Have been using AD for a few years and am always pleased with the service. They are consistent, timely and professional. Really appreciate the fact that Mark and Kevin are good at communicating work status. I have never had to wonder what was happening or how when I would get my vehicle!

We had never been here before, went to see if they could get our vehicle in for a battery change, we have a vehicle that has a hard to get to battery. We was greeted and quoted a price.We had our vehicle towed in, they completed the job the same day in a couple of hours.They answered all of our questions and concerns in a professional & attentive way.Very clean and professional business!We have a couple of other repairs to have done and will definitely be returning!Thanks Marc & Kevin!Service: Battery

The brake light was illuminated and we took the vehicle to Automotive Dynamics to have it checked. The light went out before I got there but Kevin had the braking system inspected. There were no issues but he did report the thickness of the pads, rotors, quantity and quality of the brake fluid and the overall condition of the brake system. Perhaps a minor electronic glitch but we will keep an eye on it. No charge. This place is my go-to for anything automotive. I used to do much of this work myself but I no longer do it. Automotive Dynamics does not try to up sell things you don't need. They do it right. They treat the customers with respect. Prices are fair. This is my go-to for anything that I need done on our Rav4.

Went for regular oil change, and I suspected I had other issues going on with my car. So they gave it a thorough look, and went back the following week to have more work done. Did my repairs in a timely manner . I'll continue going here in the future. They do great work and have been in buisiness for quite some time.

Took my Cruze in for repairs on numerous occasions. The staff honest and upfront. No pulling the wool over tour eyes. They do better work and less cost than dealerships.

My experince here was a $500.00 oil change. Took the car in for a oil change, issues wth my lights and gas tank issue. They said they have to do s diagnostics at $150.00. Car was there for several days went by several times always sitting in the same place. Went in charged me the $500.00 and said they couldnt find the issues however still chargd me. I call this bad business.

When ever our vehicles need service we only trust Automotive Dynamics. Their honestly and service are enough to give us peace of mind knowing we are driving a safe vehicle plus not being charge of unnecessary expenses. The whole staff are very friendly and helpful. We do not let anyone touch our vehicle but Automotive Dynamics mechanics.

I have taken my vehicle to Automotive Dynamics for several years, and I ve always been very pleased with the service I ve gotten there. I feel they re honest and the prices are fair. They don t high-pressure you to buy something or a service you don t want I live in a resort, and I recommend them to anyone looking for service for their vehicle.

I love Automotive Dynamics. the service is exceptional. It is always scary to try a new place but after herring from my coworker how good the service and repair is I gave it a try have been happy ever sense. I will continue going here. I don't care if it as simple as an oil change or as complicated as engine work the job will get done with perfection.

First time I have been back to Automotive Dynamics since I bought a new car, (2016), and they are still efficient, reliable and reasonably priced. This visit was just an oil change, but all went smoothly, and I was in and out in a flash. Good job! I will be back for further maintenance.

Kevin Breit provided excellent customer service and explained options. My day of being a mechanic are long gone as a timing light is no longer high tech. The diagnostics completed by the staff at Automotive Dynamics were thorough and identified the issue which they promptly corrected. I selected Automotive Dynamics due to their 5 Star Google reviews, which from my experience, they certainly deserve! I would recommend them to anyone regardless of your own mechanical knowledge. Thanks for the exceptional work.

Every experience at Auto Dynamics has been a good one. Have been a customer for three years or so and every time my car had gone in for service has been a good one. Honest, capable, reliable and always willing to do their very best for me and my vehicle. It is such a relief to be able to trust the work ethics of the people I depend on to keep my car on the road.Five stars and hats off to these gentlemen!

They are professionals, trustworthy, and reliable. It's hard to find a good mechanic, it's even harder for a woman. It would be easy to take advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding auto repairs. The good guys over at Automotive Dynamics explained everything thoroughly, and in great detail, even showing me too! They even helped me prioritize my repairs from what needed to be done urgently to ensure my safety. I won't take my car anywhere else!!!

I was traveling out of stays and blew my heater core before I reached my destination in Sun City. Mark took my truck in right away. As it was on a weekend I got it back the following Monday even though I hadn t had an appointment. The cooling and heating systems are working perfectly. A great job done quickly. And I received a discount for being a AAA member. I couldn t be happier.

So nice and so helpful!!! I think anytime you get your car worked on her looked at or even your oil changed, it can make you a ball of nerve's. They are super friendly in super helpful here and I was recommended here by my dad. My mechanic has been in Paradise Valley for 4 years but now that we've relocated to the West Valley, not only did a random stranger suggest I go here but a family member. They don't try to upsell you and they're very to the point with what's going on with your car. As I was sitting inside, a gentleman had a battery cable that I had repaired somewhere else and the price was half when I got charged. I wish I would have found this place sooner just from overhearing their interactions, and how pleased their customers are that keep coming back made me feel more confident about my word of mouth choice and now my personal experience.

I had a great experience here for my oil change. I had a coupon for $12.95 oil change for new customers. I requested an appointment on their website and received a phone call the same day to schedule the oil change for the following week. The service was done in a timely manner.They checked out the car and noticed my tires were worn. I received a quote on my invoice for four new tires at a reasonable price. No sales pressure, just a reminder which was much appreciated.

The staff is awesome, explained everything that needed to be done, quoted a price and went to work with my ok. Told me it would take 3 days but was completed in 2. Car runs like new. Outstanding job. Highly recommend.

Automotive Dynamics is the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. Good people, good service, good prices. Issues are patiently explained in as much detail as you can eat, and there's never any pressure or attempt at upselling products or services. Would never consider going anyplace else and would recommend this place to anyone. And if you live in Sun City, it's very easy to get to.

Everytime I have an appointment at Automotive dynamics , they are very professional, and courteous. I have always had a great experience. The work is done in a timely manner and right. I have been going there for about 8 years or so. Every chance I get, I let others know about them and how great they have been. If you like great service and work, Automotive Dynamics is your place!Smiley

Excellent mechanics and the office was professional and polite. The work was done quickly and the evaluation was honest and not a fishing expedition to frivolously run up the bill. Even with this level of quality the price was totally fair.

I had an incredibly awesome experience with Automotive Dynamics. I recently took my car in for service and described what I wanted and needed done. Kevin and Mark both assisted me with my cars needs. They explained everything that needed to be done, which was very close to what I wanted and more!!! The service was excellent and communication very clear and concise. They didn't try to"sell" me something I didn't need and treated me with that very unusual small town/family feeling of honesty and trust.This was the first positive experience I've ever had with a car dealership; no pressure sales or B.S., just pleasant, honest and professional treatment!! I was really blown away!! So much so that after my vehicle was serviced I purchased one of their used cars, also a first for me. I've already recommended this company to my friends. Thank you Mark, Kevin, Vince and everyone at Automotive Dynamics that gave me and my car, (now both of my cars!) the best service and excellent experience I've ever had with a car dealership!The icing on the cake is their great sense of humor!!!! :) I'm so very grateful to have found your business, and you have a customer for life!!!!

I love the professionalism and courtesy I get when I take my car to Automotive Dynamics! I have been taking my car(s) to them for over 12 years and will never go anywhere else. I know Kevin will take good care my car maintenance. I highly recommend them!

Love that you can make an appointment and when you get there they take care of your vehicle right away. Prices are reasonable and staff very knowledgeable. Won't go anywhere else!
