RV trailer broke a leaf spring during transit from Flagstaff. Realized it was more serious than first thought while gassing up in Springerville. MAX SADLER replaced leaf spring & had us back on road to San Antonio within 3 hrs & only $333 bill as I purchased the mate spring to replace back home. Very honest guy. Thank You, Mike & Debbie

The staff was very friendly and accommodated me above and beyond any expectations. All I asked for was a front end alignment. On top of that, they inspected my vehicle and gave me a very thorough breakdown. The work they did was top-notch. The owner is an awesome person And works on vehicles himself along side his staff. This was the best experience that I've had with a mechanic in my 46 years. I highly recommend in springerville automotive.

We were on our way to Albuquerque from Lakeside, AZ and got a flat tire outside of Greer. These guys fixed our flat and we were on our way in no time. Thank you much!

I requested an estimate because a program that is helping me get repairs is needing 3 estimates from auto shops and unfortunately the person on the phone refused to do an estimate and told me to have the other person do it. I m new in town and there is only but a FEW auto shops here to get an estimate from. Super disappointed about the whole experience. I have like 6 things that need to be fixed but it doesn t seem like they would want my business anyways.

travelling cross country, had a brake failure. max & co helped me out in a pinch on short notice at a fair price. i asked around town first and everyone said this shop is honest and does great work, which my experience confirmed. many thanks !

Awesome experience. Had a cooling issue. They diagnosed the problem, got the part overnight and had me back up to 100% in a heartbeat. Fantastic service, extremely fair price, professional staff, and Max is a pretty awesome guy! Thank you all for being great and fair!! If I lived in Springerville, I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

Did a great job on my alignment and i was happy with it, i do all the work on my car and have max finish what i have trouble with. Recently i was having trouble with bleeding my brakes and he very rudely told me he didnt want to deal with my car and said hed pass me onto the other shops. None of the other shops work on old cars so im SOL. Because max didn't want to help me, never had this issue before and am very disappointed that i was turned down the way i was.

Max was very professional. I thought my truck needed rear brakes, and when his mechanic inspected the brakes they were fine. I asked how much I owed and he said, "Just tip my mechanic." So I did. The brake job would have been a great price, but tipping the mechanic was better. I will come back if I need work when on vacation.

I want to add my voice to the many others who have heaped praise on Max at Springerville Automotive. What a great place. I wish I lived in Springerville so he could be my regular mechanic. I really can t say enough good things about these guys. They did the front brakes on our F-150 in two hours while I waited. We are headed to Tucson with our trailer in tow today. I recently took my RV to Max at Springerville Automotive Service because it was running hot. Max expertly diagnosed the problem and he and his crew replaced the fan clutch and water pump in quick order. He even provided 30 amp service so my cats and I could be comfortable in the RV. His crew was top notch and the price was very reasonable.I drove the RV to SoCal to see my first grandchild and I had no problems whatsoever. Even driving through the Mojave the coolant temp was in normal range.Thanks to Max and his crew!

Me and my wife broke down 15 miles from greer on HWY 260-261. We had a cabin reserved for a week and had the suv loaded up. I called AAA, they came quickly, and suggested this place. Not knowing much about this town and 5 hours from home, we had little choice. We were towed in, SUV dropped off. We had to rent a u haul to get to cabin. This was on a monday, tuesday early afternoon the blazer was ready. They fixed the alternator , the price was not to bad as well. They also, unexpectedly fixed the driver side window, that came off track. Theses guys saved our butts. outstanding job. Thanks again you were awesome, we got car back and all is goodService: General repairs & maintenance

Exceptional service. We were on a trip through Arizona when we had an issue with our wheel. Max dropped what he was doing and spent 30 minutes figuring out what it was so we could be on our way again, and his price was more than reasonable. I recommend Springerville Automotive and Max Sadler to everyone.

Mac and his team don't remember everybody's names but I remember Josh's and yeah I don't remember everybody seems did an excellent job of finding out what one other shop couldn't figure out in four tries and found a way for it to fit my limited fixed income budget as well as my need for feeling safe I appreciate all the extra time that they took on the phone talking to me before I brought my car down to Springerville for them to work on it I really appreciate them as a shop and the level of service and care that they used even with me thank you

On a busy Monday morning, they took care of our tire that had a nail in it. We were on our way in 30 minutes and a fixed tire! Friendly and fast service! Thank you!

Our 20 year motorhome overheated on a recent cross-country trip. A garage in another town checked things out and said all it needed was a new radiator cap. [That was one expensive radiator cap!] However, 20 miles down the road it was obvious the problem was not solved. We limped into Springerville and the local parts store recommended Max. He took time to understand the history, make IR temperature measurements, and asked questions to help troubleshoot the issue. He found the radiator was plugged. Max found one that could be delivered first thing the next morning, and we were on our way by noon. The cost was reasonable and the problem was solved.

Great service! The guys there help out with everything you need and make sure you have all the parts and items that you MAY need. If they don't have it in stock you can probably get it tomorrow. Good prices, Great service

They do good work at a very reasonable price. The place looks terrible, but I'm fully satisfied with the service and the price. If you have an emergency repair need out there go to this place.

These guys are always doing quality work and since I own my own business doing roadside service there are certain things that I myself don't do and I take it to these guys always fair priced and quality quality quality always a pleasure doing business with them thank you guys for providing such an asset to our community

I'm from out of state & had a bad fuel pump , shredded CV boot , & a popped transmission plug . they fixed all of those problems within two days at a very reasonable price
