The mechanic is a idiot! Where did he get his mechanics license, a cracker jack box! He told me that my door would not open because a travel size tissue package and an insurance card holder was jammed in it! Then when it did it again he told me it was my fault because having those things jammed in it ruined the door. Tissues and an insurance card holder would not do that! what an idiot! I took it to a real mechanic and had it fixed for 200.00 dollars less then this idiot mechanic wanted to charge me! I am a better mechanic them him and I do not even have a mechanics license. I will never do business with them again and I well never refer anyone and I will let everyone know how bad they are and what an idiot the mechanic is!

Robb Hatch and his team are a pleasure to work with. I keep coming back to buy vehicles from them because they are trustworthy and work hard to find what you are looking for. They really go out of their way to make their customers happy. I've always felt great after buying from them!

They installed a $2000 mopar fifth wheel hitch in the bed of my dodge ram truck. I noticed that the front of the trailer was contacting the side rails of my truck bed and bending the bed sheet metal. I googled the problem. There is 4 bolt slots for vertical height adjustment with 3 separate height levels . When I removed the top plate I found that the 4 aircraft nuts were only finger tight. We had already driven thousands of miles pulling a big 5th wheel trailer The bolts were beat up from wobbling around and I m glad that the whole hitch didn t let go and wreck us. These losers tried to kill us with their lack of attention and quality service. I will never deal with these idiots again.

Caroline Reidhe was the best. She greeted us when we arrived, checked us in quickly and even sold me an oil service plan. She kept us informed and let us know when our truck was ready. The whole dealership is friendly and well run. Highly recommend and will return.

Customer beware!!!This was the first time I used this dealership I took both of my trucks in for oil changes weeks apart. Mysteriously, both vehicles came back with exhaust leaks (one vehicle has less than 50,000 miles)! In addition, there were a couple of tools missing from one of the vehicles after the service appointment. I will NEVER do business with this dealership again.

Had to bring my 2020 honda pioneer 1000-5 for maintenance and warranty work. Fairly quick turn around with today's parts issues, thought the charge for the work was fair.

I made an appointment two weeks in advance to have my vehicle serviced (check engine light)-- they failed to 'get to it' the day it was scheduled and then failed to call to tell me this would be the case (no communication at all), leaving the truck in their unsecured front lot unlocked for the night. I called to find out what the status of my vehicle repair was to learn this-- the service folks were rude (not their problem they didn't get to it on the day it was scheduled to be serviced). And the manager could not take the time to look up from his computer when i went to talk to them. Not sure what happened in the management of this place, but it's sure gone downhill!

We had an excellent experience with buying our car. Our sales person Kyle Buck was vary pesonal and professional as well as the rest of the staff and we will be recommending our friends and family to purchase from here. We will definitely come back and buy our next vehicle here.

Stopped on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend for an emergency chain repair during a cross country motorcycle trip. Very professional service. When they didn't have the needed part, they found who could do the work and got we in the best possible shape to get there - all for zero$. Wow!

Five stars for Melissa, the new service representative. Melissa is very professional and super nice, a true customer service person. And five stars for Ben, a mechanic who has been servicing our cars for several years, is excellent! Great guy, and he knows his stuff. Thank you Melissa and Ben for a great experience.

I felt like Joe and the finance guy were extremely dishonest by the time our deal was all said and done. We had a salesman that we really liked, and Joe decided he was better and came in and made us uncomfortable. He was not easy to work with, all he did was boast about how many cars he sells on the mountain. And continued to say "listen, I do very well here." And that he was the only guy that could give us what we wanted. The arrogance was so much he wouldn't listen to us. Despite the horrible experience, We did end up getting the vehicle. Thinking that maybe it was just a rough day for everyone. Well we got home, with further looking into the paperwork (the fine print) it was very apparent they were nothing short of dishonest. Then it was one thing after another- they were placing a mirror and kept our truck for an ENTIRE day for a "full detail" and new tires. Which was told it would be 2 hours max, so being a mom of 2 and lots of running around to do, I was without a car for an entire day, when I was told only to plan for 2 hours. The detail was a joke, there was mud and dust all over inside. Not impressive for 6 hours of a detail. Then the mirror they ordered was the wrong one. It's now been 2 months, and my husband called on the mirror, which was promised to us in writing, and they said "oh uhh.... I think it's still at the body shop. I'm not really sure." Then my husband had to call back a few days later, and continued to tell them "If you will just get me the mirror I will put it on myself." The entry code has never worked and they said they would have us come back to fix it. They have not once tried to fix it, and now Joe is not returning our calls. The temporary registration was almost expired and we have not heard anything from them, nor received registration. So once again we had to call Hatch. We spoke with the original sales man that we liked and he got right on it, and we got the registration within a week! He was great! We have purchased 3 cars from Hatch Toyota and have had nothing but honest and AMAZING service. I never knew what a bad car experience until dealing with Hatch Motors in Snowflake. We try to keep our money on the mountain and we wanted a Ford, otherwise we would have gone to Mesa or to Hatch Toyota. I do not, and will not ever recommend Hatch Motors.

