Damaged my vehicle in February and after almost getting into a physical confrontation with the owner he admitted they damaged my car after reviewing the photo. Owner refused to come out and apologize. Promised to repair my damage that they caused and have not heard back since. Vinny and Junior have both refused to return my calls. I ve spoken to Vinny about this and he refuses to return my calls since then. This place is a a joke and has terrible, terrible service.

I didn t know places like this still existed. A locally owned and operated family business that provides excellent service at a most excellent price. Not to mention how fast they got everything done.I am forever bringing my vehicle and any future vehicles here and recommending everyone else do the same.I d give them more stars if I could.

Scott is amazing friend of mine and he fixed my car and it is back to normal and it was so much cheaper the Christian Brothers Auto shop. He didn't want tons of money and he was honest and let me know needs to be done and not a whole lot of other stuff to rip people off. Truthful a d honest. Cheaper too. I was told by another garage that my alternator was out which would have been $750 to 950 to repair. I took it to Greenway Family Auto they checked out my electrical system it was only the battery which they had and installed for a very reasonable fee and save me approximately $700. Very friendly and honest! I would definitely recommend!

Greenway family Auto fixed my 2016 VW Jetta AC after I took it to 2 other mechanic shops who weren't able to fix it not knowing exactly what the problem was. I was extremely happy with the price and the work that Greenway did. Great customer service as well.

My car was towed and when I went to pay they refused to give me my vehicle because according to them they only take cash. I ended up losing my vehicle and my job because of this company. Come to find out it's illegal in Arizona for towing company s to not offer a full range of payment methods, these people are scammers and are shady even for a towing companyService: Car towing

I was referred to this shop by my next door neighbor who has used them on several occasions. I can vouch for his recommendation as an honest shop that provides excellent service.They got backed up between when I called they day before and actually went to drop off the truck, so Scott let me know they were going to be delayed in getting to it and offered to read my computer code right away. He did and found what looked like a gas cap fault. Wham.He shook my hand and said if the code comes back on to bring it in but a new cap should do it. He was not only right, but refused to let me pay him for the diags. Incredible. You just don't see his kind of professional service anymore.A highly recommended and trusted business for sure.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My car was damaged when they towed it costing me 1,000. When it was brought to the owners or manager s attention they told me they would get back to me and never did. I will be filling a small claims court and getting my money back. They ve been rude and condescending when they are the ones in the wrong. They towed my car from my exs apartment when picking up my daughter from school. I was backed in and there are absolutely NO SIGNS. I have pictures, so don t go putting new signs and then saying they were always there. The complex used to pair with Kwik Tow and now they have changed to Greenway. In the middle of the day!?! Towed my car at 12 noon?! Wow. And let me add there are three other cars that are backed in that are still there as I make this post and they have not come back for them. This is complete HARASSMENT. They picked mine because they know I will come and get it and not leave it there. Bias and then. $200.00? Plus 35/day? For a parking spot during the day? And don t respond with the lease bull. The lease that I have has terms with Kwik Tow not Greenway. Period. GREAT family business. NOT.Service: Car towing

My car battery died accross the street in walgreens parking lot. I called Greenway Automotive and they they sent over a mechanic in five minutes . . jumped my car. . .I drove over . . they replaced my battery in under 20 minutes right before they closed for the day. . they were extremely kind, courteous and professional. I was so appreciative. They have a customer for life. Thank you !Service: Battery

I must say I like this place. I took my mother's car there for much needed repairs. I had one shop diagnose the issues and the fee's were way to high. A person recommended Greenway Family Auto shop so I called them and I read off the diagnosis from the other shop and with that information Greenway Family Auto shop was able to provide a fair estimate for me over the phone so I had my mom's vehicle taken to them and they got right on the repairs immediately and before they released the car over Scott reviewed the repairs and reviewed the necessary follow up. I have to admit I was a little leary after reading some of the reviews but honestly right from the moment I started speaking to Scott he put me at ease and assured me he could provide good quality service and he delivered. Your never gonna be able to please everyone and being rude to the people your reaching out to help you is just gonna get you the same treatment your giving them. So be nice and respectful of others it doesn't cost a thing and you will be walking out of that shop with a smile just like I did. I highly recommend this shop

Awesome Service! I am from out of state & they were highly recommended to me by family members I was visiting. Their prices are very reasonable & they don t try to sell you things you don t need. They could have taken advantage of me & my situation but they didn t. They even were willing to stay late to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. It is hard to find a business that you can trust & know will treat you fairly. I asked my family to pass on my positive experience to their friends. I really can t say enough about how great their service is. I am so glad they were recommended to me!!!

