Everyone at Fix Auto Sun City was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend them to everyone. They had my car completed by the date and called everyday giving updates on the progress. EVERYONE SHOULD GO AND USE THEM FOR ALL!! Mark, was beyond amazing and polite. It was the best experience I ve ever had.

I had body damage to my SUV and State Farm recommended Fix Auto. They estimated having my car 5 days. To my surprise, I received a call on day 2 giving me a status report on my car and then 2 days later. Now that s what I call good service. I got my car back on the fifth day and you can t even tell there was damage. Of course, I highly recommend Fix Auto.

I was really impressed with Fix Auto staff, professionalism and the excellent job they did repairing my Suburu. I had another estimate from my insurance s preferred shop. They totally missed that my headlight was also dented and would need to be replaced! They also worded with my schedule to repair and even deliver my vehicle!Thanks Fix Auto excellent job

Recently picked up my Chrysler Pacifica following damage to my rear door. The work was perfect; the color match of my metallic silver paint was perfect. Beyond that, I expected to make my first stop out of the shop to be the car wash because it had been outside while waiting for needed parts. Surprised! It looked if it had been detailed inside and out. It looked like I had just taken it off the showroom floor. That shows extra care. I will highly recommend this shop to anyone who asks. Fix auto did a great job repairing my truck! The insurance company quoted a fair amount of aftermarket parts which I wasn't super happy about but fix auto was able to push for mostly OEM I had to accept some aftermarket but all in all a great experience! They had the truck finished ahead of schedule I expected 8 days it took 5. They also fully detailed my truck including the undercarriage, wheel wells, and a full interior clean. And I work in construction so they had there work cut out for them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their truck or car repaired!Service: Body & Trim

Friendly, professional and quick. Repair work was excellent. The only negative was the final price was 25% higher than the estimate. The quote did say this was possible just like every other body shop we went to. The good news was even with the price increase they were $1000 lower than the other quotes we received. I can only guess how much we would have been charged if we went elsewhere.

Had my 2021 Honda Civic get repaired after an accident and Fix Auto did amazing! My car came out brand new and was worked on in a timely manner. They would call me frequently to give me updates about my vehicle. Would recommend 10/10!

This was very friendly and helpful business. Never had to make an insurance auto claim before. Helped me through the process and my car looks great. Definitely would use them again. Hopefully I won t have to though!

I had been in an accident which I was not at fault. It caused significant damage to the front and rear of my f250 and the most stressful part of the whole thing was trying to find a shop I could trust. Not only did I need a multitude of parts, but I was going to need extensive box repairs and paint to both ends. I decided on Fix Auto and I m eternally grateful. Eric overseen my service and he would update me on when the next large steps were being taken, when he would contact the less than useful insurance adjuster we we were stuck with, and was honest and trustworthy ( a rare find in service these days ). The girl at the front desk was very informative and very kind. Even my teenage daughter looked away from her phone upon pickup of the vehicle and commented on how kind hearted everyone working there was. If you are researching shops for your service or damage repair, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fix auto.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Didn't have the opportunity to get my car fixed here, but the staff was so sweet and so helpful. My car was crashed into, and I had no idea where to start. I found this place and the staff was so helpful and patient with me. I decided not to get my car fixed there because of the way the person who crashed my car handled it, but if for any reason I'm in need, I know where to go.

They lacked scheduling with the wrap company, took a while to get parts, delayed me picking it up, and sent me out the door with a dead car battery leaving me stranded! No accountability! My battery was new and fine before they touched the car and now it wont even charge and I am out over 300 bucks for a new battery. The mechanic referred me to file a claim against the body shop and apparently this is a common problem with all body shops

My car got totaled on a Thursday, insurance appraised it at the tow yard, sent it to Fix Auto, and by the next week I had all the documentation wrapped up. Thanks to Michael (and team) my emails were responded to within 15 minutes, calls returned in less than that. They contacted my insurance company on my behalf, sent copies of documentation to all parties, and just let me know the situation was well in hand.While my car is totaled and I won't get to see the repair work, if the method in which they provided estimates is any indication, I would be more than comfortable sending my car there.Subaru certified repairs and everything!

I ordered the parts painted the parts, and when I went in to get the parts installed, I was there 45 minutes they re fast efficient and very very professional. I would highly recommend them.