Everyone starts out with five stars in my book. Arizona Motors lost one for their predatory pricing by having entry level motorcycles at 180% of MSRP, one for being condescending on the phone when I asked about what I thought was a pricing error, and a third for not following up on email leads.

If there were more stars I would rate more. Shane has went over and beyond his duties to help a person that was in need. If I was to refer someone to a car dealer in Arizona it would be the dodge dealer in Snow Flake. Best service. Thank you for realizing the help that people need. You will be blessed for the work that you do.

Brought car in for repair. I had called early morning to see if they could get it in since we were from out of town. Took them two days to look at it. Stated needed new battery which was less than a year old. Then said it needed new motor. We took it out of there. I would never trust them with any repair again.

Problems were not resolved and excuses were made to sound as if customer was the only on who experience the problems. Problems made to sound normal but are not normal. Atv steering is still not corrected and suspension spring rate is still not good.employees quit and no understanding of what issues are to be addressed.

I purchased a used Honda ATV for cash. Came to pick it up, and the air housing was full of oil. It had obviously been overfilled. Well, should have been obvious to a Honda dealer. I cleaned the oil out myself with paper towels from their bathroom. Zero help from one staff member. I then took the machine home and it continued to fill the air housing with oil. I should have let it out myself, but for some reason I felt like I shouldn'nt have to change the oil on my newly purchased machine. So I brought it back and showed them in the manual how to change the oil. I took the machine home and the air housing filled with oil again. Just absolutley astounding, but they had overfilled it again. At that point I decided not to return to have them try to drain some oil, and did it myself. I asked for a short warranty on the machine simply for the fact that they had handled it in such a manner, and was told no. I asked for perhaps lunch for my time and trouble. Nope. Snowflake wasn't a short drive for me so the whole situation was greatly unsatisfying to say the least. I don't think they care about customers, and I'll never set foot in there again. I'll also never recommend your garage to anyone looking for Honda service. Frankly I'm surprised you're allowed to use the name.

We were unable to find the exact truck that we needed by ourselves. We contact this dealership and they were able to find a truck that checked every box. They were so helpful and easy to work with! I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

My wife and I were moving from Phoenix to Missouri pulling a 5th wheel trailer with 2019 ram diesel thru northern Arizona when the truck broke down. Several dodge dealers refused to assist me even with my situation of being on the road.Arizona motors was the only one to offer any help. Then once we arrived they went above and beyond in customer service. It was by far the best service I have ever received from a business. They were not only helpful but sympathetic to my situation of being stranded.It is the kind of service we look for but hardly ever find !!!!!

Service cannot install a battery right on a Duramax. Broke terminal end and didn't tell me about it and forced the connection to a new battery. When I had to replaced the battery cable wouldn't make connection. Had to tow to another dealer for proper repair.Another time had brakes put on, the mechanic put directional rotors on backwards and this caused a 4 rotors burnout when I went down Salt River Canyon with my 5th wheel. A complete brake job was the cost.The last time had injectors replaced on my Duramax and wanted new ones. Didn't realized that the ones they installed was refurbished. Never told me the ones installed was refurbished.Plus they didn't install one cylinder correctly. Another dealer had to correct the problem.Will never use them again. Too costly to redo their mistakes. No customer service what so ever.

If you expect any warranty work done this isn't the place to do it. They will fight you on it every inch of the way. Usually dealerships try to help you get your car fixed and have a personal relationship with customers. This dealership could care less about it's customers. The hatch location in show low is even worse. I would recommend doing your service work elsewhere.

Just wanted to let the public know, that we tried to come in here and get a quote for our fire department to purchase a command vehicle, after repeated requests never got a response back. Also we purchased the oil change package for two of our personal vehicles. After asking to transfer what was left on the oil change package to the new purchase, we were told basically to get lost. Hatch Motor Company you should be ashamed of yourself. We were here today to buy $11,000 piece of equipment. Never again will we shop with you. You got our money on a new truck and you stole our money on the oil change program never again. If this is how you treat firefighters and EMTs I hope nobody ever comes back here again.

Arizona Motors Snowflake dealership is a great place to buy, service and search for vehicles. I bought a Dodge Ram truck and a Side by Side (Thanks Steve) from this dealership. Caroline provides great customer care and Scotty Gouker who works in the parts department is very caring and knows his business when it come to parts and service on our side by side. I Highly recommend Scotty in service if you are new to the side by side world.

ON 8/7/2017 we had our 2014 Honda CRV serviced by Hatch Motor Co. in Snowflake, AZ The service consisted of Lube-Oil-Filter, Service the battery and rotate the tires. Driving home to Casa Grande we stopped at Payson to get gas. The engine would not start due to a dead battery. The positive terminal on the battery was inadequately cleaned. I purchased a new battery. This morning 8/9/2017 when my wife drove the car out of the garage there were about two thimbles full of oil on the concrete. I put the vehicle on blocks, removed the panel on the under carriage and discovered the oil drain bolt was slowly leaking. I put a 17mm socket on the bolt and I could feel the bolt was loose WITHOUT putting a wrench on it. I think the tire rotation went fine. John Tongen