Scott has helped with servicing my car for 3 years, 2000 mustang. Service has always quick to fix, honest and very reasonable regarding cost. They go the extra mile for us. First time I have had a car towed but I have been around many tow truck drivers. And have observed not so friendly interactions. So that was what I was expecting. Nope I received very professional service. the guy was awesome and I would call Greenway myself for service. He Was careful with my camaro and put it on carefully and took it off carefully. Thank you.

Have been bringing my vehicle into Greenway Family for a while, and have always received great service, quick oil changes and not a low grade oil either. Hope they don't change like alot of places do, and I'll keep recommending them to anyone who will listen!

Took my car in last month for an oil change. 2012 Chevy Captiva, 69k miles. Along with my receipt for payment, attached was an estimate for repairs they said my car needed to the tune of $2672.00. Right CV axle seal (leaking), Lower control arm bushings bad, radiator hoses (soft&old), all motor mounts, & last but not least, Front brakes & rotors, (inner rotors very worn). I was skeptical, took my car for a second opinion to a good friend who rebuilds & restores antique vehicles. He put my car on his lift & checked EVERYTHING, including taking the tires off to visually inspect the pads & rotors. NOT ONE REPAIR ON THE ESTIMATE IS NEEDED!!!! Nothing leaking, motor mounts are sound & my rotors are smooth. Brake pads have another 25k miles left!!!!!!! BEWARE & SHAME ON GREENWAY FAMILY AUTO!!!!! Excellent service. They tell you truly what you need or what you don t need a lot less than a dealer because they have nowhere near the overhead of a dealer. Scott Is my service advisor Spot on follow up. They don t under quote you they don t over quote They are between 1 or 2% of theEstimate . They should change the company name to SPOT ON both on workmanship an estimate if I could give Scott six stars I would.Service: Transmission

Four years in a row when I had my oil changed on their special deal, they tried to scare me into thousands of dollars in repairs. Second opinions first three years said nothing was wrong. Fourth year a $1,500 "major leak" that made the car dangerous to drive was simply condensation that was fixed for $27 elsewhere, while they overlooked a rat's nest in the cabin filter! First time I heard the excuse that maybe they just wrote up scheduled maintenance, but I specifically asked after that and they said all work was needed immediately. 10,000 miles later, after being checked by United Car Care in Youngtown, I've had no trouble. Highly unethical and/or or incompetent. Either way they should be shut down.Service: Oil change

Pleasantly surprised! Greenway Family Auto Service had been referred to me by my neighbor; they completed the work I needed done in less time than I'd feared, let me know what I might want to address next and how soon, and charged less than I'd been dreading!!They have a customer for life, and I'll recommend them to family, friends, coworkers, and anyone else who'll listen!

I'm new to the area & needed the oil changed in my Lexus. This place was close to my home so I called for an appointment. I went a little before the appointed time & was greeted by name. Oil used is a synthetic blend so it costs more. Also the Lexus uses 6 quarts. Still the total was just over $20. I'm very pleased with the service.

I had to have my Hubby's old truck towed from Desert Hills to Black Canyon City. The driver, Tim, was so very careful. I have a handicap lift on the back and he was very careful that it didn't scrap on the ground, blocking up his tow truck to be sure everything went smoothly! I highly recommend them for towing. I will ask for Tim during the future. I have had my BMW towed and drivers were not as careful as Tim. Thanks so much !

This garage is reliable, friendly, and helpful. I really am happy I went there. No one likes car issues. But Scott is so easy to work with and explained everything to me before I decided to get my vehicle serviced there.I would definitely recommend this garage!!

I'd give them zero stars. Rude cashier that doesn't explain anything. Has you write your name, address and phone number down on an invoice (signed nothing). She said they will call you before they do anything. I get a call and one of the owners (Dom) says the repairs will be over $1400. I say don't do anything I'll come pick it up. I get there and there's a bill for $120. I ask for what? Their reply, everyone knows diagnostics aren't free. Their attitude was take or leave it. Let's see what the small claims court judge has to say. No signature, no invoice.

This is the kind of Mechanic shop you want to go to. They actually care about fixing your vehicles problem and not trying to sell you something. For example I have gone 3 times and they happily took a look at my older cars issues and they were extremely helpful and kept me informed. I recommend this shop.. it may cost you just a little more than going to some commercialized shop but I would personally pay for quality work and this place I can be glad to say I trust.. I hope you go yourself.. the proof will be in the experience.. God Bless folks..

I went through about 20 mechanics to find this amazing shop ran by a true blue straight shooter great prices great quality I let them manage my entire fleet of vehicles and they never disappoint
