away or somehow they will make up a story to keep your money for nothing.

Our truck broke down on the side of the freeway while towing our 5th wheel trailer. Camel Towing came to the rescue and got us off the freeway safely. They towed our truck over 100 miles to a repair shop in Flagstaff AND they offered to let us leave our trailer in their secured yard while our vehicle was being fixed. These people are awesome! This guy helped us amazingly fast. An awesome dude. And... on Thanksgiving Day. With the help of Uhaul customer service.Love the name of the business too. He gave me a camel towing t shirt to wear at night or whenever, and a business card. He showed up and was done before we exited Loves.Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

Bailed us out after a uhaul tire blew, saved us about 2 hrs by stopping then arranged uhaul to assign our case to them. Met us in town and changed a poor tred tire as well- awesome guys & service + shirts to go with it!

We needed to be towed (F250 and 5th wheel)-Firstly the gentleman that answered the phone was rude, saying he couldn t listen to me, and for us to speak to his secretary . We called back when our reception was better to explain our situation. We were told $175 to pull us out. Ok, makes sense right? No- they came unprepared to pull out over 13k in weight, AND also needed to use my truck as a stationary hold? So we helped to tow ourselves out-lucky us. They then told us to get the trailer out would take an additional $200. Be careful! Go elsewhere where they have more than 20 good reviews.Services: Special vehicle towing, Local hauling

We broke down on the side of the highway 2 miles from Sun Valley. John stopped to see if he could help. He got us off the highway and into a campground 2 miles away. We ordered our new parts and John came back to the campground and repaired our RV. So glad he stopped. Excellent service!!

At first they are very friendly but once they have your car and your out of town things change. They had my K5 blazer for 6 months never fixed it and had been paid in full his son in law Jace started ducking my calls. I go to jail Jace don't respond to my family calls . Now that I'm out they will not give me my truck back. Camel Towing is saying I need to pay 15 dollars a day storage fee but the way I see it if they fixed my truck like they was supposed to and not take over 6 months we would not have this problem! I guess they never planned to give it back in the first place they are con men!!!

Highly recommend this company! They had all the right equipment to get our truck and fifth wheel off the side of the road. Fast and curious serve, along with referrals on how and get our vehicle's fixed. 100% customer satisfaction!

Had a Catastrophic Vehicle Emergency and was Stranded. Me not being from around the area, I called other Towing companies but no Help until I called CAMEL TOWING. Awesome & QUICK service! Professional & Prepared. Give Camel Towing a call FIRST.

John came through with no other towing company near New Mexico or Arizona would highly recommended best towing company I've ever metsaved me and my son from the highway after waiting for hours for two other cook towing companies that didn't even try
