This is such a phenomenal auto repair shop. The staff is always so friendly and kind. They are extremely knowledgeable. When I walked in today they greeted me by my name This is an honest repair shop! I ve recommended this AAA auto repair shop to a few of my friends who needed significant car repairs. I have a car in excellent condition but avoid dealerships. I get basic repairs on my older vehicle such as maintenance to keep my Camaro running in good condition They treat her really great.I m grateful for this place and the service.

Unfortunately, my first visit wasn't really very good. I had a long list of things that needed to be done and one was a fairly big repair concerning my AC. The initial communication was poor and it took them 1-1/2 days just to diagnose the large repair, which in the end didn't get done due to costs. For the most part, they were friendly with me. I did witness some disrespect toward another customer though. I'm afraid I won't be going back after they had my vehicle for almost 3 days and just the "small stuff" was accomplished.

I would not go back. Was referred by AAA after needing a tow. Had multiple problems through the process, most or all could have been avoided. Poor customer service and seem more concerned with $ than good car care. Do not recommend.

My son's car was making "a rattling noise and shaking at idle. " I've been a member of AAA for over 15 years and have always had good experiences with their roadside assistance. They diagnosed the problem the same day and provided a 34-point diagnostic. I wish the repair was inexpensive, but it wasn't. Even so, I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me a ride home as well as a ride back to the shop when the car was ready. I will be going back to have the motor mounts replaced.

If you do go here, make sure to get a second opinion. They insisted I needed a new waterpump, $3500. I took it to Big O's around the corner, and it was a cracked radiator. When I went back to AAA, they insisted it was the waterpump, even after I said I've been driving it for a few days with no leaks. It felt like a scam to me. Pay $3500 and then have to put in a new radiator. I will never go back here. Bruce at Big Os is an honest business man.

The management and staff at this AAA location went above and beyond to determine the correct oil for my VW Jetta. And when they didn't have it, they went to the dealership to get it. Now that right there is outstanding customer service. They could have told me they don't have it and sent me on my way. Thank you to everyone involved in getting my oil changed with the correct oil. I highly recommend this location to everyone. Well done!

This place went over and beyond the call if duty. They kept my car for months when my Engine failed because I had to fight with my extended warranty because they would NOT cover my Engine!! Don't use Everything Breaks, they are a rip off. Thanks also to one Clark, who helped me try and fight them.

My sister is dealing with a repair issue right. They charged her 400 for a new battery then a couple days later the car dies again and they say it's the alternator and asking for almost 750 bucks... I don't think she should have to pay the full amount I think since they miss diagnosed the issue the first time the 400 already paid for a new battery should go towards the 750 balance. I guess Monday we will find out...

Don't take your car to these fools - took my car in for an oil change along with my sister's Lexus. They called and said the care were done. We came to pick them up and they charged my sister close to $200.00 for the jobs - when we got home I decided to check to see how clean my oil was. To my surprise the dipstick showed about a quart low and the oil was just as dirty as when I brought it in! I had my sister take me back and I asked the guy behind the desk the one that takes all of the orders if he in fact changed my oil and he said they did - so I believed himand added another quart to make sure I had enough oil - the day I went up to Sedona and on the way back my engine burned up cause there wasn't any oil at all in my engine cept for the quart I put in. All I was seeing on the dipstick was my original blowback oil which wasn't much.This place needs to be shutdown completely. I will go see the attorney general of Az about this.

This shop is in exceptional shape. My appointment was within a couple days and my car was on the lift within 6 minutes of arrival. They were personable and professional was able to service my older Mercedes without any issues. I recieved a comprehensive inspection report and was even able to to into the shop and was shown the findings myself.I will indeed use this shop again and fully recommend it to others.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

These guys were awesome. We had our truck towed here after breaking down and we thought it might be anything from an alternator to a blown turbo. Turns out it was just a bad battery cable. I was sort of blown away by the honesty and how easy the process was (and how inexpensive the fix was). They totally could've taken us to the bank on this one - unscrupulous mechanics in the past motivated me to learn how to work on my own cars - but this was a diesel which is a different animal and beyond my skillset. Very appreciative of the good service and will definitely be taking our auto's here in the future.

