Do not, I repeat DO NOT waste your time here. You are promised a used car in great conditions only to have it sent to the mechanic a couple weeks later. Not to mention that 1. Not qualified mechanics 2. Takes forever to book an appointment 3. You pay for warranty only to find out they're mechanics are always "out" or dont have any available. almost all of last year, they had no mechanic whats so ever. When you call to get information on your vehicle or account, they can never help, no one ever knows anything. So unprofessional.

Bought my 2012 Grand Jeep Cherokee two years ago. First mistake was believing the low price for a used car with "No" problems. Second was believing that they would fix it. When I first bought my car from them I noticed that the check engine light was on. When I mentioned it, they said they would have it fixed by the time I came in to purchase it. When I did purchase the car the light was out. 2 days later it was back on. I took it to a personal mechanic and he suggested if the car was under warranty to take it back to the dealer. So I did. They kept it over night and returned it. Saying the problem was fixed. 4 days later the light was back on. I took it two more times. The last time they kept it for 4 days. They claimed that there was nothing wrong with it and they weren't sure what was wrong. Well 1900$ later and a personal mechanic, there was a lot wrong with it. And this is skipping over the fact that they waited 2 months to tell me I was behind in payments when I knew I wasn't. Also raising my payment amount without notifying me.They promise good cars. Well priced. But they are used cars. Used cars for new car prices. Be wary when purchasing from them.

I purchased my 2014 Nissan Sentra one year ago with only 16,000 miles. The vehicle still had manufacture warranty. Michelle s auto sales were able to get me a deal with zero down, and a low interest rate with Wells Fargo. After one year I feel comfortable rating Michelle s auto sales 5/5, because my car is running great and I haven t had mechanical issues. I was able to negotiate a great price, I will be returning in the near future as well as referring.

Be careful as a new buyer, I paid to much for the car i got. I believed i was getting a great deal but that wasen't the case. Now im stuck, but thats my mistake for being a new buyer. Also their warranty is not that good. Be careful and goodluck!

Had a great experience here !! Gave me my first car that I bought myself and the staff were amazing ... left with my car the same day and my credit never looked better ! Will be returning to purchase my wife's car soon

Bought my car only made 2 months of payment car broke down was promised a service and it's been 2 weeks and still nothing I made a mistake on buying from them
