5 stars says it all. Jim and staff are so knowledgeable, honest, and set appointment days and time for repair based on years of repair experience. Plan your repairs if you can for a week out, though sometimes he can take you the same day if not a big job.

These guys are the best! Took my car in to get an alignment at another shop, I was quoted for multiple repairs and told I couldn't do an alignment until they fixed the list. Something wasn't right, so I brought it to United for a second opinion. They told me to save my money, that the items listed by the other shop were not needed to be replaced and that I should proceed with the alignment. Honest and reliable! I came here before, and I will be coming back again! Thanks for the help!

Only the third auto mechanic I have fully trusted during my life! Saved me hundreds of dollars when I went to them for a second opinion on a list if items another shop said I needed. I have two friends and a neighbor that have complete trust in united car care. I took my truck in today for the first time. They serviced it and checked out a few things I had concerns about. I picked it up about noon. They were really thorough and Jim answered all my questions. It was a pleasure doing business with them.Glenn

Took our Jeep back to Jim and his mechanics after it began stalling while driving. Within a day, we had the solution. The parts had to be ordered, but within a few days, we had it back and it's running perfectly. The fee was reasonable too. This is just one of the experiences with this auto shop. They are very knowledgeable and honest and we're always satisfied with the service and fees. We trust these guys to get it right, and they always do! Thank you Jim and staff!

My favorite place to take my car. They spent so much time and love into my car, no matter the problem. I had a problem with the fuse box, and they were so dedicated to fixing it although the parts no longer existed, they spent an entire month working on it daily. The used fixed it and reworked it to perfection with parts that originally didn t even fit the car. I ll never take my car anywhere else

Like the lady who was given a quart of oil with a message to pay it forward, I had a similar experience a few years ago. My neighbor recommended I give United Car Care a try, so I stopped by because I had a light bulb (in a hard to reach place) that needed to be replaced. I did not have an appointment, but Jim took care of it promptly and didn't charge me. I never forgot that simple act of "good business" and as a result, they got a new customer. I've always had great service. I've trusted their explanations when something needed to be repaired or replaced and as a result, I have no need to go looking for another mechanic.

Jim has been my mom's mechanic for years and she has always had complete faith and trust in him. I had a similar great experience. I will continue to take my car to him and would recommend and encourage all to do the same!

United Car Care is a Neighborhood garage to handle your everyday needs to care for your car or truck and keep it in good condition. The people are courteous and ready to help when you have an emergency. Like a dead battery or flat tire. I'm relatively new to the Sun City area and I needed a place to stop by and have some air put in my tires. Or have a routine oil change. This is the place I was looking for. Stop by and introduce yourself to the people who are ready to make your day better. And, the prices are reasonable.

I have been taking our vehicles to Jimmy at United Car Care for the 8 years we have lived in Sun City. He is the absolute best and he totally understands the meaning of customer service. I trust him completely and if he says my car needs something, I know without a shadow of doubt that I had better get it cared for. His prices are always fair and he is well known in Sun City for his "no charge" for helping out any customer with a quick need that just calls for his expertise or a little bit of his time. What a great business model - and what a great guy!!

United Car Care is the *only* place you should be taking your car for service of any kind. Jim and his team are professional and honest, and they do highest-quality work. His estimates are accurate, and the work is done quickly, accurately, and on time.I've been taking my car to United for 10 years for maintenance and repairs and I refuse to take it anywhere else. So if you need work done on your car, take it to United.

Oil change and tire rotation. They did their job. This place is where you go to get your car fixed, and they do it right. They don't try to get you to purchase things you don't need Just to make more money. The owner Jim is my age and he's been there for 30 years doing the same thing fixing people's cars and doing it right !
