Great shop, Onur was on top of everything, giving me updates throughout the entire build. I would not hesitate to recommend them without any reservations. The truck turned out fantastic really showing the pride they have in their work. Having an 84 fj60 means things fail over time and as this happens I ll be using Overland cruisers for all the work that needs done

I recently picked up a 1994 FZJ80 Land Cruiser that I knew needed some work. A few months before, I had run into the owner of Overland Cruisers, Johnny, at Overland Expo West in Flagstaff, AZ, and learned about his shop in Sonoita, just 30 mins from my house. I would have been hesitant to pick up a 30 year old Land Cruiser without their help. Johnny, and shop manager, Onur, are a wealth of knowledge and there s something about having other Land Cruiser enthusiasts and experts working on your rig. The shop did a lot of quality work on mine over the period of a week and Onur was texting me pics, updates, and recommendations throughout the entire process. I will be visiting them again soon to have my axles rebuilt. I can t recommend them enough for the highest quality work and professionalism for your 4x4 Toyota.

Well recommended by another overland team and was more than I could have hoped. Knowledgeable and professional. A Land Cruiser oasis in the Arizona desert.I changed my route to get shop time at Overland Cruisers in Sonoita. Particularly for the encyclopedic Land Cruiser knowledge of the shop manager. They went out of their way to fit me in last minute and worked on my Troopy like it was their own.If in the area or overlanding in the southwest this is a shop to have saved on your list.

This is the third time I have had work done by Overland Cruisers. The quality of the work has been top notch every time. Their knowledge of all things Toyota is impressive. I have had them take care of regular maintenance, install upgraded suspension and overlanding gear.They even sorted out issues another shop created.I am a full time overlander who is a bit rough on equipment. I plan my routes so I can have OLC get my Tacoma prepped for the next adventure, particularly before heading into Mexico.These guys will not disappoint.

Having OLC work on my 75 fj40 was the best decision I could have made. Their attention to detail and knowledge of the LC lineup is impressive. I was kept informed and provided with access to a share drive that OLC updated daily with pictures of the work performed. They provided me honest feedback as to what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. I will be bringing my 40 back for more work in the near future. If you are in the southwest, this is the place to go.

Great Job baselining my newly acquired 100 series. Took care of me quickly and with expertise. Fun to see the 40s/60s/70 and 80 series they have in the shop, obviously the place to go for Landcruiser needs in the southwest.

The shop is great. I have an imported diesel cruiser (HZJ77) and had a catastrophic engine failure. My cruiser was a long term project at the shop. Onur was able to source a new short block and build it out. The head was rebuilt. The injectors and the injector pump were sent out to a diesel shop for rebuild. All critical rubber and plastic under the hood were replaced with OEM parts. The auto transmission was replaced with new OEM H55F manual transmission. Fabrication work was done as needed for the cross member. One driveshaft was lengthened while the other was shortened. I could not be happier with the outcome. The truck runs and sounds great, and is much more fun as a stick. They took lots of photos and a few videos along the way and shared them through Google drive. So I have a nice record of all the work and parts that went into the truck. If you need work done on your Land Cruiser and want to keep everything OEM, this is the place.

This should be the top choice for anybody looking to have work done on their Cruiser. Onur and Johnny have forgotten more about Land Cruisers than the average enthusiast will ever learn about them. They did a fantastic job on my FZJ80. Their attention to detail, craftsmen ship, and deep knowledge of Cruisers make them a truly unique shop. Their mechanic is extremely skilled and does incredible work. If OverLand Cruisers are close to you, you're lucky. If they are far from you, it's worth shipping your Cruiser to them for a build.

It is difficult to find the words to elucidate the magnitude and professional bandwidth that I have experienced as a client. It is not about getting things done to my Landcruiser ... it is about the experience ... of the getting things done.The art, craftsmanship and wisdom permeates throughout the facility in a way, over which I will never get. It's the impeccable cleanliness of the shop that underscores absolute attention to detail. It's the honesty and specialized talent which manifest in technical prowess unparalleled to any I have seen.It is not possible to overstate the proficiency of these operators. I would be remiss if I did not mention the communication, which has been meticulously accompanied by a multitude of photos and, uploaded to a shared Google drive folder.All of these aforementioned factors would, in my opinion, place this shop as one of the very best in the Nation. In fact I see Landcruisers from all over the continent, shipped in to have work done.They are by appointment only, so you will need to be patient to get a spot on a lift there ... but it will be worth the wait.The scope of work on the Kuruza has been, Eaton lockers front and rear with 4.88 gears ... complete transfer case rebuild with 3.1 low range gearset as well as a 10% high range under drive. New OEM bearings and races, new OEM steering rack etc., transmission service with new filter, breather tubes for all ... and other miscellaneous items.

You would be hard-pressed to find a better Land cruiser shop anywhere, in my opinion. The people who work there are true professionals who take their job seriously. The communication throughout the whole process was like I have never experienced before. The work done to my rig was exceptional, they went out of their way to make sure that everything was done right the way it was done by Toyota. Highly recommend to anyone that owns quality work done. OverLand Cruisers Inc is a high quality professional Toyota based customization and service shop. My Toyota Tacoma was serviced with a full explanation by the senior mechanic regarding all items that were serviced, changed and checked. I purchased, and had installed, an ARB suspension system and air compressor. They were very thorough in specifying the right components for the front and rear suspension based on weight and vehicle use. The owner and lead mechanic have years of experience working on Toyota and Lexus off road vehicles. I would highly recommend them.

I was very fortunate to have stumbled on these folks a place in Tucson's backyard that specializes in Toyota's and Land Cruiser s! They performed a very complicated upgrade to my FJ60 with lots of customization and now she s back on the road and doing great!Thank you!!

I bought a 1987 FJ60 from these guys and I couldn't be happier! I bought it with a rebuilt engine, lift, and new tires and it is everything I was hoping for. Thank you guys for making my dream a reality! My family and I are proudly sporting our OverLand Cruiser T-shirts and spreading the word around Texas :)
