Manuel is an absolute Godsend! He provided quick, friendly and honest service, going above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. We came in with a part that was not meant for our car, and he took it upon himself to call all over town to get us what we needed. He was even able to get us in same-day, within the hour! We will be taking our cars here for all future services and will be recommending them to everyone possible! They are absolutely fantastic and deserve your business!!

Manuel is very thorough and communicated well on what needs to be done and gives an estimate. We have taken multiple vehicles to the shop for service and some repairs too. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend the shop.

Manuel was incredible! He diagnosed my truck s problem, explained things to me, even crawled under the truck to inspect the transmission himself, and was so straightforward and honest with me. He told me what needed done based on the code and didn t try to make a big expensive job out of it. I had new tires put on at a shop in Show Low and they discovered that my lower ball joint was bad but didn't have the time to fix the problem. Long story short but I called nearly every shop in Pinetop, Show Low and Springerville and Manuel at Arizona Custom Innovation went above and beyond to help us out. I dropped the car off on a Friday just as he was closing and he was extremely kind, considerate, and professional. He fixed the car the next day (a Saturday) and got us on our way safe and sound. Easy to see why this shop has such great reviews. Thank you Manuel!

We were up for the UTV rally and brought our 24' enclosed trailer. Our RV didn't have the controller in the cab for the trailer breaks. Manny and his nephew came to our camp on Friday evening to wire in the control. They did a professional job and they were very polite and took care of the problem quickly. We made it off the mountain with no issues and the trailer breaks worked wonderful. Thank you for the service and when we come back to area and we need a mechanic, Manny is my guy.Service: Brakes

The owner of the shop is a super nice guy and brilliant mechanic. Recently he helped me troubleshoot an issue and gave me advice on how to fix it myself. After starting the repair, I soon realized I didn't have the proper tools or confidence to tap out and insert a new sparkplug sleave in a aluminum head. When I was unable to take the vehicle to the shop he responded to my residence in a service truck and knocked out the task in short order. I do most of my own repairs but if I ever need something done that requires a bit more time or expertise than I have Arizona Custom Innovation will always be my first choice.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

I purchased a rare, classic VW Bus/Camper and had it delivered to a relative s house in eastern, AZ. Manual knows vintage VWs and was able to handle one obstacle after another seamlessly. Hands down the best mechanic I have ever seen. They ve done my Toyota Tacoma, and my wife s Subaru Impreza. Turn around time was incredibly fast, all issues fixed right the first time. I m very impressed with their services, I will always have them work on my vehicles, for anything and everything. And what really tops it off, is the follow up I get to make sure everything is perfect every time I get something back from the shop. Manny is professional, honest, and intelligent. We ran into issues with our truck on our annual fishing trip in the area and Manuel took care of the issue. He is very knowledgable and experienced in everything mechanical. Came to Manuel with a suspected bent axil on my travel trailer. He correctly diagnosed the issue as a bearing problem, which was much cheaper to resolve. With his experience, significant formal automotive education, and an honest work ethic I highly recommend him. If I lived in the area he d be my go to guy.

We have had multiple vehicles worked on here. Outstanding work, honest Owner. I won't take our cars anywhere else. He has not only provided repair work, they came and picked up my truck within 30 minutes of calling to be towed in. They will be installing my new engine next week. They have fixed small and huge things and I have never met a more knowledgeable and honest mechanic. He can find what's wrong immediately and fix it. Thankful to have found such a wonderful person that I trust to work on our vehicles and also a very nice person. Thank you

Excellent service, very friendly and quality work. Manny is honest, hard working, and a real professional. His skills are amazingly diverse. He fixed a complex electrical problem on my Kawasaki KLR650 motorcycle, brakes and handling issues on our Toyota minivan, and radiator and a/c repair on our Honda Accord. I think he can fix anything! My Uncle came out to New Mexico for a visit from California and encountered diesel problem with his 2002 F 250. He was pulling a 5th wheel trailer and experienced dark smoke from the exhaust along with lack of power. After doing a thorough search on the internet we took a chance with ACI since it had very good Google reviews. Although I 70 miles away, it was the best decision for his predicament. We talked to Manuel (the owner) and explained the symptoms and set up an appointment. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable of diesel engines. He had it fixed in a couple of hours. When we came to pick it up, he took the time to thoroughly explain what the problem was and how he fixed it. I will definitely use him to work on my diesel truck when needed. It was the best experience that I have ever had with a shop in my 55 years of having cars fixed. My utmost thanks to Manuel and his staff. I had a new engine put in my 1995 isuzu rodeo. By another shop he had it for 11 months. I got it back last Sunday. The transmission wasn't shifting right. I took it Arizona custom innovation repair shop in springerville az. When I drove to the shop my throttle got stuck. When I got to the shop they were very quick to get the throttle working like it was supposed to. They could tell that it scared me. Then they figured out where my transmission hoses were leaking and titened all the clamps and stopped all the leaks. Thank you very much guys. If I should need anymore work done on my isuzu I definitely will take it to Arizona custom innovation shop. They very quick and honest and very helpful. I will send everyone that needs work done on their vehicles to Arizona custom innovation repair shop. Thank you once again guys. My 97 F250 crew cab broke down by Big Lake in AZ. Manuel loaded the truck on a role off and took it into town. He also helped me get my truck back on the road. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

