Although I do not use Alvarez for car repairs, I do go there often for other things such as fuel, propane, snacks, coffee, water and such. All in all it is a nice place and I have been both a customer to them as well as having gotten some business from them as well. I love to support local small businesses and Alvarez fits this bill.

Great job to Alvarez Auto for fixing my truck. They figured out a steering issue that stumped my dad s mechanic. The truck had been parked and left for dead. I scooped it up in hopes of getting it back to its former glory. The staff at Alvarez hit a couple of hurdles, but didn t give up and got it up and going again. Thanks for your tenacity and help!

My car randomly wouldn t start and they helped me from start to finish. They towed my car and got the starter replaced and within 24hours I have my car back. Everyone was friendly and prices are very reasonable. Thank you guys so much for all your help!

LOVE this gas station. Even if I am not getting gas, my kids and I stop here almost everyday for my unsweetened ice tea and hog wash juice for the kids. Super friendly staff and super convenient stop when leaving Snowflake, heading towards Holbrook. If we don't stop here, we go to their other owned location, heading towards Heber. Everyone knows us and will ask about our day and well being. Definitely feel like valued customers.

Friends and I get a good variety price too. Dining area is clean. No loud music us older ones have hard hearing. They will even help with our trays some of us have walkers wheelchairs etc.

Save yourself Time and Money, don't go here to get repairs. You won't get updates or a quote on your vehicle for 2 days. Overpriced and they are scared to work on old vehicles.

Great prices, clean store. They allowed me to fill up a 10 gallon water jug. I will definitely return for more business. Thank you Alvarez Auto Center for your kindness and generosity.

I like their gas prices always good. I have never liked their customer service. They are friendly but there was one lady that would hold a conversation with the person she just served. She knew I was standing there and would just keep on talking after three times I've never been back till yesterday the lady was very nice there were no other customer's so I was taken care of right away. I may try again. I have been noticing service has gotten alot better.

They want you to pay almost twice as much for what the parts cost. Overpriced on their hourly work. They are disrespectful. I do not recommend to anybody.

Restrooms are always clean (this is hard to find in convenient stores), typically have competitive gas prices and they have a nice variety of sodas and energy drinks. They also have a lot of Mexican candy for those who like that kind of thing.

Finding a good auto place is difficult. I've been going to Alvarez for 7 years now. I don't know others' experiences but they've always been fair and honest with me and my wife. I definitely recommend this place.

Some things are priced for a good value. Other items were priced very high.$4.?? It was for some red hots, jolly rancher small bag. At the other places it between $2 & & 3 range.

After talking to a dispatcher on Monday I felt confident that a driver would be there to tow my vehicle on Wednesday. Unfortunately, Monday rolled around and no driver showed up and no one even bothered calling. After a few rounds of back forth the dispatcher told me the driver said "find a service provider who is more familiar with county roads". I suppose there driver didn't know how to use any GPS app. I found another service provider who was there in less then an hour. If you have any other option avoid Alvarez auto, apparently they have more customers then they can handle.

I took my van in on Friday they didn't get the part till monday so i haven't even gotten my car back yet. Although i read other reviews about the woman on tge phone being rude. I called just now to see how long it will be before I get the car and yes she seemed rude and short with me. I kept a smile while speaking with her and went with the old "kill with kindness ". I was very successful and she turned nice as can be very helpful and pleasant.

Good price on vehicle repair. We have used Alvarez for two extensive Vehicle repairs always done properly and timely. Good gas and propane price. Good candy and soda selection.

I go to Alvarez Auto Center because they have the best candy in the whole world. As far as the town of snowflake is concerned it's just a rare collection stuff that I couldn't find from when I was a kid nostalgic candy they're assortment of Mexican candy is especially good I really love the De la Rosa marzipan candies the cow tail and the mint truffles as well it's just a good price good value the old man that runs the shop is very sweet I usually head in about once a month sometimes twice they have Henry weinhard sodas in a glass bottle brand they have Jones brand soda in the glass bottle they even have some imported bottles of name brand soda that you can get in Mexico then they have all the other brand pop cans bottles plastic bottles they even have ice cream and good humor brands and then they have La Mexicana brand ice cream like chicle

We took our car with a noise on acceleration. Asked them to look at and give us a call with findings. 4 days later get a call that car is done and we owe $761.00 for repairs. No call was received about what repairs were needed or the cost. They have you over a barrel as you have to pay to get your car back and no one was there to answer about the repairs made. Will not be going back and will tell everyone we know not to use Alvarez Auto.

Great customer service. The store was clean, products in the shelves were clean. Cashier, Hannah, very helpful and polite. They also offer gasoline and an auto service center

The lady on the phone IS rude, and the whole team doesn't seem to communicate well. I was under the impression my deer-damaged car would get an assessment, but they DO NOT DO ESTIMATES. When my insurance company failed to get my car relocated to a place that does estimates before the weekend when most auto places are closed, and I could not afford to stay over the weekend with my car and needed to get belongings out of it, the guys at Alvarez first said I could not access my car, then said I could if i paid to open the holding yard gate, then, after I had decided to get a hitch and a trailer to tow my own car with another vehicle, said I would also have to pay the ~$300 for the tow. If they had told me first thing that the tow had to be paid for it wouldn't have put down money trying to tow it myself. Thankfully, the boss at Alvarez knew the U-haul people and I was able to return the trailer to U-haul even though they had closed. I still don't see why they were so resistant to me being able to get my belongings from my car. The whole thing was confusing and not entirely on the fault of Alvarez (my insurance company was complicating things), but they sure could have been more up-front to me and on the same page between themselves.

Big ripoff , will over charge for mechanic work every Chance he gets. Really takes advantage of females that don't know much about cars overcharging as much as$1000 for a half hour Job. Has a shady deal with the town doing City towing , he really makes a lot of money on that scam.

I get my fuel here. Mr. A orders it from Cali and their standards are higher. Best on the mountain.

I could not afford to get my car out of impound so I handed over the title to my car. They filed abandoned vehicle anyways. Law states once the title has been received the abandoned vehicle process must be stopped and all fees waived. MVDs ABV division called Alvarez and they denied ever receiving the title. They cost me a lot of problems and money all because they were dishonest.