Unfortunately, more interested in "sales" than "service". After telling Larry, both on the phone and when picking up the car, that I would never repair a 17 yr-old windshield "chip", later I received an email from their glass replacement service telling me insurance would cover it ... wasting both our time. I, also, don't appreciate the badmouthing of my previous AAA authorized service provider who has kept my nearly 20-yr old car running great. I've been here twice for oil changes ONLY because it's close. It's not what I expect from AAA.

Horrible experience. Bought a transmission with a 2 year warranty on it. The car was still not working the way it should even after replacing all parts they stated needed to be fixed & now almost 2 years later they are saying over the milage when initially they never mentioned there was a mileage limit

Service personnel need to cover steering wheels, seats, and car floors to protect customer cars from stains, sweat etc. I had to have my car steamed clean after I got an oil change at your location. Car smelled like strong sweat so bad, real bad!

I had a good experience the first time, the second time was good but found out later they charged me for a service that was not done, while getting oil changed and tire rotation they noticed battery corrosion, had them take care of it, well 35 dollars to take a brush to the terminal was ridiculous. Battery was never properly cleaned or even tested because a week later battery took a dump. Very disappointing and will go to jiffy lube, way better customer service. UPDATE: 9/26 Received a call from corporate on this issue, very nice young man offered to refund the charge for battery cleaning, apologized for the problem and stated they are in contact with this AAA location because of issues, he credited our card ASAP. He mentioned AAA in Surprise was new and asked to give them another chance. The one thing that was a shocker was at the end of our conversation he asked me to remove this review, wow really. I chose to update it to show that reviews are very important and get attention.

Didn t have appointment, but came in to see if they could test battery. Not only did they test it.. it was replaced very quickly due to old battery being a AAA battery that was 4 years old. New battery cost much less with prorate and warranty starts all over again. Thanks guys !

They took great care of us today. Prepurchase inspection on the same day we called. Took us out to the shop so we could see for ourselves and make an informed decision on a used car purchase. Such a great service and it's free for AAA members.

Because of the random employment, there is no experience in changing the engine oil, so how can you trust other repairs? I returned to them twice after changing the engine oil because the oil ran out because of them and they did not know Despite its simplicityService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Never received work on vehicle I asked for. Plenty of time to have completed requested work, as had to wait an hour for filters on an oil change.

I'm still waiting for a call back on Saturday for work done on my BMW. I was told it would be ready today. They close in an hour and havent been given status of repairs. My suggestion is if you have a foreign vehicle take it to a authorized repair center not AAA. They previously did work on my BMW and had to have BMW dealer reset computer which also delayed delivery back. My Ford F150 work has always been done efficiently. Just a honest opinion guys. My vehicle is now at BMW after 72 hours of waiting they finally said they didnt have the expertise or proper equipment to complete work. I gave them the benefit of the doubt by allowing them to work on my BMW but like the first time they needed to send it to BMW. Dissapointed that I was given false information. I would have accepted a call saying they lacked equipment and expertise but they never did. 72 hours later than promised delivery and repair.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my truck in to get the AC fixed and they quoted on everything they found wrong. He made it sound like if I didn t get it fixed it would be unsafe to drive.It is not unsafe to drive and I believe they try the guilt trip into other repairs so I went elsewhere to get my AC fixed.

AAA in Goodyear is the only place I will take my car. They are always so nice & helpful. I had a problem with my car & was told by the dealership that it would be $450 to fix, took it to AAA & they showed me what the problem was & fixed it for free! Thank you Pete & Trent!

AAA is a place you can trust, for the right price, and a job done correctly. Try paying for two oil changes up front and receiving 3 oil changes on the same car. The cars don't go to the dealer anymore for an oil change or repairs.
