Do not do it. Friends trucks been there for 8 months one thing after another engine out something new every inquiry!!! Next they're going to have to drop the gas tank because the gas is going to be rancid after all this time no good no good! It is horrible seems he can't put an engine back together 8 months is ridiculous!! Avoiding the person that owns the vehicle. The person that owns the truck is a trusting reputable person. Who has already givin him $3,000 Plus. It is in a million pieces hidden.Sad to ruin what reputation you may have had.

Wow, sure had a difficult day. Have been having my truck serviced here for the last few years, spending $1,000 s of dollars. Today I was having an oil/filter change on my car. Had the car in at 8:30am, still not done by 4:45pm. After calling four times throughout the day they finally got it done. They had my name wrong, telephone number wrong, but they got the credit card number correct! The worst service I have had in close to 70 years! Not even sure they put the correct oil in? Just lost a customer, but after the way I was treated today I am sure you could care less. By the way you spell my name Rob Broadfoot.

I LOVE this place! They have been overly fair with me and done an excellent job. I have a diesel truck, they dropped the fuel tank and drained it, cleaned all the filters, replaced it all and the price was a 1/3 of what it should have cost me. Another time I took my Polaris in, they changed the oil, replaced the battery and filter, also very reasonable. The rear drive shaft fell off the truck. They replaced it, and that was also super reasonable. And the truck used to vibrate, not it doesn't vibrate anymore. They are now wiring my horse trailer and replacing the landing gear on it. I think they are the greatest!

Brought vehicle in for a new fuel filter. Was quoted price for 1.8 hours but told they would adjust if it took less time. My vehicle was done in an hour but I was charged for 1.8 hours. Then they said my intake hose was tore. Well it wasn t when I brought it to them. It drive perfectly the day before and after they were done my gas mileage dropped drastically. They denied it. I will never use them again

Our vehicle had popped a tire very conveniently by this store. Our knight in shining armor popped out of the shop and offered his assistance as I was unable to get the lugs off myself because they were too tight. When we asked this gentleman how much it would be to repair the flat, he said it would be $20. After checking to see the if the flat was repairable, he came out to the office to inform me that the sidewall of the tire was trashed, and the tire was unfixable. When I asked him what was due for getting the old tire off, and new one on, my price magically doubled from $20 to $40. You re telling me that it costs $20 to fix a tire, but to not fix one and put on a spare tire costs $40? Very much regretting cancelling our roadside service call for this as they would have taken care of it for free. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS.

I feel sorry for the residents of Sonoita. This is the only repair shop in town. The owner is not very dependable, timely, or honest in his dealings with customers. At least in my experience with them.It took me a week one time, and longer another time, to get a return call about my truck. Everytime I talked to him, the price of the work kept going up. Then he tried to charge me for a battery twice, even though he knew there was an invoice marked payed with the battery on it.And towards the end of our business he tried to scare my wife, 63 years old, into thinking the truck would probably catch fire and possibly kill me while I drove it away from his shop (without having the extra $1600.00 worth of work done) because I didn't trust him any longer.Also, he tried to get me to pay $500.00 to $700.00 for a new fuel pump when it didn't need it. He told me he put gas in the truck but it wasn't registering. So that meant it needed the fuel pump/gauge unit changed. I put more gas in it and it works fine.Personally, I wouldn't take a lawn mower to them to get it fixed, John Y.

Amber was amazing. We were travelling through, with our motorhome and tow vehicle and wewpre having an issue with one of the tires on the tow vehicle. Amber fixed us up and sent us on our way in no time with no charge. Excellent service ,for 2 visitors, travelling through.

This is the worst auto shop I ve ever been to, period. If you have any issues with your RV, DO NOT TAKE IT THERE. They installed the wrong piece, then ordered the wrong replacement piece after they installed it and never got around to letting me know about the issues. Please save yourself the hassle and take your business anywhere else.