Manny and shop employees did a great job getting us back on the road. We were on a turkey hunt when my 04 Duramax began shredding serpentine belts. We called Az Custom Innovation and Manny didn't hesitate to squeeze us in during his busy schedule to evaluate the truck. Within 1 hour he had diagnosed and corrected the problem. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and honest. He charged a very fair price and we were able to return to our hunt.(Not to mention my truck was fixed and safe for the long haul home)Thank you Manny - great job!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I use my Cummins daily for heavy towing, and broke down due to losing two injectors. I was referred to Manny at AZCI, he quickly diagnosed the bad injectors. He assisted in getting the new injectors, crossover tubes, and a valve cover gasket at Valley Auto sent overnight. The truck was fixed within three days, back on the road and ready to work. Manny fixed the truck on a Saturday, and he took the time to explain everything about the injectors and tubes. He was extremely professional, honest, knowledgeable, and reliable. Azci has done a bunch of work on my 2006 dodge ram. Very professional and fast. From exhaust to front end to performance and tuning he's done all the work to my truck and I have had 0 issues. He is very knowledgeable and I would not not take any of my vehicles any where else

8/2022- A local dealership diagnosed my 21 Ram as needing the crank seal and timing chain cover gasket replaced at 65K...so I went to Manny and within less than five minutes he diagnosed and repaired the "crank seal leak". He found the round cover on the CP3 conversion had the gasket not seated correctly. He flipped the gasket, added some RTV, and put the cover on. Done, just like that! Manny is an incredibly talented and knowledgeable mechanic! I have known Manny for well over a year, and have watched him diagnose some incredible issues on several vehicles that no other dealership or shop could fix! Some of these vehicles are from other states. I highly recommend that anyone take anything mechanical to Manny! He is beyond fair, honest, patient, and reliable! Hands down the best mechanic on the white mountains!!! Having 5 vehicles and 3 boats means a lot of maintenance and over hauls, from oil changes and a/c to transmissions and engine building he can do it all. He has rebuilt my transmission at lower cost and better warranty then any other shop, installed and went above and beyond on motor build and installing in one of my boats when parts were needed he had exactly what I needed from his personal stash and with out hesitation installed it right away. Night or day he is always availble and stands by his work and word and that s very hard to find now a days. Azci is quick, reliable, and most important he is HONEST!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!

Definitely best on the mountain. I took my truck to someone else and was told I would need to pay around $15,000 for a new engine. I took it here and they found the issue (air in the cooling system) my truck was fine. Saved me a lot of money. Honest and professional. Will be my go to mechanic from now on.

Manual came to my house and installed a battery on my RV. Price was reasonable and he's mobile. He did a few things to the new parts that the battery acid had eaten away and to the original parts to prevent future problems. Super knowledgeable guy. I will be using his shop going forward.

I am SO HAPPY with Manuel's work on my 2003 Ford F-250. He not only diagnosed the problem correctly, he fixed it quickly, he explained to me clearly what had happened and why he did what he did, and he fixed a few other minor but nagging issues on top of it. This has been my auto shop of choice for the last year. Everything that I have had done has been completed with outstanding results and zero complaints. Totally rebuilt the front end of my 3500 dodge after I hit a cow and everything was fixed back to better than truck was before accident. Has worked on 3 of my dodge cummins and everything fixed right. We ran into car trouble in between Greer and Eagar, and had trouble finding an open auto shop on a late Saturday afternoon. We made our way over to Arizona Custom Innovation where Manuel helped us immediately with running a full diagnostic on our vehicle. After finding the problem and resolving it, we were back on our way in time for dinner. We could not be more grateful for his help and such an awesome experience. Should anything happen again we will be back!!
